I'm assuming it's for sanitary reasons. The per pound price is a bit higher, but it's justified- the flavor of the stir fry was really flavorful, all the ingredients are very fresh. You choose absolutely everything that goes in it so everything down to the taste and amount is specific to you (you fill a bowl with raw ingredients and it gets boiled into a broth of your choice for you). All of it is fresh and healthy. The Plano location does have way more soup options (I love the mushroom, but this one only had tomato!) but I'd say this location has more topping options.
