It was absolutely awful. One of your employees no joke was on drugs. Pretty sure he took an edible before he clocked in the only good guy who worked this night was named Ryan. He did a great job. Everyone else needs to be retrained or fired. The manager, Maurice Perez, was the most disrespectful and rude person I've ever met in food service, let alone customer service. I'm not surprised I see other reviews about him here. I ordered a pizza from here a few weeks ago that was burnt black on one side, so I left a private review via email. I was sent back a coupon for a free pizza, so the other night I went in to use it. There was an issue with the bar code I was sent, and the cashier had to go ask Maurice for help. I spoke so respectfully because I had no reason to be mad, I thought it was just a misunderstanding. He barely let me talk, interrupted, rolled his eyes, shook his head while I was talking, called me a liar, raised his voice, and made it so uncomfortable in the store in front of everybody. Even the workers looked so embarrassed. I left another PRIVATE review, and got a call a few days later from their district manager. All he did was apologize and say Maurice will be spoken to. I ordered the Mad Dog mod-sized and mentioned that I wanted all the ingredients. I also opted for the No Name Cake. When my pizza was finally out of the oven, the employee asked if I wanted any toppings. I did not want any customizations, so I said no. The pizza was just okay. Although I am not a big fan of thin crust, the crust itself was not too bad. It's taste and texture was better than the usual thin crust. Unfortunately, the pizza was dry and I could not see or taste any of the red sauce. After eating the entire pizza, I was still hungry. Fortunately, I had purchased dessert which made sure to satisfy my hunger. Since the cake looked and tasted like a Ding Dong, I wonder if that is the reason for the name. So, we've gone to both the Euless location and the Heritage Trace location. Both were excellent! First off, the prices are great. You can really load up a pizza and the price doesn't change! They weren't busy on our first visit, so I told them I was a first-timer and asked for a few suggestions. I of course started with mozzarella cheese but they suggested adding Asiago and cheddar (apparently a limited time option). We ended up getting pepperoni, black olives, artichokes, mushrooms and I can't even remember what else! In our second visit I added fresh garlic and that was absolutely a good call! They don't put much sauce on their pizzas, which I thought I wouldn't like, but turns out it was a perfect amount of sauce! We also ordered the cheesy garlic bread. It had tons of cheese - to the point that it was stringy when taking a piece from the middle. I love gooey cheese!! They offer red sauce, pesto and ranch for dipping. I went with both red sauce and pesto on our first visit. I wasn't wowed with the pesto but the red was great! On our second visit, I replaced the pesto with ranch - another good call, but I still preferred the red sauce for dipping. We will be back! I probably won't change my order up much, though. Honestly wish I could give zero stars. Iordered an Unlimited Toppings pizza through Door Dash. Some of the toppings were pepperoni, Canadian bacon, bacon bits, and red onions. My pizza came with only 4 slices of red onions, one piece of Canadian bacon, barely any bacon bits that were only spread across 2 slices, and no pepperoni. MOD took FOREVER on my order to where I had to wait an extra 45 mins past the original estimated time(Doordash was saying preparing order, driver wasn't even sent out yet. Original estimated time to arrive was 5:50pm, and it didn't arrive till 6:35pm, when I ordered it at 5:19pm. Even the reciept on the box says "promise time 5:32pm", yet they didn't finish making the pizza till 6:18 pm), and then I get a pizza that wasn't even made the way I ordered it?!? Don't get me wrong, I usually love MOD and their pizza and have never had an issue before this, but this is very disappointing. Instead of diving straight into the pizza like I wanted to, I'm pissed off. I've been craving their pizza for awhile now and they did me hella dirty. I was happy to see this location had opened! We had heard and seen progress on it, then covid shut down happened! We were worried that they would not open but was glad when it finally did as things opened back up! Staff was outstanding, really 5 stars on that! I appreciate that the pizza is unlimited toppings included in the price. As well turkey sausage was an option, we really appreciate places offering non pork options on some of those items! We also enjoyed the no name cakes. Now with the pricing it's reasonable, they offer a few different sizes as well! Though in house they don't have the mini pizza listed on the menu that I had seen on Mobile or online ordering, but you can order it! The food has been very hit or miss lately (last 6 months) depending on who's putting together your pizza. Last few times my pizza has come out burnt, or the person putting it together was so out of it (slurring words, couldn't think straight, disheveled appearance) the toppings were slopped so poorly that everything was condensed to 1/3 of the pizza. There's a few good workers at this location, but the majority are either so out of it or simply couldn't care less that the service you get makes us not want to come back here anymore. read more

Called in my order, and they said it would be 20 minutes, I showed up in 30 minutes. First, they tried to tell me there were no called-in orders. Even though I clearly spoke with someone, they were asking each other if the phone even rang. While I was talking to someone about it, they just left mid conversation to help another customer. After they came back, they finally checked their orders, and sure enough, my order was there. At this point, they tell me they now have other orders in front of mine, and it would be another 20-minute wait. I can understand mistakes happen, but it was the walking away mid conversation and putting my order at the end of the queue that left me feeling like my business was not wanted. Probably one of unfriendliest joints I've been to in a long time. The music was so loud, I couldn't hear what they were asking me. Funny thing is the workers couldn't even hear each other. I love these personal pizza places because they offer so much at a small price and the pizza is better than major chains. The only downside is no leftovers. I ordered online and got curbside pickup. I have not been into the store yet. Ordering online was easy. They offer many different options for sauces and toppings. Pizza ended up being about $9 without special options. My order was estimated to be ready in about 15 minutes. I pulled up and parked and someone brought my pizza to my car before I called and before the estimated time. Excellent customer service. My pizza was good and looked good, just one problem, the red sauce was spicy! I'm very sensitive to spicy foods. Husband liked his pizza with white sauce. My 18 month old chewed on my crust for about 30 minutes and gave me the head nod of approval. I'd say it's pretty good, but next time I'll get a different sauce. read more

Terrible location, staff seems to be on hero*n or on some type of drugs. They lack comon sense throw your toppings in the middle and don't spread them out. don't get me wrong, the pizza tastes great but i've had multiple instances where they add the wrong toppings--for example, today i ordered 3 pizzas-- 2 had the same exact ingredients and were veggie pizzas, and the third was a meat pizza with bbq drizzle. they even put the correct receipts on each pizza box, but upon opening i noticed they put ALL the meats on one of the veggie pizzas, and the bbq pizza only had the few veggies that were already on there. i understand messing up a order occasionally, we're all human and i understand that during the holidays especially there's a bit of a rush with orders, but the fact that this isn't the first time it's happened is a bit annoying. read more

Folks, my wife and I are pizza snobs. Been to Italy 5 times, had pizza all over the country. Love Neapolitan pizza like Cane Rossi and Cavalli. Grimaldi's is good. We put MOD right up there with all of them. You can pick your toppings, the red sauce is really good (as is the spicy red sauce), and the thin crust is perfect. And who can beat $8.77 for an 11 inch? If you haven't tried, you should. Staff is super friendly. We can attest that the Mad Dog and Jasper with added ingredients are really good. We'll be back and soon. read more

Me and my wife have been waiting for this place to open up so we could have something new to try. Right off the bat every employee there welcomed us, and helped walk us thru the ordering process. The pizzas are pretty good sized depending on how hungry you are. I went with their "thicker crust" option. They got us in and out in a good timely manner. No complaints at all. Food was still hot once we got home. Put the left overs in the fridge, and still tasted just a fresh for a "before bed snack". We will for sure be going back. read more

MOD Pizza is typically quite good, but after our last 2 times we have determined that the Glade Parks location is struggling to keep up the good reputation of the franchise. Ordered via app 2 pizzas, time given for pick up was 17 min, at the 18 min point arrived at the store with 2 people sitting inside at a table, 2 pizzas in the oven, and 3 (visible) staff, I looked on the pick up shelf at 2 orders and neither were mine, asked the staff about my order...and then again...got blank stares. My pizzas had not even been prepped, one staff just said "we've been busy." Fast forward another 20 min (about 40 min from initial order time) and got my pizzas, took them home, had requested "well done" and they weren't even hot, they were floppy with unbaked dough throughout, and even wet (ew!). I had to take them home and put them in my own oven only to throw most in the bin because they were just that poorly made. I am sympathetic to short staffing and being hectic, but neither of these were the case, not even close. They just very obviously threw the order together with no thought given to quality or customer service, just wanted to get it over with and go back to whatever it was keeping them so busy. Sorry MOD Glade, you're just not making a very good name for yourself anymore and I'm done. read more
