Takes time ice drip coffee, shrimp spring roll with pho. The food is very clean with perfect portion and quality.

This place is my favorite Pho restaurant in Carrollton! Highly recommended with drip ice coffee, tofu sandwiches, shrimp spring rolls and beef tendon pho. The service is great and always pack with groups on Saturday and Sunday noon. I also love the traditional electrical mellows musics makes me feel like in Vietnam.

I am going to say right off the bat, the regular sized bowl of pho is more than enough for one person. They're massive portions. I can only assume what size the large was. We even ordered a regular and split it between my 7 and 5 year old and it was more than enough. I will say, however, I felt like the Bahn mi was a bit smaller than expected. It's good for maybe a quick snack or a hold over meal, but I wouldn't come here & order that expecting it to fill you up and sustain you until your next main meal. It certainly didn't for me. On a cold Texas morning, a bowl of pho just hits the spot. Their options here are flavorful yet not heavy. Flavorful but not overpoweringly so. It's just a perfect mix of broth, well cut meat, and fresh veggies. Even the few bites I had from my wife's bowl was enough to warm up my insides. We came on a Monday morning and the restaurant was relatively empty. It seemed like most people coming in were for meal delivery services. Because of that, even though we were a party of over a dozen, we got excellent service and all our orders came out right away. They did a good job of taking care of us while we were there. The restaurant is a bit no frills. A few pictures on the wall and square tables throughout. But honestly, that's what I want. They let the food speak for things. Not the ambiance.

    Pho with white meat chicken

I wasn't feel well and craved a bowl of pho with white meat chicken. When you arrive, you are asked to sit at an available table. The restaurant is located in a busy plaza and it's very hard to miss. It is large enough for big parties as well. The pho was great!! It came out extremely quicky after we ordered. I wish they brought more cilantro and basil for my table but it was sufficient. The chicken was overcooked so I recommend the dark meat if possible. If I'm ever in the area again, I'd like to go back.

Had a great time at Pho Pasteur yesterday! We were sat immediately and service was quick. Ordered the white meat chicken pho, combination pho, vietnamese coffee, and special order tofu spring rolls. The large size was hard to finish eating, I can't imagine how large the portion of the XL is. Spring rolls and coffee were perfect as well, definitely plan on coming back again!

Food is great! Food is wonderful ! But the guy in his 50s-60s, glasses, speaks English, has got to go! He is rude, disrespectful, unfriendly, impolite. Lose the ego, racism and shitty attitude dude! People say please and thank you and he says nothing in response at all!and he looks down upon anyone who isn't Vietnamese! Bad energy and not what this establishment should have.

    Price of bánh mì

Called ahead to order 4 different kinds of bánh mì to go( just to try their menus) asked for extra pate and butter inside all 4 just because my fiancé love that style, the lady pick up the phone confirmed that weird and we affirm that is correct order and the place could charge extra for it, we would love to pay for those pate and butter extra, and the lady said yes they could do that. When I come pick up they charged $7.95 each ( $6.95 on the yelp picture and their physical menu) so we assumed we got them extra pate and butter as we agreed on the phone. ( we don't have to open all 4 when pick up just to check right ? ) And the next day when we eat in our store , only 1 have regular potion of pate and butter inside( just like the normal way they make) the other three have no pate and butter extra as ordered. One thing good is they put pickle carrot and radish and cucumber and coriander on the side as we don't eat right way so the bánh mì won't be soggy . The 4 kind is bánh mì thịt nguội( will have pate and butter normally) , bánh mì bì( no Patê butter) , bánh mì chả lụa( i dont eat this one but the ppl eat it say there is no butter pate in it) and bánh mì chả lụa hột gà( nó Patê butter)

    Peep that little pig feet.
    Tina B.

I have to say this restaurant have some really great delicious food. Pho broth was beyond flavorful. I love that they serve pig feet in their bun Bo hue. Not many restaurants around here give pig feet in their bun Bo hue. Spring rolls and egg rolls have the perfect ratio of ingredients. We were here on a Sunday around noon time so it was really busy. We were greeted and seated right away which was nice. The male server took our order in a rush. He left before I finished ordering. So I tried to wave him down as he was bringing drinks out to other tables but he purposely avoided me by walking around the other side so he doesn't have to pass by me. So, I've asked two different times, 2 different servers for some extra raw beef on the side and extra beef balls for my pho and I never got it which was disappointing. The male servers here are extremely rude and it shows that they're not happy to be there to serve you. Because of how I was treated, they get 3 stars.

Nut allergy friendly for soups, I didn't even ask. This place was packed on a Sunday! Thankfully, in a parking plaza with plenty of parking. Service here may be slower, as there are only so many wait staff if it gets busy. It took us a while to even get menus. The Vietnamese Coffee came out about 15 minutes after ordering (already dripped though, which others were served as it was dripping) and the soups about 21 minutes after ordering. Where the service is slow, the food is packing in flavor and size! I ordered extra large of the pho and the bun bo hue and it did not disappoint. The prices are extremely reasonable for what you get. The pho broth was oily but flavorful and rich. The bun bo hue was the perfect balance of spice and flavor. My only critique is that the eye of round steak in my pho tai was a bit tough, but they gave so much of it that I can't complain. Would definitely visit again if I'm in Dallas. It stands up to some shops on Bellaire in Houston.

The ambiance in the best Pho places leave a lot to be desired. Sometimes, the cleanliness has me squinting my eyes to try not and see it. The service is efficient and friendly. But, the PHO!!! Delicious, light broth with the perfect amount is saltiness. I appreciated the cilantro and Thai basil along with a dreamy ton of bean sprouts. This place isn't close for me but when I'm on the side of Carrollton, I'll be back

The customer service was the worst customer service. The spring roll was good, but the rest of the food was not. I believe the owner was our server and he had a bad attitude and snapped the menu from our table.

    Paley W.

Best regular pho in north DFW. The broth is very authentic and clean. They're not know for spicy pho or pho that comes with bells and whistles. If you want just traditional pho then this is the place to go. Vegetables are very fresh and plenty; the meat is soft and not stuck together. I would strongly recommend getting the shrimp spring rolls. The rice paper skin is very delicate but strong, not too thick yet still able to hold everything inside the spring together very tightly.

It was yesterday that I had a craving, so I got 2 combination and 2 grilled pork. The combination was decent. The meat to bread ratio was about right, but the overall taste was bland, just not much flavor. As to the grilled pork, I was surprised to see they were just pork patties instead of actual pork. These patties were flavor enhanced with some sort of fillers and lots of ginger. But it lacks the grilled pork taste other than it's some sort of meat patty. Overall, it filled the stomach and craving, but it wasn't enough to trigger the thought of going back anytime soon. I'm sure I'll be back as it is great value for December 2025, but the overall flavor was just average at best.

I will say the meat had a bit more fat than I like. To top it off I ordered the green Thai tea, which has more of a perfume flavor but very settle. The classic yellow one is more milky so if you're someone who enjoys tea drinks you should give it a go!
