Love Andy's Frozen Custard! Great tasting, great price and it tastes so good. When you are looking for a sweet cold treat this is the spot. I always order the small code with one scoop of chocolate. $3.02, well it use to be under $2 so prices went up over the past 9+ years but I still give them my business. They have large menu boards at the drive through and by the outdoor windows. So many choices. For drive through stop at the menu board and drive to the window to place your order. Great service, great deserts and a great place to enjoy a few delightful treats!! read more

I love Andy's! They have such delicious custard and you can really make about anything. The strawberry oreo shake was surprisingly very good, wasn't sure about the combo but it definitely works. Adult dirt and worms is awesome too! They give a lot of gummies. The service is always good too, nice workers. It always looks very clean back there too. 5 stars for sure. read more

Always great custard. However, one staff member last time was impatient and rude. Good atmosphere.

Great selection of things! You can build your own treat or choose from a variety they have. I got a sundae with hot fudge and my boyfriend got the "Texas two step" all really good. Service was good as well and the place looked cute. read more

I love Andy's wherever I go. Simple the best. The pumpkin pie with vanilla custard is off the chain.

We visited Andy's for the first time recently, and it was delicious! I would definitely recommend ordering the Bootdaddy concrete in a medium size--you get a fun, collectible cup in pink, green, or purple. I was very satisfied with my treat and highly recommend giving them a try! read more

We visit this place once a week and always order a large concrete. This week, the cup is large but the concrete is not. The disappointment I can handle but the gas lighting I cannot. Don't you try to convince me the cup is never filled when it has been for the last many years. read more

Creamy and delicious. Sooooo yum. Pricey for sure but you get what you pay for I guess. It's definitely not watered down "ice" cream. It's smooth milky custard. No indoor seating. Either drive through or walk up, kind of like Sonic. read more

I really don't like sweets. I will have incredibly random cravings for it, but I'm not the guy demanding dessert. Was out doing errands, and a craving hit me. I wanted a Strawberry shake, McDonalds had a line wrapping around nearly nice. Figured I'd live when I saw Andy's. I've heard a lot of praise about this place, so I figured "hey why not, theres no line". I know why there is no line now. I showed up and ordered the Strawberry Oreo Shake. By the time I got to the window the shake was ready. Like literally, I gave my card to pay and was handed my shake before I got my card back. I was shocked. It's just that fast. The shake was fantastic. I don't have a "sweet" palate, so I can't really tell you why they are special. For the first time in over a decade, the spouse asked if I wanted a shake and my response was "Is it from Andy's?" Otherwise I wouldn't do it. Take that for what you will. But I don't like sweets, but I'll always choose Andy's. read more

Always a refreshing treat. Fast window and drive through service. When the drive through line gets long, they send someone out to take orders. This vastly speeds up the line. The custard is very good, and there's a lot of order options. Pro-tip: use their app and collect credits good for discounts. My only wish is that they had better outside seating. Pretty much, you either stand around or you take it to go. read more

Don't get the milk shake, got a milkshake and it was like drinking milk with the toppings mashed at the bottom. No creamy thickness you get with a shake. Was a waste stick with the concretes. read more

Andy's comiiiiing!! I just wanted to say that lol If you like sugar, you'll definitely like Andy's. I walked over while waiting for car service at Firestone. The menu has a lot of options and unless you're really feeling indulgent, I feel like a size small is just right. This is coming from someone who doesn't have much of a big sweet tooth. So I say! Ha My eyes immediately started searching for peanut butter because we have an affair going on. I also felt in the mood for a hot fudge sundae. AJ's Almond Dinger was the best of both worlds. It was a combo of custard, almonds, peanut butter, heath bar, and hot fudge. Can you say decadent?! The wait was a little on the long side, but there were 2 people manning with walk-up and drive thru service coming in hot. Keep in mind they're also mixing each delight. They have benches where you can sit, wait or enjoy after purchasing under a shaded awning. If you know someone who needs a job, they're hiring for $10 an hour. I got a sugar rush now so excuse me while I find some water! read more

Just left it's the best that ever melt ! Loved the waffle cone it's a nice soft taste to it u can really do it ! No doubt

Disgusting! Avoid at all costs. Frozen Custard was gross. First time having custard and I will not have it again. Not worth it

The customer service was non existent. Whoever the worker was that took out order had just blank stares and overall smugness. Not a friendly or welcoming experience. The concrete was delicious as always. read more

Guess I have to give them 5 stars as everything was great... but the price! Don't get me wrong, for what they serve (mostly) frozen yogurt treats... they are in line with most other places like this. Am I the only one who thinks the these places are a bit over priced? I got a large Triple Chocolate Concrete for about $8. It was very rich and delicious, but I am a chocoholic! There was as much mix-in as there was chocolate yogurt... the way I like it. The large isn't that large, but it's so rich, not sure I could handle the sugar rush if it were larger! But nearly $8!?! It was really good, but I can get (about) a 1/2 gallon of Moose Tracks Chocolate Extreme at the grocery store for under $5 and get 3 servings. But I guess once in a great while, what the heck(!), I'll go back! read more

A sample cone for a Emmi the golden retriever and the James Brownie Funky Jackhammer tipped the needle to 5 stars. Emmi wants to give them a 10. She loved her doggie cone. Loved the strawberry chocolate chip!!!!! My friends all got something and it was fantastic. Great service and the portions are huge.

Small was a good two scoop of ice cream. Love the milky and creaminess of it but don't expect strong vanilla flavor.

I was super excited to try Andy's frozen custard, but sadly I did not have a great experience. We placed our order and waited over 30 minutes. We went back to the window to inquire,it just so happened that they forgot to make our order. Which I don't understand how that can happen. But when notified it only took them another 10 minutes to make our order. We were highly satisfied with the custards. They were absolutely delicious and creamy I would recommend the apple pie sundae with pecans. It has this warm caramel drizzle that just melts in your mouth. I would give them 5 stars for the taste and quality of the custards but the customer service experience we had as horrible. read more

We really enjoyed this place! We stopped by one night while driving through town - I had seen several of these around and we never went until a veryyy cold February night. But so worth it! I love that they have a large menu board you can see off to the side without all crowding around the window. My husband and I shared the 'James Brownie Funky Jackhammer' concrete. We got the medium but easily could have gone with the small. He thought they maybe put a little too much fudge, but I mean, can you ever have too much fudge?!?!? The answer is no, no you cannot. We look forward to coming back another time and trying something else new! read more

My brother and I came by here for a quick dessert. It's quite easy to locate and the drive-thru was easy to find and navigate through. Their menu is quite extensive for a small dessert place, which is awesome because there's lots of variety. We both got the regular sized Original Straw-Ana (two of that size came out to around $11) since we think too much alike. The most notable feature is they load it with fruit, which is awesome because lots of places are usually conservative on giving out fruit portions. The custard itself was a creamy vanilla and well made, and the fruit paired very well with it. The portion was a bit more so average sized for the price, but overall, this place is lovely! Highly recommend for a quick and tasty dessert! PROS: - quick and fast service, very friendly - extensive menu of different custards and toppings - great portions of fruit given for the Straw-Ana - creamy and rich custard, fresh fruit CONS: - a bit on the average size for portion (regular sized - probably better to get the larger size for value) read more

Great support for veterans and the guy at register was very appreciative for our sacrifice!

We love Andy's frozen custard. It's just something we always gravitate to when we feel like eating dessert. There is non very close to our home but this location was very close to our hotel we were staying for the week. The kids usually get their kids sundae with their favorite topping (syrup are 50 cents, regular toppings 70 cents and premium toppings are a dollar. Our kids love to mix it up and change it up from time to time. My favorite drink is their root beer float! So refreshing and still sweet. Just the perfect "dessert drink" for a hot summer day. But actually everything is good on their menu. If you haven't been out here. A must try. Especially to all guests who stay at nearby hotels! So good, soo yummy. Also they provide the best customer service. My little one spilled his ice cream when he tried to clim on the bench with his ice cream. Accidents happen! The staff saw what happened and made him a new sundae at no cost right away! Thank you y'all! You made a little 4 year old very happy! read more

What a soft and warm feel to have when you take a bit of Andy's and I would love for you to have that same feel so please come try Andy's

This place is hands down amazingly great! It is a very simplistic setup going and ordering your custard or sundae or floats. They have an amazing variety of custard ice cream and so many toppings so there is something for everyone. I would go on and on on the toppings and how you can personalize your flavors, so just check out the pics after reading this review or skip to it. Some pics include my past orders from Coke floats to sundaes. I traditionally go with the Andy's banana split or Turtle chocolate banana split, but I tried the butter pecan concrete custard today and nothing short of fantastic. It reminds me of something you did in the 60s or earlier time frame where the setup is very simplistic to you order and stand around eating ice cream, but that was before my time. There are no benches except the concrete sides to sit on, but nothing beats eating Andy's custard ice cream on a Summer day. They do offer a points reward card which the Andy's order taker was nice enough to give me, so make sure you ask if you intend on visiting this place often. I really enjoying going there and getting ice cream whether going through the drive thru or going up the front counter outside and ordering. read more

This place is my new fave whenever I am in the area.. after in out burger or la Madeline. We have gone drive thru twice and could take our time looking over menu since nobody in line. We have gotten the triple chocolate with cookie dough bits and chocklate pieces. It is $4.74 for a small. Also gotten the snowmonster with strawberry and chocolate chip. The recent visit we got the kids vanilla sundae and triple chocolate again. The custard are also good in freezer next day since it is custard so does not crystallized like soft serve. I would say this is better than Freddy's frozen custard and it is close by to plenty of of restaurants. However the price is kind of pricey but get the kids sundae and change up the flavors read more
