It's not on the menu but I asked if they could make it and they did and it was yummy. I always enjoy a good Thai meal, so we decided to give this place a try. The first thing that stood out was how absolutely gorgeous the restaurant is. The décor is beautiful. The staff was also incredibly friendly, attentive, and accommodating throughout our meal. We ordered some of our usual Thai favorites. While everything was good, I did feel like some of the dishes were missing the bold flavors I'm used to. The soup, in particular, wasn't quite what I expected, it tasted like the broth may have been boxed or just made very different. That said, the shrimp in the coconut was unique and absolutely delicious. A few of the other dishes were just okay. Even though the food wasn't quite as flavorful as we had hoped, the ambiance and excellent service made for an enjoyable dining experience. It may have just been an off day or simply not the style of Thai food we're used to. I still love the yen ta fo! The level 3 is plenty spicy for me where I was drinking water between bites (not that it helped). The Papaya salad at level 2 spicy and raw shrimp at level 2 spicy were really good. Great texuture, freshness, and flavor. Service here is great! It's very clean and organized. There a full bar once you come in the entrance. Feels calm and peaceful like you're on vacation. Usually not too crowded during week, so eating in, the food comes out fresh really quick. The flavors are very tasty, I love my pad thai a bit more sweet and there authentic pad thai dish really hits the spot every time. I will say, I got the same dish doordashed a few weeks back, and the dish didn't have everything that was suppose to be included. Stopped by with a group of 4 adults and 1 kid and ordered a bunch of stuff to try family style. Curry puffs were flaky and excellent, though the pork skewers were kind of small and a little tough. Wrapper of the egg rolls was super crisp but the filling was just okay. Khao man gai was juicy and flavorful, pad kee mao had a great chew, crab fried rice was solid and came with a good portion of crab. The fried fish was just a little too crisp on the outside so it was a bit hard to chew through the skin, but the flavor was great. I got takeout from here for Saturday dinner. I got the chicken pad Thai, chicken yellow curry that came with steamed rice, pineapple fried rice with chicken, and mango sticky rice. The fried rice was the best. It was well seasoned and really delicious. The pad Thai was good too. I found the curry chicken a bit stringy and dry and not very flavorful. The mango sticky rice was delicious and a great end to the meal. When I went to pick up the food, the restaurant seemed quite full. Their prices are decent. The green curry with beef was pretty good. The Radna needed more depth. It was missing the smoky flavor for the noodles. The fish was a disappointment. It was tiny and was served to us under cooked. When we brought it up to our server, looked at the fish and said that it was just the color of the fish (pinkish) . Huh? We said no, its pink & you can't get the meat off the bone because it was under cooked. I had to show her how we can't peel it off the bones. I the menu says that lunch entrees come with soup... I was not served soup. The salad itself was great, perfect heat, and I liked the cut up lime ‍ in it. I wished they had given me a spoon, because of how good the dressing was. However they didn't inspect the lettuce & it had a bad spot. I was constantly overlooked as they helped other customers and had to wait a considerable amount of time for my check. And, the waitresses didn't really seem to like their jobs. I realize I'm not cash cow for them, & I'm usually a big tipper , but only tipped the minimum... because of the above statement. Popped in on a Thursday evening and it was a little scarce- met my friend for dinner and didn't really get much service for a bit- but soon enough things were rolling. Pad Thai, pad woo sen, fried chicken wings, papaya salad, beef salad, were all just like out of Thailand. Service her is pretty quick, and they do know their menu. Also the waitresses are all Thai, which to me gives that sense of legitness for Thai food. Atmosphere is pretty chill. Cool new place! Atmosphere is interesting and the decor is unique. I liked the pad kee mow quite a bit although it was a bit sweeter than I prefer. The flavors were vibrant and I could taste the individual ingredients in the dish. Well done but I will be trying the other items next time. 8/10 Appetizer platter was quite good (we ate most of it beforehand). I didn't like the fresh salad rolls .. they had a bitter aftertaste. I loved the crab rangoons and the curry puffs they were delicious. The sauces were typical and paired well with the curry puffs and the crab rangoons. We also had the mango ice cream with sticky rice. I quite liked the ice cream but it was a substitute for real mangos (not in season). Would love to try the original. This is the best Thai place you can get in all of DFW. Their sweet curry samosas were savory yet fragrant. We wanted to try a new Thai spot and this place always looks super cool, so we wanted to try it! The appetizer sampler did not disappoint. We kept saying how happy we were that we got that. My fav was the vegetable roll with the peanut sauce! That sauce was amazing. The chicken pad Thai was yummy and the spice level 5 was HOT. I love spice so I wasn't mad. I couldn't imagine the spice level 8 though hahaha. I will say that when we ordered online, the Authentic Pad Thai said it came w all these veggies like broccoli carrots etc, and we got none of that. So that was a bit disappointing, the flavor made up for it. The chicken fried rice was for the kids, but it was amazing. Not pictured was the tom kha soup at a spice level 5. That was extremely spicy but really yummy. The type of mushrooms and onions were a bit odd but it still tasted good. (4/5) Authentic Thai Basil with Fried Egg You can't go wrong with this flavorful dish. We ordered it with beef but you can choose between minced chicken or pork as well. (5/5) Mango Sweet Sticky Rice This is my favorite dessert and they did a really good job here. I had to stop myself from ordering another serving.. The sticky rice was still warm and the coconut sauce was not too sweet, plus a perfectly ripe sliced mango. I'd definitely come back here again to explore more of their menu. I was disappointed for my first time trying this place and met with rude customer service. I came in about 25 mins before close. I was not greeted for about 7 minutes. Then when I tried to make a to go order I was told that they are no longer taking orders even though I came in almost 30 mins before closing. The staff has always been friendly and owners completely engaged and friendly. The food is always excellent and quality. The curry puffs are still my favorite out of any.
