Assemble Coffee is literally a refreshing addition to Texican Court. I admit that I'm a coffee snob. Iced coffee drinks have been my jam this year. I had to try the vanilla cold cream cold brew. The co-owner, Brady says this is the most requested drink. I really enjoyed it!! The drink menu consists of crafted espresso, cold brew and tea drinks that are made to order. Parking may be a challenge. There is valet parking for Texican, in general. However, I was informed that if you use code assemble2024 in the parking garage/lot, then your parking will be free when you visit the coffee shop. At this time the hours are 7a-2p, Mon- Sat. The Sunday hours are 7a-noon. I can't wait to come back and try other espresso drinks! This spot is owned by a husband and wife with Texas roots. Welcome to the neighborhood Assemble Coffee!!

Iced Matcha Latte

I bought a $9 "top shelf matcha" and received this drink. I think it speaks for itself.

vanilla cold brew hands down. the only thing that really sucks is parking. somehow i was able to get one that wasn't valet. seems to be very dog friendly since there are water bowls everywhere. service was kinda slow. just one person ringing up and servicing.

Despite the crowd, the atmosphere felt lively and welcoming. I ordered a savory pastry topped with sesame seeds. The pastry was wonderfully flaky, with a light, crisp exterior that gave way to soft layers inside. It had a nice crunch from the sesame seeds and paired really well with the warm Zahr latte I ordered. The latte, which includes orange blossom, cardamom, and honey, had a subtle floral sweetness and a comforting spice that made it especially enjoyable. They also offer a wide variety of signature drinks, which makes the menu fun to explore. I found a cozy spot to sit in the back of the café, which felt a bit more relaxed than the front area. It was a nice place to sit and enjoy my coffee for a while, and overall it ended up being a very pleasant experience.

This busy coffee show has quality coffee including super strong (grow hair on your chest) Turkish coffee. Oh, their latte's a pretty good too. My Overall Rating - 4 Stars (Atmosphere, Service, Coffee, Return) Atmosphere - Walking in, it's hard not to notice the array of golden Hershy Kiss shaped lights that highlight the area where the baristas work. The espresso machine is magnificent, and this area is stunning. But the seating isn't as inviting or comfortable, and on each visit P&B was packed with people. Like a museum, it's stunning to look at, full of people, yet can make you feel uncomfortable. 1/2 Star. Service - The staff is great. Super friendly and efficient. And by chance if you get them on a slower day, ask them about that epic espresso machine. Standard counter service here. You order, then move out of the way to the pickup area. No issues here. 1 Star. Coffee - P&B is known for their Turkish coffee. I've only ordered it once (to take photos), because honestly the coffee is super strong. It is served the traditional way, on a plate with the coffee, more coffee, and a glass of water. It's a little too strong for my tastes, but luckily P&B also can craft traditional coffee drinks iced or hot. I'm an Iced Latte guy and P&B makes an excellent one. 1 1/2 Star. Will I Return? - Yes. While a lot more crowded with less comfortable seating than your favorite Seattle based coffee chain, P&B is unique, in a beautiful area, is great for your Instagram feed, and is independent. I'll be back to support small businesses! 1 Star.
