I really wanted to like this place because I love supporting small businesses and trying new foods, but unfortunately I had a very bad experience here. The bakery itself is nice and cozy, which I appreciated. However, the service completely ruined it. The lady working there was rude, and when I ordered 3 pieces of mille-feuille and 3 small cakes, one of the pieces she gave me was broken. I politely asked her to replace it, and she acted like she did--but when I got home, I realized she never changed it. On top of that, the taste was disappointing. Everything tasted old, like it had been sitting there for over a week, with a strange aftertaste. I really wanted to support this place, but sadly this will be my first and last visit. read more

They have a new location and I haven't been yet but I will have to soon! But they have a great variety of coffee drinks, empanadas, and have an awesome selection of cakes! They saved me one July 4th when I needed an anniversary cake! They delivered with a delicious Tres Leches cake with writing on top! The couple was so pleased with how it looked but also how it tasted! This place is one of the most amazing bakeries I've ever been to. Try all their empanadas that they have here; your taste buds will swoon. My favorite was the Beef & Jalapeño and the Beef Barbecue Brisket. When checking out, ask for their Chimichurri sauce as it really makes the flavors stand out even more. They have the most cozy, comfortable sitting area and a lot of locals pop by to get their favorite pastries. The staff here are so sweet and they gave great recommendations. We happened into Argentina Bakery, primarily to grab a cup of coffee, but we're absolutely floored when we walked in at the incredible array of baked goods. The first thing you see when you walk in are some incredible cakes and right next to it is a huge display case of assorted baked goods. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Very welcoming. We asked for a recommendation for something savory and then something sweet. On the sweet side we tried a Factura Dulce de Leche pastry. It was delicate and absolutely perfect. I understand why they recommended it. We also had two empanadas, one was a beef brisket, and the other was chorizo. They were wonderful. The pastry on both was tender and flaky, and the filling was seasoned beautifully. Their baked goods are simply amazing. The only thing keeping this from a five star review is the coffee was just OK. Argentinian coffee is on the stronger side, which we like, but the latte that we had was simply too bitter. It was not a smooth, enjoyable coffee beverage. I know they use authentic Argentinian roasts and maybe the bitterness is intentional. For our palette it just did not resonate. Still I highly recommend a visit to try everything we mentioned above and more. read more

I saw on Yelp that they have 4 stars review so i checked them out. Empanada dough was hard on the sides and cracks at the bottom. Not really good.. The Alfajores Dulce de leche was a bit chalky and cracks as well. I cannot describe the taste but i think it was a bit bitter ( filling). I also tried the coconut dulce de leche. It was alright. Had a few hours to kill and found myself in a plaza where i stumbled upon this great find. This is a bakery offering numerous types of baked Argentinian and Mediterranean goods as well as Argentinian empanadas . The baked goods were all delicious and didn't last as long as i had planned. The empanadas barely made it to the car. They had such a light crust and were filled with brisket and bacon and cheese. I would definitely come back here. So many choices of empanadas. Their coffee was great too! My favorite empanadas were the spicy beef and regular beef. Dulce de leche was also great. As soon as you enter the place you'll get hit with their sweet sweet baked goods. Lots of options for sure. The staff were friendly and lots of parking outside. You can also buy goods to take home. This is a super cute Argentinian bakery im Irving. They have so many sweet and savory options to choose from! I love that they have regular and mini sizes of many items and have really good pricing. Would love to see something posted describing what different pastries are but the staff is friendly and helpful. Some of the items were just sweet and didnt really taste like much to me, but we loved the vanilla cream filled churro, strawberries and cream pastry and the empanadas. (All of them and the sauces were so good). They also have a bunch of beautiful cakes! Will definitely have to come back to try more!! read more

Empanada made our toes curl and our eyes roll back. Make sure you dip them in house made chimichurri . First thing, The food is AAA+. Original Argentinian cuisine. The empanadas are super tasty and fresh, so are the pastries. The ambience is very nice, and relax. Makes you want to stay. Now, in service (that's why I gave it a 3 star review): the ladies need to put there cellphone down. I stood 20 seconds in front of her, while she was on her phone online. It was until she finished that she noticed me. I then order 4 empanadas for here amd a coffee, amd she gave them to me. I had to ask her for chimichurri sauce, cause she never gave it, amd everyone knows that empanadas go with chimichurri sauce. She checked on the counter and went back, and then return to me and told me "sorry, we don't have", and went straight to her cellphone again. She never even offer me any other choice. I ate them iver there and deank my coffee, and went back to the pastries section in the counter to order stuff to-go, and guess what? The other lady was on her phone too. I stood there 15 seconds waiting to be noticed and just left, didn't ordered to go. Such a shame, as everything iver there is great. The young man who helped me was very informative and assisted me with picking a cake and some desserts. The signs are on the cases but I have bad eyesight and the lighting is fairly low for me. It does seem like a nice place to grab a meal and a dessert. I will have to go back again and sit down. They had enough a selection left the day before thanksgiving so that was a plus because i just picked the 1st place closest and still potentially open. The red velvet cake was a hit with the family. It was my first time and it WILL NOT be my last. The customer service was fairly nice, the desserts were reasonably priced for the most part and the portions were also reasonable. The empanada de pollo was good, as well as the brisket. For dessert I chose the tiramisu and the madrileños. It was quite a large quantity of caramel on the madrileños, and the tiramisu had a very strong essence of coffee (mimicking a tres leches style cake). This place is nice! read more
