The Truffle Oil and Spicy Oil are a nice added touch on any of the pizzas. I also like that they will bring out dough fr your kids to play with while they wait for their pizza, good way to keep my very busy boys occupied while waiting. The service is always solid. They do a good job of balancing lunch/dinner rush fairly often and it's not uncommon for them to bring you a fresh pizza if they accidentally overcook yours a bit. They really want to make sure they are serving a superior pizza and it shows! I also like how small, and laid back the restaurant is for one carrying a Michelin star. It was a very busy salad, lots of different flavors going on, but I am here to tell you it was one of the best salads I have ever had in my life. Overall, it was very dry and lacking of any discernible taste. No doubt because it sat in the kitchen for quite awhile, given the unusual duration that it took for our food to show up. I've had better frozen pizzas from the grocery store. It was a very dry and disappointing for something that used to be overloaded with flavor, sauce and meatball chunks. It was a marked contrast from when we had been here a year ago. What used to be a regular go to has turned into a sad disappointment. I'm putting it down to perhaps they had an off night.
