I love hojicha lattes. So want to come try here after seeing on fb. It is very beautiful and aesthetically pleasing inside with plenty of seatings. I came here on a Friday afternoon and plenty of people were here. The ladies taking my order was nice, no issues. My drink, however, was very disappointing. I tried their iced mango coconut hojicha latte. I even had less mango puree/syrup. It was still incredibly sweet. But the flavors just do not go together it seems. I drank 1/4 of it and brought it home for my husband to finish. He could not drink it at all. So there goes $7 down the drain. When I checked my receipt, it did seem like they charged a bit extra from the menu pricing but it was 20-25 cents so I didn't go back. Not worth it. But I'm wondering if they do that for other customers transactions. Showing one price on their menu and then charging more during check out. If a friend wants to come here to try, I'll be willing to try something else from the menu. For $7/drink, I do think my friends would rather go get boba though. The atmosphere is nice here for friends or working online. I also wonder if they're co owned by mighty chick. There was a menu directly out front directing to go try mighty chick.

Such a cute coffee shop with delicious and unique matcha options! Green Nest has such an adorable ambiance -- lots of seating and quick service! Perfect for a date or catch up with a friend. I ordered the Matcha Cloud Iced Tea Latte. I loved the mix of the matcha with the earl grey and the addition of the lavender. Highly recommend!

Came in for brunch and ordered an iced strawberry matcha and a grilled cheese, which had a nice little kick from what I believe was a pepper jelly spread. It's a small, cute café where you order at the counter and pick up your food there as well. They offer sandwiches, salads, and a variety of drinks.

Their matcha is really good. I'm a self-proclaimed matcha snob, so I'm always curious to see what new cafes' matcha tastes like. They blended the matcha really well, and even when I mixed the milk, you could still taste the strong earthiness of the matcha powder. I got the strawberry matcha latte, which was delicious. The strawberry syrup was definitely made in house, and it was such a nice balance to the creamy milk and bitter matcha. It's a beautiful cafe, and it's very popular! There were tons of people sitting inside and chatting when I visited. I also got their Italian sandwich, which was okay. I wish they had their avocado toast available, but I came around 3PM and they've stop serving breakfast at noon. If I'm ever in the area, I would definitely come back again!

The space has a distinct layout. Coffee was freshly made to specification and worth the price. The service was prompt and welcoming. It's a cool spot to grab a latte and unwind.

Very cute ambiance and kind staff! Chill spot to do some work or catch up with friends. The espresso tonic is great! If you need to be on calls, I wouldn't come here because the music is a little loud.

A nice little coffee shop tucked way near a strip mall. The service was nice, one of the most beautiful lattes I've ever had. The pesto chicken sandwich tasted amazing. Plenty of parking spots. The only problem is they don't have many outlets to plug a laptop or phone into so don't go there expecting to charge your phone. Overall a great little spot and I hope to go back.

I'm sensitive to caffeine but love matcha so I asked for less matcha for my Snow Berry Latte and it was so good. I usually prefer less sweet but the drink actually needed more. The scone was one of my favorites. Cakey and just sweet enough. Most places have hard scones like rocks and tastes too sugary. Came back to try the Hojicha Mango Coconut 9/10. I asked for half Hojicha. Toi much mango syrup for me. I will ask for half next time.

Ordered the Strawberry Matcha and enjoyed how strong the matcha flavor was. Milk wasn't overpowering and the drink itself wasn't too sweet. Will be back to try the other options!

Service was fast, and there's plenty of room inside for those who need to work or study! The matcha tasted great - the strawberry was so fresh.

What a great spot for studying/catching up with a friend. I only got a strawberry matcha latte to go but it was beautiful inside! 3 sizes to the drinks: S, M, L. I got the medium and it was about $6 and some change. The drink was yummy! I'm glad I found a good matcha spot in the area.

At the same time, my alcohol tolerance is horrible and I just would not have been able to handle any wine or other drink with alcohol. Thus, I could not enjoy the specialties of this establishment. Instead, I got the chicken pesto sandwich. Although quite unassuming, the sandwich was incredibly delicious. The ciabatta bread offered just the right amount of toast and texture to hold everything. There was a sizeable chicken breast. Not dry but also not too flavorful by itself but that's okay. The pesto really delivered on the flavor with a savory, nutty, and slightly herbal flavor. In the future, I'd love to try a one of their many drinks - non-alcoholic and alcoholic included!

To name a few there's creme brulee, charcoal honey, ube, pandan...along with all the regular flavors. The pastries are good, they are average, which is still a good thing. Ham & cheese came out flaky. :) Presentation is beautiful. Sometimes I'll go there midday & there's not alot to choose from so it will prevent me from getting a snack. Charcuterie & wine is available but I haven't ordered any of those. A fun atmosphere, along the wall are built in seats with chairs on the opposite end of the table. Other seating includes table with benches (beware you can't move the benches to get in & out, if I'm wrong I apologize), then some a few tables with chairs by the windows, on the other side they do have benches facing each other with tables in between (great for groups!), & beautiful outdoor patio seating. They have a small upstairs with chairs & use wine barrels as tables. Clever! Customer service is okay, let me say that every person there has been extremely pleasant but out of the four times I've been there, only once I didn't have an issue. They seem to enough their jobs & working together, which is a green flag for any place, but sometimes they get distracted. One time I stood there & staff was chatting in the corner, a good amount of time passed before anyone noticed me. Another time, they just forgot my drink (it was the only thing in my order) & there were no other order left... the group was again chatting away with with each other, then during another visit they forgot my croissant. Each time they did apologize, but three out of four times aren't good odds. I probably won't frequent this location as much, but I will stop by once in awhile because their drinks are worth it.

When I asked why, I was told for remodeling and because they are short staffed. Neither made sense. I believe I saw 3 or 4 employees and while there could have been remodeling behind the scenes, we watched them close up and saw the employees all leave. We had to go find another coffee shop, but it made me wonder, if I was the owner of this coffee shop I would want to verify they were not closing early just to go play. ***revized review*** Business reached out to explain they are making improvements and scheduling those is tricky. It would be great to update on Yelp, which is how we decided on this coffee shop (based on closing time). Coffee and offerings we had were very good. This place is great, they're definitely a hit different that your other coffee places so the Black Sheep name isn't just that, which I appreciate! They do things a bit differently, like actually using crumbled pistachios on their lattes or even using a chocolate whipped cream.... That's legit! My sister got a triple chocolate frappe and it was solid! I got the Spanish latte (half sweet) I heard it was sweet, but I would probably do the normal way with and extra shot and be happy! I get it, this is not a place that makes things from scratch, but it wasn't anything great, wasn't anything to lose your mind over. He was very happy with his coffee though, enjoyed it for the majority of the day. He had dairy so I couldn't try it, but happy husband happy life. I had the acai bowl. It was fine. When I ordered raspberries I didn't know they were going to be frozen. I thought they were fresh. They weren't. The coconut yogurt on top seemed frozen as well, it had that weird frozen texture. They did slice some bananas in there. The only other thing was the plastic spoon they gave me. An acai bowl is dense and the spoon was bending trying to get through it. Not ideal. Coffee was actually great. We both genuinely enjoyed ours. I asked for a ceramic cup and got a paper cup instead, which I wasn't happy about because cardboard does tint the flavor. I asked for ceramic for a reason. Even with that, the coffee was still decently good, which says something. Cute place to sit. Comfortable seats, quiet atmosphere, plenty of parking around. No issues, nothing glaring. You can order from the menu without interacting with anyone, which we did, but a lady still came over to check if we needed anything, so they were accommodating too. My one aesthetic complaint is the plastic plants. As an establishment they can do better. Real plants exist. Overall I would come back. Probably not my first choice but we would return. P.S. My ratings are based on whether I believe I could make a better or healthier version at home. If food/drinks/service impress me, I'll be happy to come back. If not, the stars reflect that.
