    spring rolls, chicken satay

I liked the fried rice, it was decent nothing special. Yummy chicken satay, and decent spring rolls. $60 with tip for lunch was higher side of reasonable. It was completely empty when we got there but then a couple families came in after.

Pad see Pad See Eew with tofu, spice 2

I ordered the pad see ew with tofu, spicy level 2. Delicious and perfect level of spice. Service is quick and friendly even during a busy lunch period. Dine in comes with a complimentary bowl of hot soup. I have also picked up to-go orders from here and recommend both the dine in and to-go options.

    Crabmeat fried rice

Okay listen ... this crabmeat fried rice? It slaps. Like, slap-your-forehead-and-hug-the-chef kind of good. First of all, the crabmeat is REAL. Not that fake imitation stuff. This crab probably had a family and dreams. Now it lives on in this delicious rice masterpiece, mixed perfectly with fluffy egg like it's been training for this dish its whole life. The flavor? Chef's kiss. I don't know what kind of magic oil or pan they used, but the taste hits you like a warm hug from your favorite aunt , comforting, savory, and a little bit sassy. And let's talk about the staff , not only are they friendly, but they had me laughing while I was chewing, which is dangerous when you're inhaling rice. One of them called my dish "crabtastic." I respect the pun game. Only reason it's not a full 10/10? I wish the portion was bigger because I ate it so fast I almost cried when it was gone. Will I come back? Absolutely. Might even bring my own fork next time so I can eat it faster.

This Thai restaurant is turning out to be a really good lunch option for us. It's located on the outskirts of Carrollton K-town, behind 99. At first I thought because this is a chain restaurant and the logo looked unflattering so I never tried it until now. It turned out very authentic and delicious. We love their lunch combo where you can get a half portion noodle and some other entree, along with soup and ice cream afterward. This was also my first time trying Thai tea ice cream. Awesome place, inside the decor is new and modern. Staff is friendly and fast too.

    Roti Curry Dinner

We came here while on vacation and the food and service was on point. The food was so fresh and served hot. The pad thai was one of the best ive had. The curry roti is 10/10. I got the beef and it was a bit tough so ide probably do chicken next time but it was still very flavorful. The servers were nice and the place was very clean. We went during ramadan and they even had a place for people to do their prayers. I thought this was very nice and considerate. I will definitely go back when visiting

It's all about the food! Noodle Wave always hits. If you want Thai and don't want to be disappointed then this is the place. Price is average. Portions are good though with plenty of protein on the protein dishes.

    Lunar rice with tofu
    Kim D.

I ordered from here with my friends and we loved it! I cannot speak to the location, but the food was all well-prepared for a good price. I got the Lunar rice with tofu and it was excellent. The egg yolk was still soft despite being delivered. The tofu was flavorful and well-made. The curry sauce came packaged separately, which kept it from getting soggy. The spice levels were all appreciated, and we agreed that we would definitely orderfrom here again.

    Chicken Pad Thai Noodle

I came here with a group of 7 or so for a birthday and everyone loved their food. The service was crazy fast, even with a table of 7 and appetizer orders. I will say that we thought it was insane there was an automatic gratuity added for a table of 7 and no one on the staff said anything about it. Came back a second time with other friends because I raved about how good the food was. The service was just as good and quick. The food was still excellent. The wait staff pool tables and tops from what I could tell, so you won't be served by just one single person. It doesn't matter much though because they're all great. I have tried the Sesame Chicken (3/5 spice) and the Almond Sriracha chicken (4/5 spice). The 3/5 spice wasn't super spicy and I probably could have done with a bit more heat, but I also enjoy spicy food. Take that as you will. The appetizers here are a bit small for the price, so if you come with a big table I would reconsider ordering them. Really diggin the aesthetic inside. The fish lights are pretty neat. Everything looks clean and fresh - just like the food!

The almond sriracha chicken and Penang curry stole the show! They were amazing and spicy. The Mongolian Beef, Pad See Ew, Pad Thai, and Fried Rice were all solid as well. The service was great.

    Seafood Fried Rice
    Danny L.

Needed a place with a decent amount of vegetarian options (for my friends), and Thai Noodle Wave fit the bill. I think it's one of the few with a decent number of options in the area. I ordered the seafood fried shrimp. The portion sizes are fantastic here - could easily split this with 2-3 people. OK amount of seafood included and sprinkled throughout. On taste, I really appreciate that it's not too salty or oily - it doesn't really have a wow factor though. But if you're looking for a filling yet lighter option, it'll do ya good. PROS: - good location - interior is roomy and spacious - staff are friendly and service is fast - great portion sizes, plentiful options CONS: - food is decent but doesn't stand out

Arrived on a busy Sunday lunchtime, we were seated immediately, and the service was excellent. Drinks were served immediately. Food came out within 10 minutes. We had the Spicy Crabmeat Noodles and the Thai Spicy Basil chicken. Ambiance was nice and welcoming, the place was pretty clean.

They had bento boxes and dessert similar to Meet Fresh, and it was more of a casual, hang out spot. This new store is next to Ztao and they are more of a sit in restaurant. Their menu was short and when I asked if they had bento boxes, the waitress didn't really understand my question. Their menu consisted of.. 1. Main Entree $14.99 that came with rice, noodles, or congee 2. Soup $3.99 three options 3. Sides $4.99 several options No dessert menu, only a little stand on the table with taro pudding that costed $8.95. We ordered their braised pork chop, daikon meatball soup, and pig ears. Like I mentioned, food was good, but nothing special. You can only order the side and soup if you order one of the main entrees. This new store is nothing like their old store, just fyi.

Yesterday I ordered the spicy cold noodles, and today I went with the LA galbi combo, which includes the spicy cold noodles with short ribs. The short ribs are served on a sizzling plate and were absolutely delicious. When you walk in, you place your order at the front, receive a buzzer, and then pick up your food cafeteria-style from the kitchen counter area once it's ready. Everything is self-serve, which is why they don't accept tips. The utensils are tucked away in a pull-out drawer on the side of the table--super cute. They also offer complimentary hot soup for dine-in guests that you can pour yourself at the water station. The food here is a solid 10/10. I'm from California, where we're not exactly lacking in amazing, authentic Korean food--especially in LA and the Bay Area (Santa Clara in particular). But I have to say, it's rare that a place makes me want to come back immediately the next day. Maybe it's because I've had one too many Texas tri-tip lately, but this place was exactly what I needed.

Came here from a post on social media with high hopes. Ordered our food at the kiosk and took a seat. Later an employee came over to inform me they were sold out of something I ordered and let me choose something else. This is fine and not a part of my negative review - it happens - I chose the beef noodle soup, extra spicy, with marinated egg. The cucumber salad we ordered was lacking any and all seasoning. Sadly I make a version of this salad at home, Chinese style, and it is way more flavorful. They didn't let the cucumbers soak in salt beforehand, so they were completely flavorless. Even after adding soy sauce it still didn't save it. Normally the wife and I finish the cucumber salad at other places we order it from, but we didn't even finish this one. When our soup arrived it was extremely oily. Basically mostly oil it seemed, you can see it coating and clinging to the entire spoon. Complely unappealing. I'm not sure if this is something particular to this style/region of a Chinese food or what, but I couldn't eat it. Even worse than the oil issue however, was that the meat in the soup was completely inedible! Literally each piece was either 95% ligament or fat and was just chewy and wouldn't even break down. I kid you not there was maybe a nibble of tender edible meat in the entire bowl of soup. And I don't say this lightly, I'm not a picky eater and generally try to find the positive in food. To top it off, I didn't even get the right kind of egg I ordered in my soup. I wonder if they gave me someone else's order. Either way, it was terrible. Ended up leaving almost the entire soup, even though I was starving. As for positives, the egg noodles in the soup were okay. That's all I can give it. Also, the soup dumplings were delicious. However, given the disappointment in the rest of the food here, we will not be coming back just for soup dumplings. Sadly, this was a huge let down. No wonder it was so empty.
