This would be my after dinner dessert. I'm not a super big fan of peach cobbler but they did have multiple options to choose from. Like cinnamon rolls, cookies, ice cream, etc. I decided to try the mango ice cream. Definitely not what I imagined. I thought it would be different. It's just plain vanilla ice cream with mango pieces scattered throughout. It just didn't blend well at all to me. I wouldn't get it again. The lady at the counter was very nice, decor/interior design was cute, and the 90s MUSIC playlist while waiting was everything!

Oh gosh, where to start. I had high hopes for this place, I expected so much more than what I had. As someone said below, they are hidden in a corner, literally. I "accidentally" found them and thought their location, possibly, is ideal. In particular, during the Spring and Summer. They have a lot of festivities during those times, and those who want a dessert after leaving Thirsty Lion, can sneak across the street to the Peach Factory. I had planned to visit in the morning but, ended up getting tied up in running errands. I'm happy that happened; they don't open until noon. When first walking in, I was a bit surprised. I don't know, maybe I expected to walk into something with better decor, but I suppose it worked. The sign on the wall with the names of the cities was incorrect (per a previous review), they corrected it, but you can tell they drew on the "Y". Originally, it read Collevville. I'm not going to be anal and nit-pick, but the decor needs some work. The letters on the wall, above the menu, are off-center, and you can see where the errors were made; maybe the budget was an issue. Apple Walnut Raisin: I did not like this, there was something that just didn't work. The taste was okay, but the crust was a bit undercooked and it ruined the overall taste for me. Ice cream: This did not help at all. I don't know what type of ice cream that was, but it was horrible. They need to set up a deal with Blue Bell and use its Vanilla Bean Ice Cream. It was so bad. It wasn't soft and creamy, something you'd expect with your cobbler. Overall, because they offer multiple flavors of cobbler, I may be open to visiting again, but I will not be adding their ice cream. I'll make a stop by the store and get a pint of Blue Bell. Recommendation: Offer samples for some of your top cobblers. If I were able to sample what I purchased, I would have gone with something else. The young lady who assisted me was sweet and kind; she did a wonderful job during my visit.

    Peach and blackberry cobbler

I ordered a delivery online with instructions to call if they were out of what I wanted. I even tried to call 4 times before I placed the order just to make sure they had it. I ordered 2 blackberry cobblers and of course it arrives and it's 2 blackberry & peach cobblers.

I love peach cobbler but this for sure was not my grandmother's cobbler! This location is located in an outdoor mall area however, parking is very slim. They offer a variety of flavors and snacks from cobbler, to churros, to cheesecake and more. Given the name, I decided on cobbler but wanted to switch it up so I ordered blackberry and peach cobbler with ice cream on the side. Unfortunately, the ice cream was the best part of this dessert for me. The cobbler was a bit too sweet and soupy. I also barely had any crust. Typically, there's an even ratio of crust to cobbler or maybe even more crust than cobbler, but this wasn't the case at all. Needless to say, I end up tossing my cobbler. The staff were friendly and gave great suggestions though, just expected a different outcome.

NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY. I really wanted to like this place. There is a lot of room for improvement; the potential is there. It seems unfinished - like it's in the preview stage before actually opening. The two staff members seemed overwhelmed. There are plenty of dessert options on the menu. I witnessed several different groups come in, ask questions at the counter, and then leave without purchasing anything. We opted to dine in. My son ordered strawberry cobbler with ice cream on top and I ordered peach cobbler with the ice cream on the side. I also purchased a bottle of water and tipped. Our total was $19 and some change. Our order came out promptly. Hot cobbler, cold ice cream. Neither of us finished. It was okay but not anything that would set it apart. The ice cream is like a very light soft serve texture with cinnamon sugar sprinkled on top. The cobbler itself is the gummy / chewy kind, not flaky or crispy. I don't mind that part so much. The part that was NOT family friendly was their playlist. My eleven year old and I were shocked to hear the fully explicit versions of "Kiss Me More (feat. SZA)" by Doja Cat followed by "Ghost in the Machine (feat. Phoebe Bridgers)" by SZA blasting through their speakers. This was completely inappropriate and unacceptable. This isn't a night club, it's a dessert shop. We left quickly and will not be returning.

OMG. When I tell you that that peach cobbler was food to my soul. I like for my cobbler to have a flaky crust. I am not a fan of the doughy crust that is some peach cobblers and I feared that it was what I was going to get. I've never been so glad to be wrong in my life, The crust was flaky. The peaches tasted fresh. The flavor was perfect. The ice cream set it off. Five stars across the board. It was worth every penny. I will be back again and again. There's a whole menu I have to get through. As far as aesthetics, they were top notch. There was even a selfie wall with the light and all. The lady that took my order, let's just say she was less than friendly, but not unfriendly, if that makes sense. Just matter-of-fact like she had a lot going on. I was unbothered because I can relate. That peach cobbler was hittin' so all was right with the world.

Tried the flight - one classic Banana pudding, the peach cobbler, Carmel apple pudding, bourbon peacan pudding all were wonderful, but extra sweet and would have loved an ice or hot tea, coffee to go with it! Service was good, definatly needs improvement on making things exciting to have you try different things, I for sure love suggestions Cute little place for sure as far as ambiance!

It was my manager's birthday, and I overheard him mention wanting a homemade peach cobbler. Who was going to do all that? Not me, lol. But I did find the next best thing--a cinnamon roll stuffed with peaches. The staff was friendly, and the location was spacious and very clean. To say my manager loved his birthday treat would be an understatement--he started nibbling on it for breakfast as soon as he arrived!

It was empty on when we went after having happy hour at Thirsty Lion across from here. The peach cobbler was warm and tasty. It went well with the vanilla ice cream. I tend to go for the crust and it did not disappoint. I enjoyed it and shared with a friend. The service was friendly and had no issues. There were seats and a nice photo op background as well. I would like to try a cinnamon roll cobbler next time. It is a tad pricey but it's an a retail shopping area. Perhaps having specials or happy hour may bring more business

The perch cobbler has a lot of potential and neat options for treats. We got a cookie, a pudding and a cobbler. Everything was decent enough, and the cookie was huge. Though nothing was to the point of being so outstanding that it is going to be the go to place for any one of the items. We will keep it on the radar for coming again if we have friends that want to try something they have out; but not 100% I would go just by myself.

Decided to go for a late night snack and saw this was open nearby. As we walked in, they greeted us. We stood there looking at the menu for a minute with no the cashier and the lady behind offered assistance and recommendation. I had the original peach cobbler to go and didn't know they out the ice cream in a separate cup when it's to go so I opted out. However the hubby did get his w/it and had the cinnamon peach cobbler. From the both, i would say the original is the better of them. Lots of peaches were packed into the scoop we received. Plenty of juice and crust, very tasty! The ice cream was ok. My daughter got the praline brownie and it amazingly good! Talk about needing a chocolate craving fix! I would go back again to try the rest of flavors. Price is in the higher end.

Nice clean spot. Had the blackberry cobbler with vanilla ice cream. (Not bad) The wife got strawberry cobbler (she liked it!) My brother got blackberry/peach cobbler (It was OK) SIL got an apple butter cinnamon roll. (Delicious) The ice cream serving was small (I would like more ice cream) The sporks were definitely not good, Very flimsy and hard to manipulate the ice cream. -1 star for taste and sporks Adding some music would improve the vibe. Service was ok, the teen employees didn't seem as excited to work at the cobbler factory as my wife and SIL were to go check it out. I don't expect much anymore at any place outside of Chick-Fil-A. -1 star for the energy & service and the lack of spell checking of Colleyville!

When I asked why, I was told for remodeling and because they are short staffed. Neither made sense. I believe I saw 3 or 4 employees and while there could have been remodeling behind the scenes, we watched them close up and saw the employees all leave. We had to go find another coffee shop, but it made me wonder, if I was the owner of this coffee shop I would want to verify they were not closing early just to go play. ***revized review*** Business reached out to explain they are making improvements and scheduling those is tricky. It would be great to update on Yelp, which is how we decided on this coffee shop (based on closing time). Coffee and offerings we had were very good. I was hoping for something savory. We got avocado toast. My husband got his with an egg; I had mine plain. He had an iced caramel latte, and I had a plain cappuccino because that's the best way for me to judge the espresso, besides ordering a straight shot. Food was okay. Did not blow me out of the water. It was decent enough to eat, but a tiny, tiny portion for the price. Somewhere around ten to eleven dollars per toast. One slice of bread, a little avocado, a couple of tomatoes, and balsamic vinegar. Was it tasty? Yes. Was it worth ten dollars? I don't think so. I bought a full sourdough loaf for ten dollars. I understand service costs and all that, but still. Coffee was actually very good, though. My cappuccino had fruity notes, very smooth. They have different roasts, which is nice. The cups and plates are really cute, and the space itself is charming. The lady working seemed very overwhelmed. The place was full, decently loud, line kept getting longer the whole time we were there. My husband didn't love his coffee, and he's usually not picky at all, so that says something. Overall, I wouldn't go out of my way to come back. But if I needed a place to sit and do some work and didn't need to be on the phone, I'd probably consider it. I just think there are better places out there. Honest opinion. P.S. My ratings are based on whether I believe I could make a better or healthier version at home. If food/drinks/service impress me, I'll be happy to come back. If not, the stars reflect that.

When I ordered raspberries I didn't know they were going to be frozen. I thought they were fresh. They weren't. The coconut yogurt on top seemed frozen as well, it had that weird frozen texture. They did slice some bananas in there. The only other thing was the plastic spoon they gave me. An acai bowl is dense and the spoon was bending trying to get through it. Not ideal. Coffee was actually great. We both genuinely enjoyed ours. I asked for a ceramic cup and got a paper cup instead, which I wasn't happy about because cardboard does tint the flavor. I asked for ceramic for a reason. Even with that, the coffee was still decently good, which says something. Cute place to sit. Comfortable seats, quiet atmosphere, plenty of parking around. No issues, nothing glaring. You can order from the menu without interacting with anyone, which we did, but a lady still came over to check if we needed anything, so they were accommodating too. My one aesthetic complaint is the plastic plants. As an establishment they can do better. Real plants exist. Overall I would come back. Probably not my first choice but we would return. P.S.
