They've been using their dough recipe for over 60 years! They use family recipes for pepperoni, sausage, & meatballs. They also use Wisconsin-Aged Smoked Provolone. I loved my CHICKEN SPINACH MOZZARELLA individual pizza. Olive oil was nice in place of red sauce. This pizza had mozzarella plus their Wisconsin provolone which does not taste heavy on the smoked flavor so don't let that deter you. I enjoyed the touch of garlic flavor - so fresh.
