Custom Iced Sugar Cookies (Storybook Baby Shower Theme)
    Ashley D.

I have ordered custom sugar cookies from The Iced Whisk twice and had an amazing, seamless experience each time. Pricing is transparent on their website, no hidden fees or surprises. Ordering (done through email with theicedwhisk@gmail.com) is simple. You confirm their availability for the day you want them picked up, you specify how many dozen you'd like, send inspiration photos or descriptions, they send you a quote, and they take it from there! They also take payment through Zelle, Venmo and Cashapp and require payment to be made a week before pickup. I will be using The Iced Whisk for all of my custom cookie needs, for every party I host, until the end of time. The vanilla flavor is very slightly lemony in the best way. The cookies are delicious, perfectly soft, neatly individually wrapped and are a hit at both parties I've hosted with these on the dessert table. I highly, highly recommend this establishment!

The customer service was super nice and I tried a variety of the cake pops, which were all really good!

They finally opened up their own store front in the Glade Parks shopping center in Euless, not to far from the movie theater.

5/5 - A Perfect Spot for Great Food & Focused Work…read more Vie à Paris in Hurst is an absolute gem. The moment you walk in, you're greeted by a tranquil, French-inspired atmosphere filled with lush green plants and soft, calming décor. Their display cases are a feast for the eyes--packed with beautiful specialty cakes, and an irresistible variety of baked goods. I spent about two hours here working on business plans with a friend, and it was the ideal environment: peaceful, comfortable, and inspiring. We enjoyed a delicious lunch of two of their delicious sandwiches, that were every bit as satisfying as the ambiance. But the star of the show? The croissants. Their large croissants are genuinely the best I have ever eaten--flaky, buttery perfection. I'm planning to pick up a dozen for Thanksgiving today because they're just that good. Highly recommend this bakery for anyone looking for amazing pastries, a relaxing place to work or chat, and a little taste of Paris right here in Texas.

Between us we ordered the Black Forest cake (which is one of my all time favorites) it was so yummy. We took home a cream horn for later, very good and we decided to try the Asian pandan cake which is green. Never had it before, it was interesting flavors a little floral and light not my favorite but still good. They were very nice and helpful and everything was a good price. They also had sandwiches and soups available to order with a little cafe seating area. I would return if in the area.

    Green Boba Tea - Menu

Holy smokes this tea is really good!…read more I've gone to a bunch of boba spots over the year... this place actually properly brews the tea leaves so there is no bitter aftertaste (I do zero sugar). And they blend the tea with the alternate milk really really well. It's like a tea place that decided to add boba options - as opposed to a boba spot that decided to offer tea. Highly recommended!!

Upon entering the store, it's averagely welcoming with plenty of tea options, ice cream and macaroons. I like their variety, but despite the large selection of drinks, they're mostly the same type of drinks you'd find in other stores, including boba tea classics, smoothies, shakes and coffee. Their shake was watery/thin, despite asking for a thicker shake. I also ordered the strawberry milk tea. Tastes great but nothing too special. The store could benefit with hiring extra workers. There was only one girl covering the front and the making of all drinks. It wasn't rush hour- with one couple ordering after us- we were the first in line but it took about 10 minutes for us to get our 2 drinks. I wouldn't mind coming back here if a friend wants to go, but it would be a pass for me. However, I enjoyed their birthday flavored ice cream macaroon. This is an option I don't see commonly in other boba tea shops; ironically the item I liked best over the drinks.

Where they sat us at was right in the center of the televisions so we had the sports game blasting from three directions and people yelling and cheering all around us. The ladies at the table next to us asked if they could turn the volume down on the TV right about their head as she said "we came for tea, not the game!" With that said, it would have made sense to move the tea parties to the back of the restaurant away from all the noise. As for the tea, apparently they ran with everything is bigger in Texas, because I've never had finger sandwiches like these. The finger sandwiches were generously sized, the scones were superb, and the jam with clotted cream was a perfect accompaniment. The mousse was a decadent treat, and the offer of wine at the end was an added nice touch. Seriously, portions alone ensured that you didn't leave hungry. I loved that there variety of tea pots & cups, the tea variety was basic (earl, breakfast, raspberry, spearmint and I think there was one more) however the two I tried - breakfast and raspberry - were delicious. I love a good cucumber sandwich however my gripe is these cucumbers tasted like they were brined and had more of a pickle taste than what you expect from a traditional sandwich. I don't eat salmon but the other ladies said it was good and unfortunately I was only able to take a small bite of the chicken as there was something in it that didn't agree with me, but once again the other ladies loved it. This isn't the fanciest tea party, however all in all a great time was had.

Dear Manager, I made…read morea dinner reservation for Saturday at 7:00 PM, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. My girlfriend and I were seated and greeted by a young server with dark hair and a European accent. Shortly after sitting down, we noticed our table had not been properly cleaned. We brought this to her attention, and she returned to wipe it down, which we appreciated. However, after receiving our food, we discovered that our utensils were extremely dirty, as if they had not been washed at all. We informed the server, and she replaced them with clean silverware. Later, another server checked on us and mentioned that our original server had gone home for the day. This was confusing, as about 30 minutes later we saw her still working and cleaning tables. This inconsistency added to our concern about the level of service. Additionally, the overall cleanliness of the restaurant was quite poor. The floors appeared dirty, and the environment did not feel well-maintained. Overall, this experience fell far below expectations. Based on this visit, we do not plan to return. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address these issues with your staff and cleanliness standards.

NOOOOO! I want to find something good to eat in this Colleyville strip, but this is not it…read more To start, the service felt rushed from the moment we sat down. While efficiency is appreciated, this crossed into uncomfortable territory -- minutes after ordering, the food was on our table. While speed can be a good thing, it raised red flags in this case. Additionally, we asked the waitress a few standard questions like "what is most popular," and she said, "maybe sushi or hibachi," not the most helpful, seeing the name is Hibachi Sushi, so I tried again, seeing they have Sea Bass. I asked if she would recommend Sea Bass, and she again said yes, or chicken or beef. I guess we're reading the menu together today. It was rough, but we settled on two hibachi dishes from a standard table and not surrounding the hibachi cook. The food itself confirmed our time concerns. The quick turnaround meant the dishes lacked freshness. The sea bass in particular was disappointing -- overcooked and rubbery, with no delicate texture you'd expect from a quality fish cut. It tasted more like it had been reheated than freshly prepared. Other items followed suit, feeling hastily assembled rather than thoughtfully cooked. The sauce, texture, and everything else were a miss. Overall, the experience felt more like a race than a meal. Hibachi dining usually delivers on the fresh-off-the-grill flavor. Sadly, this visit missed all of those marks. If you're looking for a date night dinning for about $70 (without drinks or tip) but also need to be in and out in 30 minutes, with feelings of disappointment this is your stop. Recommend staff training for the waiters that interface with customers but also, and more importantly, someone that works there needs to eat what the customers are being served. This food is terrible and in need of quality assurance measures.
