The ricotta stuff in the stars was tasty. We spread it over the pizza and delicious. The crust is thin and tasty made with just a few ingredients and they proof it for 72 hours. The manager, Oliver said they do this so it's easier to digest. Then we had the salad Laura with Burata Stracciatella cheese, fresh cut tomatoes, croutons and fresh sliced parmesan cheese. I sprinkled some balsamic vinegar on top and this is a winner salad. So much that we took 1/2 of it home. Our server, Victoria was great, welcoming and passed our meal service with a great tone.
