I've always loved PJ's! Glad they opened more in the area. This location is so close to my parents house so go here occasionally. I like their vanilla latte, hot or iced. All the workers there are always nice and helpful. Went here recently to meet a friend and she enjoyed it too - she ordered an iced matcha latte. I really want to like PJs. I was turned off because of difficult placing my order in the drive thru. When I pulled up to pay, there is a sign posted that essentially says "training in progress". I almost missed out on a great frap and beignets. I wanted to try a new spot, so I researched Yelp and narrowed down my list and found PJ's Coffee. Before walking inside, I checked out their menu online and read the reviews. After entering PJ's, I looked at the menu and asked a few questions and suggestions. John said "The Wedding Cake" is their most popular drink. I decided to get it as a Frappuccino with whipped cream. I didn't have breakfast so I ordered beignets with caramel sauce. The other options for sauce are honey and chocolate. They also sell mini beignets. I thought I could purchase a single beignet but the order comes with three. Everything is made fresh so make sure you have about five minutes to spare. If you don't feel like getting out of your car, they have a drive thru. I patiently waited for my order and left. When I got back inside my car, I took a quick look at the beignets and took a bite. They are delicious. I expected them to be greasy, but they weren't. They are fluffy and delicious. I ate all three on my way to my appointment. Don't judge me. LOL The Frappuccino tastes just like a slice of wedding cake. I enjoyed it. Sugar free syrup options are available for your coffee too. Their customer service, beignets and coffee are amazing so I will be back again soon to try their breakfast sandwiches and hot coffee options. read more

I came here 5/1/25 at around 7:30am and everything went well in the drive through, except instead the person helping me at the window asked me if I wanted to leave a tip, instead of allowing me to put in my tip. It was a social pressure for me to leave a tip. I don't like being strong armed out of a tip in any store. NEVER have I been asked to leave a tip, not even in a bar. I like my coffee, a particular way and every location I visited, got it right every time. They listened, made the coffee exactly the way I wanted it and the beignets were off the hook! I thought I was in New Orleans. Staff was friendly and accommodating, and I was quite surprised they remember my name on my second visit. Given this place 3 shots already and I'm done. This morning, I ordered a medium iced latte with honey. They said medium has 1.5 shots of espresso, I asked for 2 shots total, so an extra .5 shot. I got regular milk and my total was $8.06. Actually insane. I wouldn't be as upset if this drink was delicious but it's just not. It's very average. Only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the owner is very nice and in the past has given me extra beignets when I ordered them, and they are very good. The asian lady that works here who I assume is the manager is very discriminatory towards anyone of the LGBTQ community. I will NEVER be visiting this place again. I went in one day with my boyfriend who happens to be a trans man and she proceeded to call him a woman, and continued to ask questions like "but you are still a girl correct?". very unprofessional and very inappropriate. I had never heard of PJ's until I drove by this newly opened location, and I'm glad I stopped by! The wedding cake iced latte was delicious, espresso tasted super rich and well balanced. The turkey & Swiss sandwich is served on a warm, fluffy piece of ciabatta and was 10/10. They have a multitude of other sandwiches on their menu that I'd love to try. Why??? Why did I wait SO LONG to come here?! I've passed by this place so many times and had been wanting to try it but out but never did. We came here around 4ish on a Saturday afternoon for a little pick me up. We opted to go through the drive thru and the staff member was so kind and patient while we asked about different options on the menu. We settled on beignets and I had the iced butter rum coffee (not sure if it's seasonal only) and hubby had the mocha velvet ice. We pulled into a spot and ate in the car and omg it was so good! The beignets were hot, flaky, and fresh and the coffees were rich and delicate all at once. We finished our items in amazement and immediately began discussing when we should come back and try other items. PJs is definitely going to be in my rotation now. I'll give it 4 stars since the coffee I got was good, the person taking my order and making it was pleasant & efficient, and on a freezing cold day like today, a drive thru was nice to have available. But speaking purely about their coffee offerings, I failed to see that they provided me anything better than the Whole Foods coffee just up the street that would justify such a price difference. The "forced tipping" from a machine with very small print that's difficult to read at least thru the drive thru is annoying. I'm always confused by tipping that occurs BEFORE you receive a product / service. Whole Foods gives the option after the fact with a much less "in your face" tip jar. The last time I went to Starbucks I don't recall the "forced tipping" option there, either. A 4-star establishment I'll rarely visit. read more

I spent around $16.00 How was it: honestly this is the WORST coffee I have ever had and I drink a lot of coffee (all coffee is not created equal!!) I ordered a Turkey and cheese sandwich warmed, 3 beignets with strawberry purée and a small green tea mojito my total was $18.88 The Turkey sandwich was ($7.99) They out the sandwich in the microwave so the bread was very tough. I also feel like the price is steep for just two pieces of meat and cheese. 3/5 The beignets ($6.00) was very good. Hot, sweet and delicious! 5/5 The green tea mojito ($3.45) tasted like a regular green tea. I didn't taste 'mojito' at all. 3/5 Overall I'll give it a 4/5.
