So I got me one chicharrón and one cartinas. happy to say that the Gorditas were delicious they add refried beans and just hit the spot. Definitely coming back soon to try more.

It wasn't too bad but it wasn't great either. I've been going around searching for a new street taco place but this just wasn't it. For starters the tacos are smaller and they're a tad more expensive than the usual $1.50. I had the al pastor tacos and they were a bit mushy and shredded like barbacoa. The saving grace however is the elotes! Will definitely come back for them and probably to try other stuff but not for the street tacos unfortunately

This little Taco Cart popped up recently in Watauga near the Shell gas station. Food is made fresh and to order. They serve Tortas, tacos and burritos only. With Beef, Barbacoa, and Al Pastor as possible meat options. Staff is friendly and the location is very clean. Prices start at $1.50 for tacos. I swing by often, hope to see you there.

Christian, the manager, and his incredible team took exceptional care of our entire group, making everyone feel welcomed and well attended to. Christian truly went above and beyond by reading our holiday story aloud so we could all fully participate in the gift exchange. Such a thoughtful and memorable touch that made the event even more special. The food and drinks were outstanding, and the presentation was truly next level: beautiful, creative, and impressive across the board. We are officially fans of this restaurant and look forward to visiting often. Highly recommend for both special occasions and everyday dining.

While I don't care for chunky salsa, I would want it to be a little thicker and more flavorful. It came with two other salsas, which I did not care for. I did have to ask for a refill of salsa. I always get excited seeing mole and spicy options on the menu, so I got the cheese enchilada with mole and spicy chipotle sauce. I wasn't warned about the spice level, and it was very spicy with a strong chipotle taste that I couldn't eat. I also wasn't checked on to make sure I enjoyed the food, and I had to flag the server down for my check. I was expecting this place to be better.

Vaquero's is what they really eat. These kinds of tortillas can only be made by the old grandmother's in Mexico, who have never been to the US, and never plan on going. These tortillas here are obviously grown in house on a Metate (ok, I had to look that up), And the meats taste like they are marinated for days, in order to taste like this. My favorite is the Alambre Burrito. If you accidentally order something else in addition to the Burrito, you will probably be taking it home. And when you take home your Taco's, don't forget to take the chips with you. The chips are also obviously made in house, and fried in Lard before coming to every table.

Drinks are a little strange, only a couple options come in cups (unsweet tea, juices) and the test are single serving plastic bottles like you'd get from a store. I've seen this at other places, not a knock on the place, just an observation. Food was delivered quickly and it was super hot (freshly made), which I liked. My burrito was good, the bacon was crisp, not burnt, and the fries and steak were hot. I wish there was more cheese and sour cream in the LARGE burrito, but otherwise it was really good. The surf & turf was good as well. They have a salsa bar with various salsa options you can try/add to your meal. They are spicy and really good!! I think we'll be back to try the fajitas (huge plate!) and some of the other burrito options. They serve breakfast too, so would like to try that as well.
