Omg this place is simple but feels like home. This is the best pho place around. Fresh and super flavorful. I will not go anywhere else. I drove 20 miles to eat here. The service is impeccable and it's super clean. It'sa relaxing place for lunch or dinner. This is a hidden gem for sure.

Pho Xom is easily my favorite pho spot in Carrollton as I love northern style pho. I got the signature pho and it was topped with so much protein. I love that they have pounded beef. The broth is super clean, clear, and extra beefy without being heavy. So good. They also have a toppings bar with pickled garlic, green onions, white onions, and chili peppers, and they'll even blanch your bean sprouts for you. They're also generous with the veggies. You order at a kiosk, grab a seat, and they bring the food out. They also serve unsweetened iced tea, which I love.

I've been wanting to try northern style pho for forever, and it was sooo good! I stopped by at 4pm on a Saturday which seemed to be the sweet spot because I heard the server mention to another table that there was a one hour wait earlier in the day. Noted, avoid the lunch and dinner rushes to get seated immediately. Every order comes with jasmine tea, and I especially loved the pickled garlic from the self serve topping bar.

This place has northern style (?) pho, which I believe means the broth is less sweet and uses wider noodles. It's a nice departure from all the other pho places throughout the DFW area and this place definitely sets itself a part. How it works: Go in and order at the kiosk, find a table, and wait patiently for your delicious food. There's a sauce/onion/garlic/jalapeno station you can grab as well to top off your broth. The short rib pho was nothing short of amazing. Huge chunks of tender beef, green onions galore, and flavorful broth. This place also doesn't leave you overly thirsty afterwards. At $20, it is on the pricier side, but you are paying for quality. Definitely my new go-to pho spot!

I've been waiting to come here since my friend said it's one of the most authentic replica of Hanoi pho. And happy to report that she's not wrong! Walking in you are reminding of old Hanoi with the decor and arts on the wall. You do have to wait for a table before you start order but it wasn't too long of a wait. I tried the pho signature and Pho Tron and they're both really good! The bone marrow and egg was nice... so similar to pho spots in Hanoi. The one thing they're missing is Quay - which is the fried bread sticks and it would be literally the same experience in Hanoi! Not pictured was the Vietnamese yogurt which was delicious! Can't wait to visit again when I'm in Dallas!

Outstanding. Bravo. Excellent. Flavorful!!! Truly speechless. Their short rib pho is unbelievably generous, tender, and melt-in-your-mouth delicious. My husband and I stopped by craving pho, ordered the short rib, and the moment we took our first bite we just stared at each other in shock--that's how tender it was. And the size of the meat? Huge. Like... seriously huge. My husband says "this is the best pho I hve ever had". He is not the complimentary type trust me Our food came out EXTREMELY fast--no waiting at all. Ordering on the screen was super simple and convenient. The only thing is the noodles aren't a ton, but the amount of meat easily makes up for it. I left completely satisfied. The interior is lovely, and the staff is so quick and attentive. We officially found our new favorite pho spot. Yay! We'll definitely be back!

This pho taste so clean and light. You order at a kiosk and they bring out your pho. You also get complimentary iced tea. The service is quick and nice. The place is clean and has a cute decor. I also had the fried egg rolls which were okay - a bit too oily for me. However, I will definitely be back for me pho.

AMAZING! Really really good pho. My friend is from Vietnamese and he said it tastes authentic. This is more northern style pho, so it was had more noodle. I got the signature Pho and it was amazing! The service was good too! They gave us refillable jasmine green tea included with our Pho. Ambiance is nice, not too loud. Will definitely be going again!

Ambiance/Service: This is a casual restaurant where you order at the kiosk and the food is delivered to your table. The women working at this restaurant are so friendly! They could tell that this was our first time dining in, and went through the entire menu with us. Despite being a casual place, the staff came by to check in on our table multiple times. Food: Spring rolls- Very fresh and high quality ingredients. The pork belly was tender and the shrimps were large and juicy. Pho- This is the best pho I've ever had! Everyone in the group ordered the restaurant's signature pho (most popular). The broth was so flavorful. The meats were quality cuts and tender. I ordered the kid size because I had the spring rolls. It was the perfect amount of food!

Pho Xóm in Carrollton is a little hidden gem with super cool vibes and genuinely tasty, authentic northern Vietnamese food. When you sit down, you're greeted with a warm cup of jasmine tea to start the meal, which is such a nice touch. The menu is simple and focused, featuring standouts like the pho tái lăn, a northern-style specialty that's hard to find anywhere else. Everything tastes fresh and balanced, just like good Vietnamese comfort food should. The Vietnamese coffee is strong and smooth, the perfect way to finish the meal. The staff are kind and welcoming, and the atmosphere feels relaxed and genuine. Prices are great too, especially for the quality and authenticity you get. If you're in Carrollton and want a cozy spot with amazing food, great service, and authentic northern Vietnamese flavors, Pho Xóm is definitely worth visiting. The only thing that I struggled with was the volume of all of the chairs very few seconds, the chairs are very heavy and loud, not a huge issue- but worth mentioning. Amazing place!

There are a lot of pho places in Dallas, but do yourself a favor and give this restaurant a try. I've had quite a few bowls of pho and this is one of the best. It's a simple menu and ordering process (touch screen kiosk), and they provide quick, friendly service. The broth is so good - just enough sweetness and flavored by the meat you choose (I got the signature bowl). The meat is extremely tender and basically falls apart. Delicious! If you are considering coming here, do it!

I will certainly give a few more details supporting this statement, but long story short: Your next bowl of Pho needs to be at this place. It's newer build out in what will be a sprawling apartment complex being built north of GBT and on the east side of Old Denton road. Nestled amongst a slew of Asian foods in the area, this place has the flavor and authenticity to dominate the Vietnamese pho market. It's a storefront right off Old Denton and you have to park behind it in the garage when you enter. They're still building out all around it but once you are inside the place is immaculate and the table are well-spaced. The open design allows for tables to be put together for large groups, and there is no doubt they are proud to be Vietnamese. The menu is very simply done, based around "12-hour pho broth, made with love and Saigon soul". Six different pho combinations (sorry but no chicken here!) and soon to be two more round out the entire entree menu. Spring rolls and egg rolls round out the appetizers and a few different coffee flavors. Sounds light on choices but my gut (literally) tells me this place will be just fine. The owner, Tran, told me she came over as a student and her goal is to have very authentic pho. She was ever polite about other pho places and supportive of their future success, but it is clear her goal is to more accurately define what the "real stuff" is. I've been to many pho places and I would say that the differences are subtle, yet very noticeable. Flat rice noodles instead of the round string type. The thin cut slices of beef rounds melt in your mouth. I did not try it, but Tran recommended the Pho Tai Lan as the meat is garlic-flavored and then wok-fried. The combination was great (meat just perfectly done) and that was great. But at least now I have an excuse to come back for the Tai Lan. My daughter got the pho meatball kid-size. Both have plenty of food $17 and $10 respectively. The egg rolls actually came out after the pho, but it's clear that they were made fresh and at $4 a solid starter. It's pretty evident when you just look at the soup this place is a little different to the good. Heads up, jasmine tea and water are served with meal free of charge. It is clear that the food products are bought from the market fresh every day (they're right down the street from H-Mart so makes sense). Two large groups as well as several individual tables flanked my daughter and I, so the crowd tells a story at 10:15 am in the morning! The ordering is done here at a kiosk (there's two of them) and the menu is so simple it didn't get confusing at all. As long as you stay in the regular recipes it seems a fair deal. If you venture off or try to get extra meat, the prices could add up quickly. But take my word for it, it's not necessary to do that. The tip was added in which I don't mind, but just mentioning it so that you are aware that you pay first here. Further proof was the lack of heaviness and bloated feeling that sometimes accompanies post-pho meals. Food was clean and didn't make me feel drowsy at all. They seem to take into account other small details, like using Chin-su instead of the rooster (sriracha) sauce because it has much less sodium flavor. The staff was very helpful and glad to answer all my questions which makes the place even better when the people are so nice. It reflects in the food as well as the atmosphere. Worth a trip to here from anywhere. Mahalo for the great meal!

The meat to bread ratio was about right, but the overall taste was bland, just not much flavor. As to the grilled pork, I was surprised to see they were just pork patties instead of actual pork. These patties were flavor enhanced with some sort of fillers and lots of ginger. But it lacks the grilled pork taste other than it's some sort of meat patty. Overall, it filled the stomach and craving, but it wasn't enough to trigger the thought of going back anytime soon. I'm sure I'll be back as it is great value for December 2025, but the overall flavor was just average at best.

Especially since they seem to be the only one in the area that serves this dish. Of course service is ehh too because most traditional Vietnamese kitchens aren't known for great service. The dining room is small and it doesn't seem to have a restroom. Lots of fruit flies/gnats though... I think I'll be back to try the canh chua and thit kho and ca kho next time. Give it a 2nd chance. I was really hoping to find a new place that's local to me with the dishes that they serve (very traditional homemade type of dishes) but I would skip this and drive to Garland or even Grand Prairie next time. :/
