There is very limited parking and I went during a pretty busy time. There are no parking signs on parts of the street which added to the confusion. This isn't something they can control so I don't hold it against them, just sharing so you can be prepared. The counter is right at the front. I was about the 4th person in line so I felt like I was in the way the entire time, blocking the door, the counter. It was a bit cramped for a busy Friday morning, but that's generally coffee shops in dallas anyways. The customer service couldn't have been better! The employee taking my order was helpful & kind. They baked good I wanted to order ran out so she helped me find an alternative & helped walk me through the menu. When she spoke with me, she treated me like I was the only one in the busy restaurant which is a tough skill to master. After checking out I also felt like there wasn't much room to stand & wait. I was really sad because I saw someone got a biscoff coffee. If I knew that was on the menu that's what I would've gotten. The menu was very limited. More signage would be a great modification. The coffee was good just a little expensive especially with modifications. The baked goods were a little too dry for me unfortunately. I think if you're local, this is a great place to get coffee. I'm just not sure I'd go out of my way again.

It does get busy with students, so finding a table can be a little tricky during peak hours. This time I tried the Matcha Coco Craze, and it was really light and refreshing. I also appreciate that they have a self-serve water station that's always filled, and the staff is always happy to give me a cup of ice when I ask. I'll definitely keep coming back.

The atmospheric music is not loud and distracting but rather adds to the peace of the cafe. The menu is quite diverse and even includes food options, not just pastries! Over the years, I've always stayed true to my caramel tomnccino (blended caramel/coffee drink topped with whipped cream) as it is sweet but still strong. I've noticed that this location tends to be less consistent in the make of the drinks, but overall I've always enjoyed it. As it's closer than the Carrollton location of Tom n Tom's, I've come here more frequently and will continue to enjoy my favorite caramel tomnccino!
