Located in k-town area, it has shared parking with all the other stores within the plaza and it can get crowded during busy hours. Very casual walk in ambiance, but I loved the decorations hanging from ceilings and walls, made it feel like a festival. The service was quick and friendly and the food was absolutely delicious. I ordered the chicken pad kee mow, medium spicy. The noodles were soft but still bouncy, the sauce was savory and spicy, my only complaint is I wish the portion was bigger haha. Also ordered the nue daad dieo (beef jerky). It wasn't as dried and crispy as I thought it would be but was still very good.

This restaurant is always so packed, even on a week day! The food came out really quickly. I was really impressed by the food overall, which did not come as a surprise since I had heard this place was popular. The pad see ew had really good flavor and was the perfect sweetness and texture. Even the Khao man gai was perfectly boiled, the chicken tender. I would say the protein portion size is appropriate for the price.

Food was phenomenal. Got the pork ribs (cooked to perfection) tom kha Kai (didn't expect it to be that flavorful given the color but it was actually good) pad kee mow is the best we had Garlic egg fried rice (lacked garlic flavor). Food arrived Pretty quick and everything was flavorful! You self enter when you arrive to get on waitlist on the iPad. The tables are very close to each other but we were fine, it gave street food eating type of vibe. Nice indoor decor! Bathroom was alright!

SUPER YUMMY. I loved the food, it was hot, sweet, and spicy just how I ordered it. Food came quick too, workers were nice, clean environment. I forgot what the dish I ordered is called but it was insanely good. I will definitely be back soon!

My only issue is I always pay extra money for level 6 and it's never spicy enough. If you're paying extra for a spicy level, they need to ensure it's very spicy. Otherwise customers are throwing money away for no reason. I haven't had a 6 spice level that didn't taste like a 3 or less while paying extra money for it

This Thai restaurant is my go-to for Thai food! It is located at Koreatown so parking can be difficult, especially in the weekends, but the service is very quick. We thought we would wait a few hours because the line was very long but they sat us in 20 minutes. The restaurant is very loud so it is not the best place to talk and catch up but the food is very good. We ordered Pad Kee Mow, Panang Curry, Crab Fried Rice, and Crispy Chicken Skin. I really enjoyed the Crab Fried Rice and the Panang Curry!

My favorite thai place in the DFW area!!! I will say they keep things authentic. The pad kee mao is my favorite thing I've tried so far. Every time I come back I'm going to have to try something new. The pad thai was also great. Service is quick and efficient and the inside is super cute. One thing I would skip (unfortunately) is the thai tea. To me it was really milky, I just didn't love it.

Too Thai Street Eats is a popular (and always busy) Thai spot in Carrollton. After multiple visits, I figured it was finally time to write a review for one of my absolute favorite spots in the metroplex. My Overall Rating - 5 Stars (Atmosphere, Service, Food, Return) Atmosphere - Too Thai is always buzzing with energy. Whether it's a weekday lunch or a weekend dinner, the place is consistently packed - and for good reason. Look up and you'll see vibrant décor. Inside it has an upbeat vibe, and the hum of happy diners make it feel like a true Thai street market experience. It's lively, a little chaotic in the best way. 1 Star. Service - Despite the crowds, the service is always on point. The staff is friendly, attentive, and efficient. They handle the rush with grace and make you feel welcome every time. If it's busy, make sure you come in and enter your name a phone number to get in line. After that you can walk around the shopping strip until your table is ready. 1 Star. Food - I've ordered most items on the menu, but here are my "always order" dishes. Chicken Wings. These Thai wings are crispy, sticky, sweet, and spicy all at once. I eat mine with chopsticks because my fingers get messy. Next I usually order a whole fried fish. This is a Thai staple, and Too Thai does it right. It arrives golden and crispy, with fresh noodle and herbs, with a rich, tangy sauce on the side that's both bold and balanced. Watch out for bones! But those who venture forth will be rewarded. 2 Stars. Will I Return? - Yes. After multiple visits, this is a long overdue review. Too Thai has earned a permanent spot in my rotation. Whether I'm introducing friends to it for the first time or just craving those wings again, I'll keep coming back. It's worth the drive to Carrollton. 1 Star.

In our opinion, this is one of the better Thai restaurants in DFW. We have been here a few times and every time, we enjoy our food. We ordered the beef jerky, seafood prik pao , pad Thai and mango sticky rice for dessert. All good flavors. I wonder if I can ask them to tone down the sweetness next time. We'll see. The Thai tea was more ice than I wanted. I will try to ask less ice next time. Service was good. Place is vibrant.

Nice original Thai restaurant in the Asian Shopping Center. Feel authentic. Nice ambiance and decor with "Taxi" for photo shot at the back. Service was fast. Selection was good. We ordered Pad Thai, Crab Fried Rice and Crispy Skin as snack. All of them hit the spot in taste. The minor issue is the spiciness. My friend asked for 2. I asked for Spicy. We cannot feel the chili at all?? I have to add the cut chili and sambal. Still not spicy. Not sure what's wrong. Other than that, it's a good Thai spot. Will come again to try different menu when I am in the area.

My friends and I came on a really busy Sunday, and it was not their best day. But I don't believe it was their fault. Their air conditioning was out. It was so hot, I can't even imagine how it was for the staff, especially in the kitchen. They brought in fans, but they were just pushing hot air around. As for the food, it came out hot and fast. I ordered the pad kee mao with beef. It was very tasty, but there must have been some mix up with the spice. I asked for a level 3 and this came out not spicy at all. I can handle some spice but always play it conservatively when it comes to Thai and Indian food. I don't usually come to this area on the weekends, as it is bananas. I will come again during the week when it is easier to get in and out. The food WAS tasty and there is a reason it was still packed while the air was out on a 94 day.

I'm going to write this review while it's still fresh in my head (and tummy)! Been up since 6am Cali time, getting ready & packing last minute items. Headed to airport by 830-9, flight at 1040, landed 330ish, left airport by 430-- sister asked what we wanted to eat, we decided on asian food (Thai) and here we are. Besides the airplane pretzels, I hadn't eaten anything all morning/afternoon... starving!!! Initially, I thought hunger played a huge role in how much and how quickly I ate but no-- they are legit and the food was fire. We ordered two noodle dishes (highly recommended by both sisters living in Texas), Pad See Ew (chicken) and Pad Thai (beef). That needed no convincing-- those are my two favorite dishes to get anyway. We also got the pork belly (w/sticky rice), and their Lao-style Thum. Man, this meal hit the spot. I had no doubts because my sisters raved about it and I trust their judgment but I still needed to try for myself and I'm glad I did. If I had to rank? The Pad See Ew took the cake for first place. The flavors that came through from that dish was soooo good. Making me want more just thinking about it. The Pork belly and Pad Thai tied at second for me. But if I really had to tip the scale, pork belly second (for how fresh and crispy they came out), Pad Thai third. Don't get me wrong, the Thum was very good too, and refreshing to eat-- but, gotta stick it at fourth. For both the Thum and the Pad See Ew, we were asked about spice level. 1 to 5. 5 being the spiciest. Because I didn't want to chance an upset stomach, we went level 3 on both. Hmm... yeah, a 3 should be at a 1 lol because what? Neither the noodles or the Thum were spicy at all. My tolerance level is good but not hardcore good... the spice was non-existent in my opinion. So, next time, we're going with 5 lol... my sister should've pushed for it more. As for the sauce that came with the pork belly? Looks like it says Sriracha on the menu... idk what it was but it wasn't the Sriracha we know and love lol. The consistency was very watery and it was almost sweet? It wasn't bad but I think Jeow Som would've made all the difference. But-- not a deal breaker. As for the drinks, Thai Tea/Iced Coffee, they did their job. We enjoyed them. One could argue that the portions are kind of small.... probably because I wanted way more of everything than what we got lol. We thought we'd have leftovers but we cleaned house-- another reason I thought small portions. Butttt, as some time passed, I slowly became soo uncomfortably full-- it was enough food. The restaurant itself looks great, love the vibes. When you first walk in, there's a lot to take in and look at-- truly gave me street food alley vibes without the alley. Very clean, good amount of seating available. I guess we got lucky for our first time because my sister said it's always packed and busy. After this meal, I believe her. The staff was incredibly nice and attentive as well and the food came out really damn fast (minor wait on pork belly). Very impressive and honestly, I'd love to go back once more before I head back home to Cali. If you got this far in my review and still not sure if you should go? GO!

Too Thai is simply amazing. It's one of the best Thai restaurants we have in Carrollton. The food is freshly made and served hot and piping. I really like their crab meat fried rice that comes topped with real crab meat. Their tom Kha soup is amazing too. They have some really great Thai street food salads and options to try as well. The restaurant gets very busy for dinner and usually has atleast 20 min wait. We enter our name and walk around to nearby stores while we wait our turn. The service is no frills and fast. Ambiance reminds of Thai restaurants back in Bangkok.

When we walked in, the hostess had a poor attitude and was off putting. Unfriendly and borderline rude. We made sure to get there as soon as they opened because we knew it would be dead, and we'd have better luck at quicker service. Unfortunately, they sat us outside because we had our ESA animal in an enclosed carrier after grilling us about what services he performs, and I believe we were forgotten about since we were the only ones on the porch. It was a very warm day with high humidity. I asked the hostess if she could make sure the fans were on since it was so hot, and she asked, "So, you want me to turn them off?" We only ordered two apps of Roti Canai, one order of the twice friend wings, and an order or the donuts (all were ordered at once to help speed things along since it was so hot outside.) It took quite a while, and the wings came out soggy and cold, which is not the norm. A thunderstorm was coming in, and we had been waiting on our donuts for at least 20 minutes at this point. My husband informed the hostess that we would have to either cancel the order or move inside since it was about to start raining. She flippantly said that she would have to ask the manager first if we were allowed inside. We were so turned off that it really ruined the experience, and it was not the way we wanted to celebrate Mother's Day. The donuts finally came out (also cold), and I had my husband just give her the credit card without the check so we could hurry up and get off the porch before it started coming down. We rushed through the dessert and left. Not loving our experience and not sure if we'll be back until the attitude and service changes. We're bummed because we were always a fan of this place until now.
