The Apple Harvest Turkey is still there Saturday evening. Disappointing. I love Schlotzsky's! But this location is not it. The employees dread you walking in, no eye contacted, no welcome, just bumps on a log. It drives me crazy they never ask me if I'm a rewards member so I usually end up adding the receipt afterwards if I remember to. I always order the same thing- Turkey Original - and the last 3 times it's been made differently. The first time it had mustard and should have mayo. The second time they forgot to take off the olives as requested, and the third time they put some weird yellow cheese on the bottom bun. Not sure I'll be back. Sad. read more

First of all I have to say this is the nicest Schlotzsky's I have ever been in! There is a ton of seating and lots of room in between tables! I've been a HUGE fan of Schlotzsky's since I was a kid! Ans now that I know they serve Gluten Free buns, I can eat it again! I have not dined here in a couple of years. My initial plan was to get lunch. Unfortunately, this location was the only store within 15 miles to not have the online ordering system available. Since I did not have time to order in-person and wait, I came here for dinner. Once I arrived, I was able to order right away and got a small Roast Beef & Cheese. The employee never asked which bread I wanted and I forgot to ask, so I ended go with Sourdough. Several other orders were ahead of me, but the staff were fulfilling them quickly. It took only 10 minutes to get my sandwich. Unfortunately, the sandwich was not properly cut in half. The bottom halves of the bread were still attached. When I grabbed one half from the bag, the other half came apart. Eating that half of the sandwich was a bit messy. Overall, a small surprisingly satisfied my appetite even for dinner. read more

I ordered through UberEats last week so I cannot comment on the parking, cleanliness or staff as this is one of the few locations I haven't actually entered. I asked for certain veggies to be left off so I could let it sit at work until my conference call and enjoy it without a soggy tomato or anything. I was a bit irritated to find some of the toppings were still on it, but at least there was no soggy tomato. There was a strange amount of onions hidden under the lettuce- not throughout the sandwich, just concentrated in the middle. Weird sandwich making. That being said the chicken bacon smokecheesy wasn't bad and the portion of a medium is enough for 2 meals, especially if you get chips. I'll always give them credit for having good ingredients- the chicken is tasty, the bacon is good quality, the lettuce is never wilted, the lovely sourdough bread is never stale. So even when made wrong, I can always salvage the meal because all the pieces are good on their own. For years Schlotzsky's used to be one of my favorite sandwich shops but I'm just not that impressed with them anymore. They keep hiking up prices, when they add things to the menu the portions are pretty small for the amount you pay (looking at you tiny $6+ sliders) and they don't offer combos anymore. This is at least the 3rd location in as many months that doesn't follow order instructions and frankly I haven't had an order made correctly the first time from any location in over a year, which tells me it's the culture and how employees are treated/trained throughout the company. With all the competition for sandwiches, which are also delicious and much cheaper, I'm just left underwhelmed by the chain and miss the days of correct orders and combo prices. That being said, if you have no substitutions and stick to their original sandwiches on the menu, it's a solid lunch option and good ingredients are still important. read more

Terrible location. Very hard to get to with very limited parking. Also we ordered a very specific menu item and instead of them letting us know that item wasn't available they just substituted it with something not even close to what we order. I will never order from here again. I ordered the pick 2... a sandwich and a soup through door dash. I was exhausted and was craving this. When our order arrived they had 2 soups and no sandwich. When we called to tell them our order was wrong a girl named Sandy basically told us there was nothing they could do about it and it was DoorDash's problem and to call door dash.
