Noodles were really good and perfect spice level. Food came out quick too. The portion is great for the price.

We were looking for a good noodle shop and found this one in the area. Though it was a Saturday night, it wasn't too busy and service was quick. You self order at a kiosk and seat wherever and wait for your order. I got the minced pork noodle with medium spicy while my sister got beef with mild spicy. The spicy level was perfect - hot but not unbearable. The restaurant looked new and spacious with plenty of seating. Staff was very friendly and helpful. A great place to get spicy noodles

I was not expecting to like this place as much as I did but I do find myself craving it when I'm coming to this side of town and want a quick meal. Ordering is super easy, they have two kiosk near the door or you can order at the cash register up front. Food is cooked fresh to order and the prices are extremely reasonable. Go to orders are the dry noodles, steam dumplings, and the cucumber salad! I love that you can adjust the noodle spiciness and add as much of the numbing oil as you want. Cucumber was seasoned to perfection and a must if you love garlic, it was very refreshing. If you want a no frills good deal meal stop by Show Mian!

We visited again today after eating here previously months ago. They have made some adjustments since (not add-on style anymore) and the broth was not as strong of a spice flavor, which I think were both excellent changes that made the food more palatable to the general public and affordable for a no frills dinner. The price now $9-$11 for a sizable bowl that you can customize (1) broth or no broth (2) egg or rice noodle (3) add-ons. We both got the base bowl and it was plenty of food, maybe could add on more meat next time. The space is very clean and spacious and comfortable for a casual dinner with extremely fast service, our food was probably ready in ~5 minutes. I got the minced pork noodle with soup and it was a flavorful soup without the very strong anise and spice flavors like before and you could add on the spice oil at each table if you like. We also got the beef noodle without soup and it was also a balanced flavor profile with nice chewy noodles.

I have been driving by this place for a while and finally got a chance to dine in for lunch on a weekday! First, I love the open space and we had our pick of any table! It was very bright and clean. We ordered at the kiosk and then took our seats. Our dishes came out in no time. I basically had time to get plastic cups and fill them with water (at the spout) and bring them back to the table. We got the beef noodle soup, dumplings (pork), and cucumber salad. I wasn't really hungry when we arrive but ended up finishing my order! It's a hearty order too. I have never seen dumplings come out on a large flat cardboard tray. The cucumber salad is a little different here. There some red pepper too. It was a nice touch. We're definitely going to come back to try some of the other noodle dishes.

Love the cucumber salad and the dry rice beef noodle, Automated order à la McDobald. Clean place and quick service.

The atmosphere was amazing but the food was even better. I ordered the chongqi pork noodles. The portion size was huge and the pork just melted off the bone from how soft it was. The fried chicken was also super tasty. Will definitely come back. The service was quick and friendly.

If you like authentic Chinese spicy cuisine, this is the place for you. Fair warning - the spice level and flavors might not be for everyone. The restaurant is clean, the staff are friendly, service is fast, and portions are generous. They also have a great deal after 4pm. I got the beef noodle soup and was pleasantly surprised by how tender the beef was. Definitely coming back!

I ordered the dry noodle with noodles, beef, mild spice, bok choy and a marinated egg. The noodles were cooked perfectly. The beef was so tender and yummy. The mild spice level was perfect for me since I prefer only slight mouth numbing, but they definitely have that spice level if that's your cup of tea. The marinated egg was okay; it is a hard boiled and could've been more flavorful. I do wish there were less cilantro stems, or cut into smaller lengths as there were a couple bites where I had to chew a long cilantro stem. The popcorn chicken was good; crispy but not dry. However, I do think the menu is limited and see some opportunity to add to it. For example, more noodle varieties (i.e wide noodles), lotus root vegetable topping, a variety of Chinese pickles, etc. Overall, I would come here again. The service is fast and I was very full after my meal.

I find myself craving food from this place every month. If you like Chinese noodles and numbing spice this is a perfect spot to stop by, affordable prices for a good portion (or two!) of noodles. Servers are quick and very friendly and willing to help with specific questions and needs and the restaurant itself is very spacious but doesn't lack comfort.

I ordered a beef noodle soup with mild spiciness. The noodles are very good but the broth felt a little flat for me. Not enough beef flavor in the soup. There is a good amount of peppercorn flavor as well and I found it a bit spicy, but that's only because I'm not used to eating Sichuan spicy food. Food was ready very fast and you choose your own seating. It's very spacious inside with lots of seating available

Go with what the reviews recommend on the Dry Noodles over the soup version. A warning though, if you are not used to Sichuan spice, you will BURN. I ordered the Egg Noodles with minced pork and it was DIVINE. The noodles were fantastically chewy and the minced pork had a wonderful rich flavor. The slow addicting heat of MaLa spice, creeps up and you get that fantastic numbness. It is a bit pricey as you add the sides (beef, egg, pork) but to me it's well worth it for the fantastic flavor.

Sat down and was immediately served with water and took our order down. Time for the food review: Chicken popcorn - nice crisp and texture, but lacking flavor. Felt like it needed a dipping sauce. Pork lard rice - disappointing, bland Pork intestine with green mustard - this dish was okay.. Crispy garlic salted fish - fish was nicely fried and flavor was good. Probably the best dish so far Crispy pork chop - this is the reason why we came here.. we wanted to find a dish like May Ice cream. Unfortunately, this was a huge disappointment. The pork chop was extremely salted. From the skin to the pork itself. Walnut shrimp - this dish was foul. Who puts sprinkles on the side?! Tasted like I was eating an ice cream shop. The shrimp was also dry. Overall, not worth going and waiting. Food was lacking.

The Singapore noodles had this wonderful curry flavor that I absolutely loved, and the combo fried rice was just as satisfying. We also ordered the Peking duck (P1 on the menu). It was good, though not quite as flavorful on its own as we'd hoped. That said, once you load it up with the hoisin, cucumber, and spring onions, it all comes together beautifully. The bao buns that came with it were soft and delicious, honestly a highlight. We also sipped on hot jasmine tea throughout, which was the perfect, refreshing complement to the whole meal.
