They also have the option to write a note of encouragement or inspiration to someone suffering from mental illness. I thought that was a sweet gesture and liked participating in that. They have so many delightful and fun pastries that it's hard to choose what to try. My favorite is the chocolate roll!! I use to buy them by the dozen and then would eat them all over a few days... The cake my husband had them make was enough for 35 people and there were only 12 of us so we had a lot left over. The cake was red velvet with butter-creme frosting.
