Good baked for sweets. The "regular" cookies are really good, especially chocolate chip. They stand out from the rest. The iced sugar cookies were disappointing (but not awful). Delicious - I wanted one of each please!. This place started as a food truck and now has this brick & mortar store 154 S.Main Street (route 377) Keller TX. They made my sister-in-law's wedding cakes (a bride and separate groom cake) They were both soooo good. When you drive by it might look like it's not open, but swing around one of the adjacent side streets (W.Hill or W.Vine) to the backside of the building. There is a cute little BACK bakery entrance - lots of parking back there to accommodate ample spaces for people going to the delicious restaurants nearby (see my map photo that captures the names of a few of those restaurants) read more

We stopped by the Keller shop yesterday and purchased 2 decorated sugar cookies, one chocolate thumbprint, and one chocolate chip cookie sandwich. All were amazing! I have been looking for a great local sugar cookie and have finally found it, only 1 mile from my house! Will be back in this week to buy special little gifts for my daughter's teachers for Valentine's Day. I am addicted. Have been back to this shop 3 times in 6 days. Went to the shop in Keller this morning with my friend and toddler. The location is great, and the shop is very cute. We walked in to the tiny shop, the only ones in there, and we're not greeted. The girl at the register just looked at us with zero expression. My friend asked questions about cakes for baby showers. And the girl just answered "yes we make cakes" that's it. My son was looking at the cookies and cakes in the glass, of course touching the glass, just as I was going to move his hand away she rolls her eyes. So I leave his hand there. My friend buys a couple decorated sugar cookies, all three of us sample them. And they're just not good. I will say all of the cookies and cupcakes look delicious, I just don't think we'll be back to try them. As we left there was no thanks for coming, or any type of acknowledgment. There are lots of bakeries making specialty cakes and cookies. Great customer service makes loyal customers. Me and my friend both walked away disappointed in the experience. read more

Location: Clear Fork Food Court Oh my!! Today we ordered a chocolate brownie (voted 9 points out of a possible 10), cookies & cream ice cream (voted 10 out of a possible 10), and an ice cream brownie (vanilla ice cream with a lacing of chocolate syrup on top of a warm blondie (voted 10 out of a possible 10). And the total was less than $10!! My two grandkids (my co-voters) were spoken to in a helpful manner, and I found the employee to be very courteous as well. I'll definitely be stopping here on every bike ride. read more

After stopping at The Keller Roundhouse (our wedding reception venue), my fiancé and I decided to walk around to see if we could find any potential vendors. We happened upon this cute bakery as we were headed to lunch; I did some research (Yelp!) while we were eating and was very excited about our next stop as I had seen wonderful reviews and photos of beautifully baked treats. We went into Life is Sweet and a woman with dark hair and black-framed glasses came out and just kinda stood there and stared at us waiting for us to place an order. I let her know we were there to find out about cake tastings and she curtly responded saying they only do them for weddings. I then told her that's why we were there and she said they were booked at the time. We then proceeded to ask about cake flavors and literally had to make the "go on" hand gesture to maybe get her to talk to us a bit more. She pointed to the sign for us to read, said there were other special wedding flavors but didn't bother to elaborate on them. She also didn't care to give me more information on how to make an appointment for the future. The whole experience was cold and off-putting. I was very disappointed that our service was unwanted and that we felt like pests while visiting. It would have been wonderful to have a bakery within walking distance of our reception venue. read more

They are posted up at either Clearfork or the Fort Worth Food Truck Park slinging cupcakes and brownies and occasionally ice cream sammies. At 3.50$ a cupcake though- I don't think so. I shared the strawberry fields with my S.O. It was very similar to a strawberry pudding mix cupcake mix you'd pick up at the grocery stores. The frosting was a strawberry buttercream. It was a small cupcake- for 3.50$ I want sprinkles size. Desperate times call for a sugar fix. Other than that, I wouldn't do it. read more

The ice cream is pre packaged, hard and is freezer burned. When asked for fresh ice cream she said they are all served like that and to let it cool down. She is also very rude. I was waiting for her to assist and kept saying hello while waiting in line and she came from the bar section and said "I'm coming" and rolled her eyes at me. It was horrible. I would not recommend it to my worse enemy! read more
