Chocolate bark

Fun little franchise milkshake shop originating from Pittsburgh. (Not Philly) The milkshake's are pretty smooth and flavorful here. I ordered the Salted Carmel pretzel which was delicious. My daughter orders the Campfire S'mores. Afterwords she said she was milkshake drunk, so I say our visit was a resounding success! The guys up front took our order and were super fast, so that was great. In the back they have the history of the franchise dating back to 1914 in Pittsburgh. It was a nice little story about have 5 generations of family got it to where it is today. Oh one interesting thing, is this is going to sound funny, but their bathroom smelled amazing. Which is the 1st time I ever wrote that on Yelp. Overall a fun experience with the family and kiddos. Highly recommend!

Milkshake factory is the new treat spot in between grapevine Main Street and their touristy spot hotels. Staff was the highlight of the visit, we saw them taking amazing care of every customer that came in. As well working hard to maintain cleanliness behind the counter. Our shakes tasted pretty good. I would love to see them add some extra fun toppings and a few more chocolate options. Give them a try!

I got one of there speciality milkshakes instead of a classic. The chocolate dipped strawberry milkshake was delicious. I know milkshakes are supposed to be sweet but I've realized some are overly sweet and artificial. This one was not, which I really appreciated. It was the perfect level of sweetness and a nice upgrade from a classic strawberry without being overly done. The service was quick and friendly and there's plenty of seating. They have a large menu variety so there's something for everyone.

Just opened. Everything is brand new. Apparently it's a franchise chain originally started in Philadelphia. The shake was okay but very small for just over $10 with tax. Not thick. Frankly Sonic's shakes are just as good for around half the price. However, they also have chocolate treats, reasonably priced which are good! Nice atmosphere, brightly lit. Service was reasonable okay. Sorry, but the Shake size, quality and price are not in my opinion a reasonable value... won't be back for shakes, maybe the chocolate treats! But you should come in and form your own opinion!

Tried this place on a Thursday night. The inside had several full tables, so I was pleasantly surprised the service was very fast as they seemed busy. The product was tasty, although I can't say it was $10 good for a milkshake. There wasn't anything fancy about it. I got the chocolate raspberry shake. My biggest disappointment comes from the fact that I had a birthday promotion on my rewards account online that said it was good for up to a $10.95 purchase but in store they only honored it for $10. So I wasn't able to get what I wanted to, even upon showing the attendant what the online rewards said he wasn't able to make it work. I'm not sure if these are franchises or what, but the offer should be honored in store as it states on their own rewards program. Not sure if I'd come here again honestly. Edit: I have added the screenshot

So many options!!! Great selection from milkshakes to malts to baked good to chocolate clusters and you should find something no matter what your in the mood for! Place is modern and nice and clean and good customer service. I would definitely visit again if I'm ever in the area since I was visiting from out of state.

Milkshake Factory origin story

My daughter and I drove by Milkshake Factory heading to a different destination and Milkshake Factory caught our attention while passing. I quickly bookmarked it as a place to try. So on a beautiful, sunny Sunday afternoon that's just what we did selecting it as a meeting spot with friends. Parking is easy which I always appreciate. As expected they have multiple flavor options and combinations so your favorite ice cream flavor is probably there. It's small and cute inside, very bright and clean. Even the ladies restroom is cute. We tried strawberry milkshakes, nondairy strawberry shakes, ice cream sundaes and chocolate covered pretzels. Everything was delicious. Our visit was not a 5 star experience because the two employees working Sunday afternoon were slightly more friendly than trolls but not by much. They also have a points program that the cashier didn't bother to promote or mention. When in the area I would happily go back though. I still have plenty of flavor combos try.

I am so glad this place was open a little earlier than their original 4pm time. I had wanted to try them but I am more of a lunchtime milkshake person than a nighttime milkshake person, if that makes ANY sense at all! Anyway, I came in here at lunchtime when I noticed they were open on my way back to the office. When I got in line I noticed the service was very efficient and it moved about as fast as a line like this could be expected to move. The young man behind the counter was very professional and friendly. I always try to try the basics when trying a new place, and while some of the fancy flavors of milkshakes were tempting, I got vanilla. The flavor was delicious! Texture-wise, I prefer my milkshakes to be a little thicker than this one was, but from a flavor standpoint the only ones I have had that were in this league were ones I had made myself: The ambiance of the place was nice and had a crisp and clean feel to it. I will definitely be back!

Milkshake factory is a new spot in Grapevine, not far from Great Wolf Lodge & Gaylord hotels. Staff was outstanding, and the store was very well kept. They offer a number of different shakes and chocolates. I tried a mint chocolate shake, which came with a piece of their bark on top. It was pretty decent, abet on the slightly pricer side when compared to other shake places nearby.

Super cute inside with friendly staff! We enjoyed our milkshakes and would definitely go back. They had a lot of fun items on the menu.

Simply outstanding! I asked for the strawberry shortcake sundae to be made a milkshake and it was amazing. Really thick and rich in flavor. The server was super friendly and the place is brand new.

So good! best drink for a hot summer day It was ready in less than 5 minutes during a crazy rush too! definitely recommended.

The place is really neat, even from the outside looking in. It has all the ambiance an ice cream place should have. Nice and inviting, benches to do on inside and a beautiful patio area outside. The service was fantastic. The gentleman helping me was very nice, offered flavor samples and explained the sizes and did so without making me feel like he does it 100 times a day. With me and with others, he focused like each of us was his only care in the world while he waited on us. The ice cream, I ordered the Cookies & Cream was good. It was also smooth and creamy, and it did not upset my stomach like some ice creams do, indicating to me this was quality ice cream made from quality ingredients. But as for Fort Worth Star Telegram's claim of them being the best? Personally I think that honor goes to another ice cream outlet. No shame in that though, this was really good ice cream and I can see why some people might say it's their favorite!

Honestly, the ice cream here was pretty mid, especially for the price. Even if they're using…read morehigher-quality or organic ingredients, it just didn't translate into flavor. Everything tasted kind of flat, and the portions felt smaller than expected. Service was nice though -- really thoughtful and friendly -- and I did like the decor and overall ambiance. It's a good-looking spot, just not one where the ice cream backs it up.

I came here once before, but on that particular day the line was nearly out the door so I made a beeline and decided to shoot my shot on a day with less patrons. Pandemic fatigue is real, but I still have boundaries. When I walked in there were so many options and I was happy to also see that it was nice and clean. When ordering, I played it safe and went with something familiar (the mangonada). They had 2 versions: Frozen (called "Mangonada") for $3.50 or slush (called "Chamuco") for $5.75. The one I wanted of course was pricier ‍. Both cash and card are accepted. The sell ice cream, candy, chips, nachos, chicharrones...basically Mexican snacks. If you like spice, sweet or sour/tangy. You'll find an enjoyable treat here. The attendant was bilingual (so no fears for purely English speakers), but I enjoy practicing my Spanish when I can and it was appreciated. The door has signage that says masks are required, but there was one gentleman (customer) not wearing one, and they didn't seem to have an issue with it. Soooo...yea. ‍ I'll be back since it's so close to home (literally and figuratively). It was the perfect addition to a beautiful Texas Spring day! Reminds me of my SoCal days.
