The absolute best pizza I have ever had!!! But unfortunately last night I might have had one of the worst drivers. When ordering my pizza I had thought I had left a tip when I had placed the order.. apparently I had not and when closing the door the driver stopped me asking "are you going to leave some gratuity?" I honestly felt a little taken back especially since I had thought I had put one on the initial payment. He was pretty rude about it and stood at the door for a few minutes until I went back. Five months ago I had a negative experience with one of their managers and corporate's attempt to address it was a form email. This place is amazing and always puts out the best pizza around. It is carry out only so I placed an order and when I picked it up, it was piping hot and fresh. Once back home, me and the family chowed down and the taste was spectacular. You can tell that they use fresh ingredients and they pay attention to the toppings. I now remember why I don't order pizza from i Fratelli anymore. In a word, bland. No flavor except for oregano. Oregano sprinkled on the entire pizza. Overpowered every other ingredient on the pizza. And $26.00 for a large vegetarian pizza. Overpriced and overrated. I gave two stars due to delivery 25 minutes after ordering. Super fast delivery at 6 pm on a Saturday night is an excellent clue others aren't ordering either. I'll stick with Tony's. read more

First time here. Really enjoyed the thin crust, tasted fresh and I liked the crunch. We also ordered bread sticks, they were not that great which was disappointing because with the price and the amount we expected better. My five stars are for an awesome gluten free pizza. It's SO hard to find one worth paying for that is a decent size and doesn't taste like cardboard. We got the Big Brother GF pizza and a Caesar salad. I wouldn't order the salad again, wilted and seemed old. But the pizza, yes! Delivery was estimated at 45 minutes and they got here in 30. We really like this place and the pizza always arrives hot and fresh. People are nice and the delivery people have all been extremely professional. A medium pizza is the perfect size for two people. I do however have two issues. 1. The last two pizzas we ordered with extra Canadian bacon, and they arrive with extra olives. Yes, we ordered olives on the pizza, but not smothered in them. 2. The cheese cake here is pretty good, but it's is severely overpriced for what you get. Not only is it a 1" thick slice by 4" long, it's $4, and .75 for extra strawberry sauce that has not once ever been delivered with the order! So, I've paid for extra meat on the pizza and strawberry sauce twice, and didn't get either. Seeing that this is my one "cheat meal" per month, yeah.. it's kinda a big issue that sticks with me. Let me first start off by saying I love how their dough is made fresh and not pre packaged. I hate going to pizza shops and knowing that my dough is prepackaged. But I Fratelli makes there's fresh!! We ordered 2 large pizzas. The margaritas and the pepperoni! The cheese literally pulls apart like the commercials On tv BUT IT'S REAL CHEESE ! It's not too much sauce either. No mess while eating. And the edges are the prefect crisp! I love how they serve thin crust and it's not mostly dough you're eating!!! This place KNOWS HOW TO MAKE A PIZZA!!!! . Though I took this pizza out, this is not take out level pizza. They have a sit-down restaurant in Los Colinas but from my home in Fort Worth it is a drive, so I pick up in Grapevine and take it home. Bar none the best thin crust pizza. Service always kind and friendly. Topping flavors you would use were you the owner. Presentation like no other pizza chain can copy. The aroma when you open that box lets you know you are about to have more pizza than you usually allow yourself. This will be your new cheat day feast. This will be that guilty pleasure. This will test that New Years resolution to eat well, but in moderation. Ifratelli's, if you are with me, time for a move to my area. HEB and Fort Worth is waiting. Fell in love with this pizza when it was served at a team meeting. It reminded me of a place from my home city. So I ordered it several times for my family after initially trying it. The first few time ls it was amazing, the 3rd and 4th time the crust was over cooked it really took away from the enjoyment but I tried it again and they recovered. Now, I think if you like pizza and are a fan of "meat lovers and veggies," this is for you. And I must give a shout out for one of the delivery drivers whom delivered my pizza and rang the door bell but we didn't hear it. He proceeded to call several times and then text me to let me know my order had been delivered. So for that reason I will be trying them again. Is there any argument that iFratelli is the best pizza in town? Admittedly I'll cheat when I'm not nearby or want to dine in, but when i crave pizza, nothing is quite as satisfying as that oddly shaped pie piled high with an alarming array of meaty goodness. We love all the topping choices and it's the unanimous family fave. Got the big brother delivered. Website estimated 65 min but it showed up in 30 min. Toppings were good but crust was stale and couldn't taste the sauce. I think the crust was pre baked, then toppings put on and reheated just before being sent out for delivery. For $30, not really worth it. I will give them another shot at some point because there is potential for good pizza read more

The issue I had was successfully refunded which is the reason I'm giving two star, however if you order online, PLEASE be aware of shady delivery drivers adding an EXTRA tip on top of what you've already tipped online. I absolutely love ordering from this location. They are very quick and courteous and they get my order delivered. Every single time I order from here, the pizza is delicious and it arrives very hot. I have been to this location, and it is mainly a pick up and go kind of place. It's right off of Glade in Euless/Grapevine. This is one of my favorite pizza's, because I love the thin crust.
