Food well let's see here got the chicken and waffles two of them actually and they come with your choice of how you want your egg. And it has bacon but very small amount in the center of your waffle hidden under the chicken breast smh had biscuits and gravy but you get a very but very small shot of sausage and gravy. Service is terrible because you have several person at first when are seated but then they forget about you. And you can't help for the ambience because it's just plain loud when there's lots of people here at brunch time. I will give it to them. They do keep the place clean and empty the tables quickly.not sure about coming back.two people at $70.00 for two coffees, two chicken and waffles and two biscuits and gravy. For two people.

I loved that they had patio seating and also they can roll up the door by the bar. Lighting 10/10. We shared a carafe of the grapefruit mimosas, they were alright. The maple donut latte is delicious. Our entrees were great and really liked the variety on the menu. Our service we had was fine, nothing really stood out but was standard.

After an amazing service at church the ladies decided on breakfast and choose Yolk. As soon as you enter you are welcomed with a warm hello and smile. the decor is bright and vibrant with colors of yellow, blue, and white. Our server Marissa with knowledge of the menu and her co worker Prasia definitely get gives for customer service and guided our tummies what to choose to eat. Overall, excellent vibes and top notch service and food. Make you wanna slap the chef.

Super cute place for breakfast/brunch. Bright and cheerful. Loved the one at the Arts district - happy to see one out in the burbs - first time at this location. Ample parking. Service was outstanding. Had a reservation, seated right away, every person was courteous, professional and helpful. Our server was fantastic. Responsive, accommodating, and attentive. Paced perfectly from beginning till end. Food-wise their menu is wonderful. Had a hard time choosing. My colleague and I decided both on custom made skillets. Love that you can choose egg, proteins, veggies, and cheese exactly how you want them to be. Asked for the hash browns to be extra crispy. Mine was egg whites, grilled chicken, tomatoes, spinach, broccoli and cheddar. Served with a couple of fluffy, delicious pancakes. Perfect. Gluten free pancakes also an option. I also asked for an iced green tea which they made for me. Highly recommend whether for personal or professional gatherings. We'll be back!

Nice little brunch spot! Went on a Sunday late morning and was seated quickly. Service was on point even though they were busy. Food was tasty and good portions too. I recommend checking them out!

First time to this location in Las Colinas with friends. Went on a Saturday for brunch and they were hopping busy! I checked-in with the Hostess. I loved the updates they provided via text. No other place does that. Holmes was our server. He was very courteous and friendly. Both friends ordered the chicken and waffles with scrambled and over hard eggs. Their waffles were so cute. I ordered the Works omlette and it came with potatoes and choice of breads. I picked ab English muffin. The portions were big. We each ate half of our food. The food came out hot and fresh. Oh so good!!! Holmes checked on us often and did a great job! The Manager stopped by to see how everything was. Fabulous food, service, and great experience. Will definitely come back!

Popped into Yolk for a quick breakfast with the family. Everyone enjoyed the meal and the service was pretty good. Since it was a weekday, it wasn't very crowded so we were able to get in and out quickly.

Be careful where you sit! As I was about to leave, I noticed white substance on the seat next to me. It was not anything which could be brushed off. Fortunately, my seat was not dirty. I was seated at a table meant for four diners. Neither the hostess nor the waitress removed the extra napkins & utensils. The tables were already set up with flavored & unflavored cream, as well as, brown sugar in a dispenser. For other sweeteners, such as, sugar and Splenda; that had to be requested. Unfortunately, my waitress forgot to return with the them. Another waiter had to remind my waitress, who was chatting with her colleagues, that I was still waiting for the Splenda. I ordered the El Torero Scrambler, opting for the $3 maple syrup as I was getting also pancakes. On a plus side, I was charged only $2. The scrambler looked like a flattened omelette or pancake. Although it softened the scrambled eggs even further, the salsa added some additional flavor to the eggs. With the side of pancakes, it was definitely a lot of food. If I had not splurged on the maple syrup, I would have passed on them. I barely finished half and hardly ate any of the potatoes. I had been looking forward to dining at this location. Previously, dining at Yolk required a long drive into Dallas. Then again, I never experienced almost sitting on a dirty chair at either of the two Dallas locations.

Yolk is a solid spot for breakfast. They have plenty of parking, have a huge menu, and pretty decent latte options. The restaurant was also tastefully decorated for the holidays. Our server was very attentive throughout breakfast. My mother and I ordered lattes and then decided on breakfast entrees. I liked the spice of the chilaquiles but didn't love the pancake. The toppings were great and creative, but the actual pancake was mediocre. The latte was also creative and good, but a tad too sweet for me. I'd go half sweet next time. I love the options of the menu and the portions are really generous. I'd definitely return in the future.

Ants were crawling all over the table and the manager made light of it. I had to ask for a refund. It was not offered because the manager thought it was not a big deal to have ants all o the table. The food is not good.

Found this hidden gem after an appt next door. Cute ambiance, friendly/quick service and huge portions. I had The Works 5 egg omelet and it came with cheesy grits and side of pancakes. Everything was delicious and $20; what a steal! I took half of my meal home for later. Manager came around and checked on each table individually. I'll definitely be back now that I know this is in the area.

Stopped by for a weekend brunch with the kids. It was busy but we were seated quickly which was nice. The workers were very nice and accommodating with 2 young boys. Started off with a hot chocolate which is everything you could wish for: generous portion, chocolatey and delicious whipped cream on the top. We got French toast, strawberry/graham cracker pancakes and an egg dish. All 3 were absolutely fire. Definitely recommend and can't wait to be back!

Came here for brunch after church. It was a large group of us but we were sat fairly quick and our server was amazing. Everybody loved their food. I can't recall the omelette I ordered but it was soooo good! Would definitely return to this location.

Salmon with poached eggs, wilted spinach and seasoned potatoes. Also came with an English muffin and their homemade hollandaise sauce. YUM

Located in Irving-Las Colinas's Toyota Music Factory, it's a perfect place to grab coffee and a bite to eat. This location has quickly become one of my favorite spots at TMF. My Overall Rating - 5 Stars (Atmosphere, Service, Food, Return) Atmosphere - It's a cozy, welcoming space that will draw your attention to the wall with all the menu items. Assorted pastries and grab & go bites sit behind the glass counter leading to where you place your order. There are tons of assorted seating, from booths to even an alcohol\coffee bar. And when you come for lunch, the aroma from their wood fired grill fills the air. 1 Star. Service - The staff is great. You place your order, get a number, and the food is delivered to you. On my visit, the one lone staffer was taking a long To Go order over the phone. The manager noticed and quickly came to take our order. This is great awareness and service! 1 Star. Food - I love coming here for lunch because of the grill. On this visit, I went with the beef kabobs and brussels sprouts with sweet chili sauce. First, the kabob was some of the most tender beef I've ever had. Is was soft, perfectly grilled, and paired well with the grilled bell peppers and onions. Never underestimate the depth of flavor from a wood fired grill. But the star of my dish was the brussels sprouts with sweet chili sauce. The tender brussels sprouts were great, but oh my that sweet chili sauce was incredible. 2 Stars. Will I Return? - Yes. While Kitchen 101 has a huge menu, the items I've ordered have been a hit. I'll be back for those brussels sprouts and weekend brunch. 1 Star.

Don't put vague descriptions in print if your staff can't break them down when the guest asks questions. On a side note, I know for a fact that this company requires all their managers to be clean shaven. Yet, I saw a cook/chef with a fairly thick, quasi-biker beard working the line in an open kitchen in clear view of guests. Kind of ironic.
