There is very limited parking and I went during a pretty busy time. There are no parking signs on parts of the street which added to the confusion. It was a bit cramped for a busy Friday morning, but that's generally coffee shops in dallas anyways. The customer service couldn't have been better! The employee taking my order was helpful & kind. When she spoke with me, she treated me like I was the only one in the busy restaurant which is a tough skill to master. After checking out I also felt like there wasn't much room to stand & wait. I was really sad because I saw someone got a biscoff coffee. If I knew that was on the menu that's what I would've gotten. The menu was very limited. More signage would be a great modification. Over the years, I've always stayed true to my caramel tomnccino (blended caramel/coffee drink topped with whipped cream) as it is sweet but still strong. I've noticed that this location tends to be less consistent in the make of the drinks, but overall I've always enjoyed it.
