Our first time here and we were both kindly and warmly greeted upon entering. There was a bit of confusion on exactly how/where to enter the parking garage since the restaurant has entrances on two sides. The restaurant is located in a condo development. We will know not make a wrong turn on our next visit. Five-star Dining experience thanks to Shing (the owner) and Lin(cashier) serving legit Ramen and Mifen in an industrial and modern space with ample natural light. Food quality, presentation, flavor, taste, reasonably-priced portions, service, and ambiance - what more could you ask for? We ordered three items: 1.) Cucumber Salad 2.) Spicy Chicken Dry Mifen w/Fried Egg 3.) Ramen Soup with Fried Chicken For three items, our total was just $40.31 (with tax). And yes, I would definitely return. The Cucumber Salad had a noticeable depth of flavor lent by the vinegar, green onion, and chopped garlic and set the perfect tone for the rest of our meal. The Spicy Chicken was perfectly marinated, flavorful, succulent, and tender without all the salt that some places use. The chewy texture of the Mifen soaked up all the deliciousness and spices and was truly enjoyable to eat. The Fried Egg made it that much more special and took the dish to another level. When a craving hits, this appears to be the place to go! Mom said she enjoyed her Ramen Soup with Fried Chicken. The contrast of the beef bone broth worked well with the Ramen. The crunchy exterior of the chicken was impressive and flavorful while the inside maintained a soft texture and mouthfeel. Yo! Bowl truly exceeded our expectations and will more than likely be added to our list of restaurant rotations. Everything is made from scratch daily in-house with high quality ingredients and a commitment to customer service. Shing interacted with us throughout our meal to ensure we had everything we needed and we will definitely return to try other Menu items. After our meal, Shing offered us samples of Hibiscus Tea and Yogurt(not pictured). Mom and I both tried the Hibiscus Tea and it was truly delicious and refreshing on a blazing 104°F Texan August Summer Day. Will have to come back to try the Yogurt. When we sat in our car to leave, it wouldn't turn over. Panic set in (of course it had to happen on the hottest day of the year and three days before we travel out of the country), and not knowing what else to do, we went back inside the restaurant where Shing was kind enough to give us a boost so we could go straight to our dealership for servicing. This place is located right under the view condos in Carrollton. They have their own parking garage with plenty of spots to the left of the store. Went to try their beef noodle soup. We got both the dry style and soup style. Both were excellent! The meat was flavored/spiced well and nicely cooked. The broth was excellent, perfectly balanced, not too salty and not bland. You're also able to build your noodle bowl however you want with different protein and ingredients. I am excited to go back and try the rest of their menu. This restaurant is hands down the best chicken katsu in town! I regularly order the chicken katsu curry plate and it has to be one of my favorite things I have ever ordered. Both in person and ordering delivery, the food is consistently good quality and delicious. If you go in person you will need to park in one of the spots in the garage that does not have a resident number assigned to it. But it will be worth finding one for this spot! read more

I have been coming here regularly ever since they opened. Their broth is extremely consistent and rich in flavor. Their braised beef mifen is genuinely my comfort food for when I need a pick me up. I love that their beef is so tender and the perfect amount of chewiness. They come around regularly to refill your water and check on your food. Plus all of your orders will come out around the same time so you can dig right in. The place is very clean and I love the hand painted art on the walls. First time here and I can confidently say they this place was well worth the hype. When we first arrived at Yo! Bowl we noticed the place was very clean and well kept. The workers were very attentive and helpful giving us thorough explanations as well as their recommendations. They were very eager to help us and made sure we were not confused at all. We ordered the custom noodle bowls trying the different noodles and toppings they had to offer. The broth was very rich and flavorful and the portions were well worth the price. I love that we were able to customize every aspect in our order. Left the place with a full stomach and many leftovers as well. New small business that opened up in the Carrollton area. There is covered parking in a garage that is nice and convenient. Their specialty is rice noodles (mifan) and truly they are so delightfully light and bouncy. Our favorite was the chili wontons! Soo flavorful, 10/10. I love that you can customize your bowl and we did the braised beef in non-spicy broth. I loved the subtle flavor of the broth but my partner thought it was lacking in flavor and much preferred the spicy broth. The beef was so tender and flavorful! 9/10 The dumplings were pan fried and pretty solid, I just think I would have preferred them boiled. 6/10 We also got to try their yogurt drink and hibiscus tea. The yogurt is made in house and very fresh 9/10. Same with the hisbiscus tea, both not too sweet either. This place will become a staple in our rotation, especially if you're craving a comforting bowl of noodle soup. This is a cute place tucked away in a small shopping center right across the street from all the other restaurants in Carrollton. The place is clean and the service is great. We had the beef noodle soup. We got both the mifen (rice noodle) and the ramen version, both are very good. The broth is not as heavy as usual, and the taste of herbs really stands out. It's a little different but nonetheless enjoyable. My kids liked that they can customize the ingredients. Scallion pancake is excellent. Definitely give that a try. Authentic Chinese Mifen (rice) noodles! We got the dry noodle again today and the portion size is as generous as I remembered: good amount of noodles and beef, even the hungry hubby was full. They kindly offered to steam the dumplings instead of frying for our toddler who inhaled them all. I also love their housemade plain fresh yogurt which tastes like my childhood yogurt growing up in China: thick but still drinkable through a straw, and mildly sweet. Need to go back just to pick up more of these $3.50 treats! Parking is easy in the attached apartment building, and the service is always fast and friendly. First time going but for sure not the last! The chicken at first looked dry and burnt, but after trying it, I was nothing but completely wrong. One of the juiciest and most flavorful chicken I have ever had. On top of that, the portions are large, especially for what you pay for. Yo! Bowl is a new noodle spot located in the retail spaces of the View Condominiums catty-corner from the H-Mart shopping center. There is plenty of retail parking on the first floor of the building's parking garage accessible from Old Denton or Raiford. I ordered the rice noodles with spicy broth and Braised Beef (~$11) and the steamed dumplings (~$5). Both were pretty awesome (the broth and beef being standouts) and felt like a good value for the money. The meat portion was a little light but the amount of noodles you get was above average and I found myself absolutely stuffed by the end of my meal. Overall It seemed pretty fair for the price. While Korean Fried Chicken is one of my favorites, it is nice to see more diverse options other than it open in this neighborhood as well. Pretty excited about this place after my first visit. The owner of Mifen Prince (花溪王) opened this new store! I was heartbroken when Mifen Prince closed. And you can just imagine how excited I am to find this new restaurant! The menu is slightly different from Mifen Prince but there are a couple items that are not on the menu but are available if you request it (lamb with skin on带皮羊肉, fermented tomato sauce红酸汤). The food is freshly made. It may take Upto 10 minutes to get your food but it's worth a small wait. Of all things make your own bowl and chilli wonton dumplings are by far my favorite. Great food with large portion sizes. Their beef broth is fantastic, especially for some of the cold weather that Dallas has had. The service was awesome too and the whole staff were extremely friendly. We came at a relatively quiet time and brought our 1 year old with us. This place is amazing! We have had it a few times both in store and as takeout. We just can't get it enough. Eating is super kid friendly, they have great high chairs and baby scissors for the noodles. The mifen noodles are just super special. I haven't had anything like them anywhere else, they are bouncier than a ramen or udon noodle. I like the signature dry noodle and my husband likes the braised beef modem noodle soup. Food here was okay. It was kinda pricey for how much food we got but I do understand that it is a small mom and pop shop. I ordered the dry noodle bowl and my husband ordered the soup noodles. The noodles were good and cooked well. Not rubbery or anything. My husband did say that his soup was very beefy. So if you're not into that taste then don't order the soup noodles. The portion sizes are just very small as you can see from the pictures. Service was very fast. The food came out quick and they were very friendly. The beef rolls and fried tofu were tasty, was hoping for a little more in portion size tough it was enough for what we wanted to try. I was really excited for this place to open up since I live near by and only have to walk a few steps to get there. The place is beautiful with a nice ambiance and an extremely friendly staff. I order two orders of the beef noodle soup, spicy chili wontons, scallion pancakes, and their hot and spicy fries for my girlfriend and I to eat. After paying, they said they would offer a free yogurt drink as well that they make daily which is normally $3.50. Well... if it's free it's for me! When the food arrived it looked generally great. In my mind, I thought, "how can you mess up a beef noodle soup? Well... my girlfriend and I didn't really enjoy any of the food. I tried my best to have e an open mind because beef noodle soup is normally one of my favorite foods. The beef noodle was SUPER fragrant. Normally a good thing! Until I tasted the broth and it literally tasted like hints of perfume. The beef was also cut into small bite sized pieces that I'm not used too, but all of the pieces ended up extra chewy. Not fall off the bone tender at all. The noodles in the broth were also undercooked and were tougher than what I was used to. Beef noodle 2/10 Next was the chili wontons. They were pretty small and only came in 4-5 pieces. It was the best thing I tried there but ultimately it was just "ok". Maybe it was a little too sweet. Chili wontons 4/10 The spicy hot fries were obviously frozen with some season sprinkled on top and that's it. I know 9/10 restaurants do frozen fries as it's so much easier to handle this way, but when I tasted the fries it just tasted SO obviously frozen that I couldn't finish them either. Hot and spicy fries 3/4 Scallion pancakes... man these are my GO TO order of chose at any place that provides them. I have no idea what they did to them but they came out GREASY. Like more than usual with a SUPER small portion compared to the price. I don't know if they dropped it in straight grease but my girlfriend and I could not fish these either. Scallion pancakes 3/10 Yogurt drink. I mean.. it was free. Was it amazing? No. Would I order it again? No. Would I drink it if it was free? Yes. It tasted like the original flavor they have at any froyo place but A LOT lighter. Can't complain about something that was free. Yogurt drink 5/10 They also served hot water with our meal which we thought that was particularly odd. I didn't really know people would enjoy hot water with a hot bowl of beef noodle soup. I didn't bother asking them for ice water just in case they didn't do that normally and we didn't want to be much of a bother. My girlfriend and I did not finish any of the food even though we are both sticklers for never wasting food. But we just couldn't do it. We ended up going to another restaurant after our meal to fill up the rest of our stomachs after a not so good meal. I didn't have the heart to tell them about everything due to the friendly staff and the low amount of foot traffic in the current area. This is a new establishment ran by a small family and I wish them nothing but the best in their venture. But this place is currently not for me. I will most likely revisit this place in a few months after they have the chance to sort some of their kinks out. read more

I really enjoy the soup flavor, the tender beef and the tasty noodles. I tried doing both spicy and non spicy, I would recommend spicy and it's not overly spicy nor is that Sichuan style spiciness where it numbs your mouth. First ever try of mifin noodles and at first it was weird (we did in the broth not dry) it was pho'esque but different. After a few bites and drinks it really grew on me. Didn't have to doctor the broth like pho so that was great. Also got the scallion pancake which was good not great, dumplings in chili oil was excellent and cucumber salad which was different then most, huge flavor (I know that doesn't sound right but it's true) with a hint of spice but not really.
