We ordered carry out- our first visit here. We started with the mozzarella nuggs and the Build Your Own with added mushrooms and smoked mozzarella. We enjoyed the crispiness of the mozzarella nuggets and the marinara was amazing. The pizza crust was on the soggy side, surprisingly. Otherwise, it was quite good. We will try it again since we both love smoked mozzarella on our pizza. read more

Always a solid choice when you're craving authentic Italian pizza. The meatball appetizer was once again a hit, and the Margherita pizza didn't disappoint. The house wines are also good and pair nicely with the meal. The only reason I couldn't give 5 stars this time was because the crispy Brussels sprouts were unfortunately undercooked. Still, we'll be back! read more

Wow what a cute little brick oven pizza spot! I went on a Saturday night, was sat and greeted quickly. My server was very knowledgeable on the menu explaining reds was with sauce and whites was with the sauce on top. Also that this pizza is reco'd to be eaten with fork & knife (which i was like dang it's going to be a floppy pizza but it wasn't) She recommended the Cane Rosso & Honey Bastard. We went with Che Cazzo. Che Cazzo was the perfect amount of spice & I would order it again. For Dessert we ordered the Tiramisu. In my opinion it was dry, a lot of mascarpone & not enough coffee flavor. At this moment i wouldn't get it again. They also have a Dog friendly Patio! read more

I haven't come to this location in several years. I had a reservation which was good but the place was packed on a Saturday evening. The food was good but we waited over 30 minutes for 2 entrees. Thankfully my daughter loved her pizza. It's $10 pasta weekend mind you but come on. They had plenty of workers all walking around. I don't blame our waiter for not checking in on us because he has so many tables. I wish he would've updated on our food status. I had to flag down a manager and a few minutes later our food came. My plate was hot but the food was cold. The pizza was piping hot and delicious. I will come back but just be aware. I'm thinking the delay was because of pasta weekend but still. read more

We were in the are to attend a show at a nearby theater but wanted to munch down before hand. Our group chose Cane Rosso. When we arrived, the restaurant was hopping; packed! Fortunately, our group of 20 had made reservations prior to our visit. After looking over the menu, we chose the "RonI One." It had pepperoni, bacon marmalade, tomato sauce and house made Mozzarella. Sounds yummy! I was also intrigued with their speciality cocktail menu. They had me at the "Limoncello Margarita." What's not to love about.Limoncello? John T, our server, took excellent care of our group. After a short wait, salad, pies, and pasta started arriving at our table. Our Roni One was a wonderful mix of sweet and spicy. What a great pie! We'll definitely have to check out one of our local Cane Rosso's in the future. read more

It's a hot day and what better way to cool down than a pizza pie and a cool Cesar Salad. Our server Johnny was friendly polite with service with a smile. the vibes is all about the pizza and the girls little league game. The ladies got the Emma and I got La Flama Blanca. Overall the staff and the inside of the restaurant is always a good time. read more

Very spacious restaurant and has good parking for a Friday afternoon. We got the cast iron spinach dip which I feel didn't have enough spinach. It was pretty creamy and cheesy. The overall taste of it was fine. For my entree, I got the lunch combo which is only served during weekdays from 11-3pm. I chose the sausage pizza which was good. Paired well with ranch and Parmesan cheese. I also got the parm tots which were fresh and crispy. Not a lot of bottled soft drinks/ water here besides topochico and beer. I was not a fan of the fountain water . I appreciated the manger on staff coming over to offer us more chips with our spinach dip as he noticed it was running low and we still had a lot of spinach dip left. Overall, good experience. read more

Came in on Sunday evening about 5:30. Was seated in the side room which was crowded with large groups and super loud. I think the main dining room may have been quieter. We waited 35-45 minutes after ordering to get our food. We may have just came at a bad time and they were backed up on the pizzas because several tables came after us and left before us. We were just a party of three and had no intention of being there over an hour but it ended up being about two hours. The pizza was doughy and not quite done. The two pastas were good but not hot. We waited another 10-15 minutes after eating for box and check. Our server may have had tables in main area because we rarely saw them. read more

Came here to say to grab a quick lunch after a workout the food was just as good as I remember. I opted for a chicken parm instead of pizza so I could get a side salad as well. I couldn't even finish my sandwich because it was so big. I was glad to have leftovers for later. Service was ok, though I expected it to be quicker since they weren't busy. This is one of their older locations so the building could probably use some upgrades, however, I like how it still gives that local hometown feel. read more

Came to try this pizza spot which is located in the middle of downtown Carrollton. Nice area they have a lot of food spots and stores. Ordered the pepperoni and mushroom pizza, overall it had good flavor. However it was soggy- granted I like my pizza well done / crispy but some ovens can't get it crispy. So just too soggy for my taste. read more

Leaning 3 over 4 for a 3.5 star spot. Doesn't mean it's bad, just not exceptional. This is a pizza only review. Had the Ella Extra Spicy. The flavor was all there. Very delicious. My only knock...I expected a little more airiness in the crust itself. It was a bit doughy for me. My experience with this type of pizza has been different. But a nice size for two to share or one really hungry person. It's fresh and good, as you watch them make it. Just wasn't the hugest fan of the density. Flavor all there. I could tell it's a legit spot though. Vibe was cool. Our server was very attentive (sat at the bar). Made recommendations and constantly checked in. I'd love to try the pasta dishes some time when I'm back in town. Definitely try Cane though. It's a solid pizza. read more

Honestly this experience was just o-kay. We tried the Che Cazzo and it wasn't our fave. We received the pizza and it was cold and missing some ingredients. Wondering if this was someone else's pizza that had been sitting there that they just gave to us. But my server, Gaby, was awesome. She not only replaced the pizza, she also made some pasta recommendations which weren't bad. I think we had the crispy kale pasta. Not the most flavor in the world but had a unique crunch due to the fried kale. We dined outside, which was well lit. Lots of space, but kind of chaotic as we were right next to a large party with lots of kids running around. I love Cane Rosso but I can't say I'll be returning to this location. It wasn't a bad experience, just wasn't my best one. read more

Worst pizza in town. Any frozen pizza is better. It's uniquely disgusting to be burnt (charcoal) and still cold and uncooked (wet soggy and raw dough) at the same time. They don't have any clue what pizza is or how to make one. Or even how to cook for that matter.Forget about getting drinks, you won't get one, they scam you and water down all the booze to rip you off. Ultimate failure in every way. I feel bad for the servers that try to make a buck working for these criminals. The only people that like this garbage don't have any taste and probably eat dog poo regularly. read more

Nice pleasant pizzeria in downtown Carrollton. Food was great, service was okay. It was a slow weeknight so there was plenty of room and easy to park across the street. Kids pizza is a really good size good enough for an adult in my opinion. The salad we ordered was good and they weee shy w the almonds or cranberries. We would definitely come again and maybe try their happy hour options. read more

Poor customer service. It took 1.5 hours to order and receive my pizza on a day that wasn't busy. They made my pizza wrong twice even after the waiter repeated it back and confirmed multiple times. The manager kindly comped our pizzas but I just don't understand the lack of organization and communication. There were so much staff standing around seemingly doing nothing. In the end I gave up and ate a pizza that was not what I ordered. The pizza flavor was ok but crust was way too soft for my liking. Will not be back read more

This is a great middle of the week place to go for good pizza and half price bottles of wine. However... The service is lacking. We wait for servers to help us while we watch six or seven people standing around. They chitchat with each other instead of watching the room to see which of their customers may need something. The one bartender is expected to tend bar for the entire restaurant and also serve everyone who is sitting at the bar while everyone else sits around waiting for pizzas to be cooked. read more

I placed a business catering order for 24 people - pizz, salad, bread, and a side order. Never again. Paid a premium to have it delivered and set up. Driver was completely uneqipped so had to carry in half the food. They took a picture and left. Nothing whatsoever was done to keep food warm so it was cold on arrival. No serving utensils. Pizza & bread weren't cut all the way through so had to redo it. Terrible experience. read more

What an absolute dumpster fire. Empty restaurant, too many employees standing around chatting with one another. The service still managed to be poor. We apparently messed up by ordering pasta instead of pizza. Gummy, salty, congealed glop not fit for a cane. Unapologetic management. Just... don't eat here. I mean, nobody else does, apparently for good reason. read more

Food- Had some good ol pepperoni pizza, wasn't a big fan of it at all, super droopy and took extra long to come out for some reason even tho it was 3:30 on a Sunday. 2/5 Service- Waiter was nice enough but there was dirty plates and odd specks in some lemonade, not too happy about that. Also got charged for the lemonade after an only a few sips. Unless we were being charged for a refill... 2/5 Nice place, bathroom was clean 3/5 Out of the 3 Cane Rosso I've been too in DFW this was definitely not the best experience. read more

Got a new job and they took us out for a company lunch first day. We went to Cane Rosso which surprisingly, I never been to. They ordered So many various types of pizza and appetizers but I couldn't get a pic of anything really. However, the gluten free pepperoni pizza was delicious and the meat lovers options, idk the name because I didn't order, was delicious as well. They have a hot honey pizza that I enjoyed the flavor of too. We also had an arugula and prosciutto pizza, pesto pizza, and vegetarian option but I didn't get to try any of those. We also got the meatball appetizer and the cheese bites. Both appetizers were 10/10. The meatballs were flavorful and juicy and the cheese bites were perfectly crispy and the cheese pull was legit. Idk why it took me so long to get here but I will be back for more. read more

We love this place and this review is a little late. If you love Neapolitan pizza and you haven't tried this place you are missing out. We love the Carrollton location and visit frequently. Our favorites entrees are the Zoli & Cane Rosso but the basic Emma & Ella are must tries as well. Service is hit or miss; not bad but can be slow sometimes. But trust me the food is still worth it. Cane Rosso is perfectly located at the Star where Cowboys are headquartered. During game day, they have great patio scene to over the game magic. The vie casual sports bar and the food food fired pizzas. We started with few appetizers. They have one of best fried artichokes I have had, tasted almost like calamari. We had garlic bread which is just okay. We ordered several pizzas and pastas. Which were all good. The carbonara was too salty and heavy for me with the pancetta and heavy cream sauce. Service was laid back. They brought in pizzas before we finished our appetizer which was a little annoying as we felt rushed. The star was the desert pizza which is must have at this place filled with Nutella and peanut butter drizzle on a warm pizza dough. What could go wrong. read more

Perfectly located on the Main Street of this little town and steps away from 3 Nations brewery. We decided to go with a white pizza to go. It was a thin crust pizza very flavorful but on the soggy side. Their service was a little strange because we got in and 2 kids at the entrance didn't said a word and told them I wanted a pizza to go, they sent us to the register near the other door. The girl that took our order was great. They have some cool art on their walls and the place is spotless. read more

This place is a classic wood fire pizza place. They cook the pizza in less than 90 seconds in a 900 degree oven, so the pizza comes out quick and piping hot. I thought the pizza was not bad, but the spinach dip is really where it's at. It's super cheesy and delicious. One pizza should feed two people. It comes with six slices. They have lots of seating indoors as well as an outdoor patio where you can bring your dogs. Service was fairly good as well. read more

Brought family from NY to eat here. Made reservations for 630 on a Sunday night.. We placed our order within 15 minutes. We received our appetizer an hour later and it was lukewarm. We did not receive our pizza (3) order till over an hour and 15 min later! We ate at 8:00!!! They asked if we would like a free dessert. We came for Sunday dinner, got to the restaurant around 5:20, seated right away (was not busy). Not sure why service was bad, the waiter was MIA majority of our time there. I went to ask the host if we were forgotten about, mainly because it was 6:20 and we had been waiting over 30 minutes for a meatball app, 2 kids pasta and 2 carbonaras. Food came out warmish but was good. We were mainly disappointed in the service, never got a refill on drinks, daughter was about to get up to ask someone for a box to go when the waiter finally came around but we had to stop him and ask for the check and box to go. The ambiance didn't help when we were seated under a not working light. Only fun part was the kids liked the pig outside. read more
