    Almond Croissant Cappuccino

This place was made by people who love coffee and educate themselves in a craft they mastered. The customer service is warm and welcoming, and the simple modern coffee house makes it easy to be a repeat visitor. They also sell their artisan coffee beans to take home, with the option to order online. I ordered the almond croissant cappuccino, and it had a beautiful light flavor with perfectly poured milk foam. The amaretto flavor is perfect for a seasonal drink.

Who knew there would be such a great coffee shop in Coppell. The staff is very kind and the coffee is tasty, plus they offer a ton of baked good. We ordered about 5, including the peach cobbler, malva muffin and the almond coconut tart. So many options to pick from we were surprised !!!

I was going to the George & Provision Coffee but I saw how packed the place is, so I needed to look for another coffee shop close by. And I am so glad I found this spot! (It was about 10am on a Saturday, i.e. time for farmers market, surprise, surprise). The staff were super nice. The coffee was great. There were not a lot of people (or people usually come in for takeouts) and there were a lot of open tables so it was a perfect spot for me to do some journaling while I drank the coffee. I ordered the hazelnut latte, coffee cake and the prosciutto & swiss toasted sourdough. The coffee cake was good but it was a little bit sweet imo. Their quiche and other pastries, and especially the croissant look so goooddd. I will order them next time I come visit :)

I have to say that my boyfriend and I were very disappointed with our experience here. We decided to check it out because it had such great reviews, but the coffee was average at best and overpriced. It cost us $18 and change for 2 small iced lattes. I ordered the iced caramel latte and he ordered the chocolate pumpkin iced latte and they were just ok. We wouldn't come back.

GAS Coffee Co. is a great local gem! They roast their own coffee, bake everything from scratch, and the staff is warm, personable, and genuinely welcoming! The shop has a cozy, warm community feel. There is also a drive-through that makes it easy to grab something delicious on busy mornings. If you're local, or just passing through on Denton Tap, this is a place worth supporting.

Americano with half n half, Milk tart, and Iced Americano - this is what we had and they were all very good! The hot americano had a smooth finish and was a nice nutty feel. The iced americano was more acidic tasting so depending on your liking you can decide which one you want to try. The milk tart was really special and very delicious. The crust tasted like a shortbread, the filling had a smooth and custard consistency, and the scent was very vanilla-y and cinnamon-y. The portion was enough to share between 2-3 people. It had the perfect amount of sweetness with a smidge of salty - so very nice! They have a drive thru and parking available. They have inside and outside seating available.

This was my first time coming to Gas Coffee because I don't actually live in Dallas, but man do I hope to come back. Susan was extremely nice and went over some favorites with me even though I settled with a London Fog. I also got the almond coconut tart, I believe that is what it is called, which Susan recommended and it was Delicious! As for the ambiance, this place is very cute and definitely comfortable. They have a long table for a bigger group and a few smaller tables for 2 people. Overall, I had a great first impression here and am very glad I gave them a try!

Gas Coffee Co. on South Denton Tap is a warm and welcoming coffee shop. A small family-owned establishment offering a unique and high-quality coffee experience. Very friendly staff, exceptional customer service and the passion for their craft. Owner greets everyone and brings in a lot of positivity. You enter Gas coffee shop once and you will feel like you are visiting a friend. I found their coffee very intense. Gas Coffee also serves a delightful selection of pastries, homemade quiches, and other treats. We ordered onion quiche and spinach quiche. Phenomenal flavors. Onion was amazing! We tried their chocolate filed croissant as well to pair with our latte and macchiato!!! They got a drive-thru for convenience and have pet-friendly outdoor seating. Their friendly service made our visit a special experience. If you're in Coppell and looking for excellent coffee in a welcoming environment, Gas Coffee is the place you should go.

Found this coffee shop by looking for local roasters and they came up! If you're an avid coffee drinker, this is the place for you. No frills or sugar bombs, just amazing and fresh coffee. The staff and owners were super friendly and very knowledgeable! I would highly recommend this shop and would be willing to say they have the best coffee within a 10-15 mile radius! Could be more but I'm visiting so I'm not very knowledgeable with the area yet.

    Darn good cup of Joe!

Even better right?? Well welcome to Parks Coffee! I've driven past this place so many times on PGBT that I googled them and saw they offered tours. So I immediately booked one and have to say it was well worth the cost. You get to see the behind the scenes and understand more about the process of making coffee. There is even a tour you can request in which you can roast your own bag (details on their website as it may change from when I post this). At the end of the tour you get to try a sampling of their single origin coffees that are paired with bite size pastries from a local bakery, La Casita, that were delicious! The pairings really brought out the notes in the coffee and even I felt like a coffee sommelier! Plus after the tour you get a discount at the coffee shop and it applies to their sweet shirts. Overall I highly recommend checking them out and taking the tour. Their coffees were great and the tour was enlightening.

I could taste the quality and how they had recently roasted the beans. I enjoyed the richness and depth of the coffee beans in the espresso. The staff is exceptional - I liked how the owner struck up a conversation with us about where we are from and my friends traveling. The vibes are that of a roastery with massive brick walls like a Brooklyn warehouse with cozy seats, games, and (assuming) art from where they get their beans. I'll be returning :)

One of these indie shops is Full City Rooster. I stopped in twice and had an iced Latte. The crew was great. Very nice, good eye contact, they seemed genuinely happy and made some good casual conversation. The coffee was fantastic as well. Good pull on the espresso, not burned, and the balance of milk to espresso was ideal. The space itself is cool, (feels smidge stark as far as seating), but the aesthetic and atmosphere, as well as the patrons, made this spot a fave to stop in.

I recently served the coffee to a group of my friends during brunch and all who were coffee drinkers were blown away by the flavor. It is delicious hot, however it makes a killer cold brew which is how I served it. Cold brewing helps the coffee bean to retain as much of the bourbon flavor as possible. If making your own cold brew seems like a tedious and daunting task, you can always opt to get one of their ready made cold brew bottles and just crack it open and enjoy!
