I had a really frustrating experience at Bojangles. I went through the drive-thru and tried to order a couple items that were clearly listed on the menu, but the employee told me those items "weren't available." That was already disappointing, but what made it worse was when I went inside afterward and saw those exact same items being served to customers at the counter. It felt like the drive-thru customers were just being brushed off instead of getting accurate information. If items are actually unavailable, that's understandable -- but don't tell people something isn't available when it clearly is. It's confusing and wastes people's time. Customer service and consistency really need improvement here. If you're going to run a drive-thru, at least make sure the information you're giving customers is accurate. read more

Looks like after the renovation they're back to their old habit of disorder and chaos: over 30 minute wait for two biscuit combos (mobile order) AND the order was wrong when I finally received my order. They fixed it very quickly with a sheepish apology. Meanwhile drive thru orders are going out like crazy. Watching biscuit after biscuit sandwich being made in the background. Maybe their systems are just complicated for the workers or something. I don't know why mobile orders are so complicated for this location. There were three other people waiting when I arrived with one other guy quite upset about the wait--I understand his frustration now. read more

I had a chicken biscuit for breakfast today. The chicken was well seasoned and juicy. The biscuit was good but it did crumble and fall apart towards the end. Messy but still good. Saw a new chicken spot so we had to try it! Stopped in and got the family meal with 12 tenders, Fries,Cole Slaw, and biscuits. All of the items were freshly prepared and tasty! The tenders were particularly good, large and marinated in a bit of spice. I definitely wouldn't go so far as to say they are spicy, but they do have some nice flavor. Fries were a bit salty, but crisp and fresh. I thought the biscuits were darn good, just the right texture and delish with some jelly. I am definitely comparing Bojangles to other fast food chicken! This was my first time and I would put it in my top 2 options. The service was great and I was greeted as soon as I walked into the nicely decorated and very clean restaurant. read more

Chicken tenders were moist however, no flavor. They need to add some sort of seasoning or spice. French fries were not fresh and overly salted. Their dirty rice was acceptable and the biscuit basically good but, fairly dry so it needed some moisture or something to help it out. These guys would do a lot better if they had some sort of a hot sauce and perhaps even a gravy for dipping. read more

Bojangles food is amazing but at this specific location, Main st. Lewisville. They are the slowest place on earth. It's actually ridiculous how many times I've had to leave out of line because of how long it takes. No exaggeration you're there atleast 15-20 mins and I ordered 1 item with drink. read more

This review does not reflect this location, but all the Bojangles locations in Texas. So, being from North Carolina where the real Bojangles restaurants are, I was very disappointed to see that they only have Chicken Tenders at all of their locations here in Texas. I grew up eating Bojangles at least twice a week. Back home the Bojangles all have regular chicken like KFC and Popeyes. To me this is just another Raising Canes. I wish they would have brought the full menu so the people here could really have the opportunity to see how great the food tastes. read more

It was okay. Chicken was not juicy, kind of heavy breading. Sandwich was ordinary. Fries were not worth the calories. Biscuit was a nice touch, but a little dry. Ordered drive through, ladies taking orders were very pleasant, kitchen could not keep up. All curbside and drive thru spots taken waiting for orders. Tried the Bojangles in Lewisville having never had their food. Holy moly, excellent. The tenders were large and the coating delicious. The fries, my grandson couldn't get them into his mouth fast enough. My very picky daughter LOVED the biscuit. The only negative is that the drive-in person was gloomy and did not look like she wanted to be there. Not that big of a deal but wish she was happy. Try it people! Totally yummy. Tried Bo Jangles in Lewisville for the first time and it did not disappoint!! The food was amazing!! That dirty rice is to die for! And the blueberry cookies!!!! The service was great and the food hot. Definitely try the chicken tenders. I am looking forward to going back. read more

I feel like I owe another review, especially now that we have Bo in our own town. We were very excited to have Bojangles coming to Texas, since we'd grown to love them in North Carolina. They have the best fries anywhere, and the chicken is just fantastic. I've been a bit disappointed in the Texas Bo. I was hoping they'd come in big and bold...but they've come with smaller restaurants, and limited menus instead. I felt a bit cheated. Still, the Bojangles on Main Street is going above and beyond within the limitations. The chicken is still fantastic, the biscuits are so flavorful, and they still have the best fries. I'm trying to lighten up my diet, so I've been getting the dirty rice, and it's a strong second place. The owner of this Bo's is very involved, and seems motivated to make this one work. We've spoken to him a couple times, and he's training his workers to be especially good at the customer service aspects. Someone personally takes your order in drive thru, and they'll bring your food to your table if you eat in. Three times we've been given complementary Bo Berry Biscuits. Here's a hint: if it's your turn to bring breakfast food, try bringing the Bo Berry Biscuits--they're just a bit more than donuts! Oh, and we just tried their blueberry cookies--OMG! So good! Another hint: we often take our biscuits home for later. If we forget to bag them for freshness, I rinse the biscuit under water, wrap it in a paper towel, and microwave it for 30 seconds to a minute--it works! Seriously, this Bojangles is great, and it's got stiff competition there on Main Street. read more

His attention to detail, friendly demeanor, and willingness to go the extra mile made my visit truly memorable. The entire team followed his lead--efficient, welcoming, and truly top-notch. It's rare to find a manager who makes such a noticeable impact, but Alex absolutely does. I can't say enough good things about this location. I've been waiting for this place to open, never had their chicken. Went by last Saturday morning and got their chicken biscuit absolutely fantastic. It's my understanding that they make fresh biscuits from scratch every 20 min at least that's what I've read. I went by the next Wednesday and got the 3 piece chicken strips. Best chicken strips I've ever had anywhere ever! They're huge, incredibly crunchy and juicy. They also have, I think, 7 different sauces. I particularly liked the peach honey pepper! Our first visit to a Bojangles since moving from Fort Mill, SC (Charlotte, NC suburb) five years ago, and we felt like we had never left the Carolinas. Although they don't (yet?) offer bone-in chicken, pecan twists, or sweet potato pies, the chicken tenders, buttery biscuits, dirty rice, mac and cheese, Bojangles fries, savory-sweet Bo-Berry biscuits, tea, and lemonade took us right back to Charlotte. Also, Manager Karon is an outstanding Bojangles ambassador. From his first words through the drive-thru speaker to happy banter at the pickup window to final delivery curbside (We ordered a lot! ), Karon was all positivity and filled with Bo-knowledge. He empathized with my earlier menu omission laments and assured us he was stumping to have those items along with both country ham biscuits and smoked sausage biscuits added to their offerings. Got biscuit (1) and gravy. The gravy was really, really bad. It was watery thin and had absolutely no flavor, I chunked it. The chicken sandwich was just okay... kinda dry and smelled interesting. The bacon egg and cheese biscuit was also nothing to write home about. I was really disappointed in the biscuits themselves. They weren't awful but the hype lead me to believe they were the best thing since sliced bread -- literally. And these three bad-to-mediocre items cashed out at some $17. Absolutely awful! We drove from Plano because we saw it on the way from our mothers and were super excited to try the famous chicken. This place only has freaking tenders. Freaking spicy tenders at that! They were horrendous! Everything was horrible...the mac horribe, the fries horrible, the lemonade horrible (tasted like it was the squeeze of that artificial lemon & not enough water to mix it) the tea was horrible! The blueberry biscuits were the only decent part of the meal but they are so dense you can only stand a few bites! Horrible! All the sauces were horrible! If that was homemade ranch it was horrendous! We threw our entire $25 meal directly in the trash! Beware! read more

The service was amazing, we were promptly greeted the moment we walked in, the entire staff were very friendly and helpfu, very short time to wait for our food and the food was delicious. This was one of the best dine-in experience I have had in a long time. The manager Karon was super nice, my girlfriend left her purse on the chai, he ran out to our car bed we left to make sure she got it before we left.
