WOW! Everything about this place from the food to the service is amazing. The chicken katsu sandwich was DELICIOUS, the katsu was crunchy, but super juicy. We also ordered the butter garlic chicken bowl and got mac salad for our 2 sides, you can actually taste the butter garlic flavor. The mac salad was also yummy, and was nice and peppery. Usually, mac salad makes me nauseous, but I didn't have that issue here! The place is very clean, a worker was actively cleaning while asking everyone if they needed anything. This is a hidden gem! Great food for a great price and quantity!! My friend and I ordered the teriyaki sandwich with avocado as add-on and the Hawaiian bowel with 2 meats and 3 sides. They were both really good, especially the mac salad! The rice was a bit stale, but the chicken was tender, mac salad was addicting, the sandwich bread was soft. The meals were each $9.99 so we swapped or added for additionally $2, so the prices were affordable. It's a small place with 4 small tables, so it doesn't hold a lot of customers. The server was very kind, and I didn't tip her bc I thought we were picking up the food, but she winded up bringing our food (so you should tip unlike what I did ). I went here today based on an earlier web search. I had high hopes, and I was not disappointed. I had the 2 meat bowl with teriyaki chicken and spicy teriyaki chicken, with 3 sides. This is my new favorite lunch place. There was enough food for 2 people, and it was delicious. I love teriyaki chicken and this delivered. The rice and macaroni salad sides were great. The price of this meal was $9.99. $9.99. This was a better lunch than any in Carrollton, by far. The one-meat bowl is $6.99! Please go eat here and make this business successful. read more

This place is dangerously close to my house and we've already eaten here twice in a month that we discovered it. The food is worth the wait if you're eating there, but just know there's not a ton of seating and the two random times we've came it was pretty busy inside. Eating with my partner means I was able to split my order in half just so I was able to try whatever he ordered. I've had both the chicken katsu and avocado and egg sandwich, as well as the chicken katsu plate and everything was truly delicious. The chicken was super crispy and somehow stayed that way despite being doused in whatever crack sauce they smothered the sandwich with at the end. Same when you order the lunch plates. The sandwich is not dry at all. Tons of butter and aforementioned crack sauce made each bite I had painfully aware that I had to workout harder my next time to the gym. I ordered delivery, so dining in may be a completely different experience. Overall, I didn't feel the flavor justified the calories. The brioche bun was the highlight--it was soft, buttery, and perfect for the egg sandwich. The eggs were fluffy, well-seasoned, and rich enough that I didn't even miss the cheese (though I forgot to add it, which probably would have made it even more decadent). The tater tots didn't hold up well to delivery. The container trapped too much condensation, so they arrived soft instead of crispy and weren't worth finishing. When we first tried this it was during soft opening time and we felt like service was a bit slow so if you are picking up I'd come ahead of time, that being said we have come back 3x already . The egg sandwich is really good, I like the bread and it is different from what I expected, it's soft scrambled egg with some mayo based sauce but it's really good! We also like the plat lunch style boxes. I like the mac salad a lot, it's not too sweet or tangy and I feel like it's seasoned well. I saw this new Hawaiian Korean fusion spot in Carrollton with very good reviews and stopped by to try them out when I got back to Dallas. I got the ham and cheese egg sandwich. I wanted to try their chicken katsu sandwich but it comes with mac instead of eggs. They also have some grilled meat plates available with rice and mac salad. Their bread is sooo fluffy. This place is absolutely delicious. I found it from tiktok and almost didn't make the drive to carrolton but I'm so glad I did! Their Hawaiian plates are amazing and super flavorful.
