The broth tastes so clean but deep in flavor. The beef I usually eat in pho is dry and pretty fatty but at Ngon it was thick and tender with a lot of it. I forgot what the other dish with the vermicelli noodles is called but sooo good. Fish sauce is delicious and the meat was juicy and grilled to perfection. I think it's a bit more concentrated than the regular broth they use for pho. The pho itself was good, it's not your traditional Viet pho you get outside, it's more of a fusion pho where the broth isn't clear at all.
