He had an iced caramel latte, and I had a plain cappuccino because that's the best way for me to judge the espresso, besides ordering a straight shot. Food was okay. Did not blow me out of the water. It was decent enough to eat, but a tiny, tiny portion for the price. Somewhere around ten to eleven dollars per toast. One slice of bread, a little avocado, a couple of tomatoes, and balsamic vinegar. Was it tasty? Yes. Was it worth ten dollars? I don't think so. I bought a full sourdough loaf for ten dollars. I understand service costs and all that, but still. Coffee was actually very good, though. My cappuccino had fruity notes, very smooth. They have different roasts, which is nice. The cups and plates are really cute, and the space itself is charming. The lady working seemed very overwhelmed. The place was full, decently loud, line kept getting longer the whole time we were there. My husband didn't love his coffee, and he's usually not picky at all, so that says something. Overall, I wouldn't go out of my way to come back. But if I needed a place to sit and do some work and didn't need to be on the phone, I'd probably consider it. I just think there are better places out there. Honest opinion. P.S. My ratings are based on whether I believe I could make a better or healthier version at home. If food/drinks/service impress me, I'll be happy to come back. If not, the stars reflect that.

We also ordered the grilled cheese on sourdough, and it was phenomenal. The bread was perfectly toasted, flavorful, and made for an incredibly satisfying sandwich. As a Grapevine local, I really appreciate great service, and the staff was friendly, attentive, and efficient. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, making it a great spot to relax or catch up with friends. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

Now the one thing I didn't like is that they had a defected cup with a messed up lip...which made the top impossible to close. They should have thrown the cup out and not used it. I was driving home and about to drink my hot drink when I noticed a gap in the top. That would have SUCKED if I hadn't caught it. I used to be a barista ... Pax and B wasn't too far from the airport so that was my breakfast destination. I was happy to see Turkish coffee on the menu and definitely went with that. For food, I got a breakfast sandwich (croissant bread) with halloumi, eggs, and crispy onions. Spicy aioli was served on the side. It was definitely an intriguing sandwich with interesting ingredient combinations. The cafe itself feels very fresh and a window seat allows you to have plenty of sunlight in the morning. I definitely would recommend this to anyone in the DFW area looking for a coffee shop with interesting and delicious menu items to try!

We also had the almond croissant and two breakfast tacos, and everything was fresh, flavorful, and exceeded our expectations. We were so impressed that we even picked up a bag of their roasted espresso beans to enjoy at home. We can't wait to add them to our morning routine! A special shoutout to Tony for making our first visit so memorable. He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. Great customer service like his really sets a place apart. I so love the variety of latte flavors and creations .. it is incredible, and I love that they aren't oversweetened. The espresso is smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced. I tried the Nutella latte and it's made with actual Nutella and the cream on top was delicious... so many I wanted to try .. gingerbread butterscotch... Biscoff .. like whoever came up with this divine menu .. I love you! The service was great .. unlike many coffee shops the baristas seem to be snarky .. the baristas were super kind and helpful ..given it was my first time I had lots of questions .. the atmosphere is bright clean and relaxing with great soothing coffeehouse music that plays in the background.. great vibe .. I'm in Denton and even though it's a bit of a drive for me, there is nothing like the perfect latte to start my day or give me an afternoon boost and Bruvana makes it well worth the trip. After one taste of their silky smooth coffee it becomes clear why. They simply have a better product. There isn't a hint of that burnt flavor that so many people associate with Starbucks. Furthermore, their parking lot can be a little tricky to get in and out of, but again, that doesn't seem to keep the crowds away. Don't worry though, the long line moves quickly! Not surprisingly, I can't recall ever seeing as many people queued up at any of the nearby Starbucks locations.
