First off, I have been to this place several times, and I am not sure why I haven't done a review on them. So here we go! Customer services.....UNBELIEVABLE!!! When you walk in, you are greeted with such enthusiasm, and it's so warm! They make you feel welcome. This is a spotless and inviting place, making you feel like you are coming home for a visit. The selection of donuts is great as well; they have a wide variety to choose from, so you will not be disappointed! Now, as far as quality....SUPERB!!! These are the lightest, fluffiest donuts that I have ever had; they just melt in your mouth, they are just that good. I have also had their kolaches, and they are also wonderful! Very fresh, not too much bread, great sausages they use. LOVE their apple fritters as well. I usually get a croissant for my wife, but today I decided to get her a cinnamon roll instead, again, SO good! I love to support local businesses, and you should as well. Go give them a visit and say hi! read more

I came here to pick up some sausage /spinach rolls and donuts for breakfast with a friend. This donut shop is very clean, organized and is welcoming. The variety of donuts, their quality in their dough and the frosting, is exceptional. I think it's one of the best, fluffiest, donuts I've had. They also put the cream filling I to your donut on the spot so it's fresh! Their sausage rolls is so delicious fluffy and delicious. The lady who works there is so sweet and hooks you up with extra donuts / donut holes when you order a lot of goodies. Overall, definitely try their sausage rolls. Their donuts are soft and fluffy. Everything is delicious. read more

So the time before ,they forgot two donuts when the delivery person stepped in front of me interrupting my order. The staff honored the request, leaving me waiting, and messing up my donuts. This morning , the staff completely ignored me and took the delivery driver out of order and prepping her order as it was not ready. I won't go back to Donna's donut, unfortunately. read more

Great donuts and great food. I've never been disappointed with this place. Christine and her staff are very friendly.

BEST donuts ever!!! No joke- I recommend this place to everyone and buy all the time for sleepovers/events/etc...I absolutely love sweets and pride myself somewhat of a dessert connoisseur... Donna's is the real deal. Sweet, airy, and fresh made daily... best donuts in all of Texas! Best kolaches too! Husband likes the ham and cheese breakfast croissants. Christina the owner is an amazing person and so cheery and welcoming. Always great staff, welcoming, proficient, clean. Little tables and chairs to eat at, a drink fridge with milks/juices/gatorades/soda, a little coffee bar(only part that's not the best very generic). I've been coming here regularly for over 12 years, I love this donut shop so much! Get there early because they do sell out of a lot of variety's early in the day(especially weekends). read more

I was excited to try Donn's Donuts! Unfortunately, my donuts were stale. In fact, I'm almost certain they were day old donuts. I arrived at around 8:30a. There's a revolving door of customers, so I can't imagine not making fresh donuts to serve. I bought a half dozen and 2 mini kolaches, totaling up to a little over $14. Which is too much to spend on stale donuts. I'm being generous with my rating because the kolaches were yummy. The shop is cute and clean. Staff were friendly and got the job done. read more

I pass Donna's Donuts frequently and decided to stop by due to the convenience of the location and the reputation. The layout was your typical strip mall donut shop, simple and not too big. The waitress was very friendly. The selection was similar to what you see at other Mom and Pop donut shops. Nothing fancy caught my eye in the display case. I got a cinnamon twist. The donuts are very fresh and tasty but run of the mill and simple. The location is on Golden Triangle Blvd just west of Hwy 377 so it is convenient to Keller and Far North Fort Worth read more

The best donuts and kolaches! The service is always consistent, fast and friendly! Cute little place with these small tables available for kids to sit and eat. Usually never get my complicated orders wrong. The customer service is excellent as well. I thought I wasn't given my donut one visit and went in to let them know I didn't get one that I ordered (it's usually a few random donuts for my kids. They gave me another one without and told me not to worry about it. But when I went to get my kid out of the car it was on the floor board of my car So I'll pay for that donut my next visit! Love this place so much! read more

The location not busy around 6 a.m. to have Terrible service honestly didn't even get what I asked for cause of a bigot server discriminating by her opinion of assumption of me not being able to afford a spinach feta cheese bistro. Assuming I couldn't afford it based on my skin color. read more

Ok Donna, you peaked my interest on Door Dash, and I wanted to surprise my amazing husband, sooo, I might have shattered the screen on my old, but trusty and beloved iPhone 8+ after years of devotion, and loyalty it was determined that somehow my insurance was mysteriously cancelled (still don't know how of why) but I really didn't want to buy another phone. Before I knew it he had called our provider and ordered me a brand new iPhone. Now I had made a resolution this dear that I was going to participate in very mindful spending, and this obviously blows that. So anyway, Donna here provided delicious donuts for my hubby to wake up too. He was genuinely surprised and delighted in the assortment you selected. I also got the ifs in a blanket, his favorite. We are experiencing a nice sugar buzz, hopefully followed by a sugar crash and nap, THANKS Donna! read more

This is still our favorite place for donuts, every person we have come across working there has been a total sweetheart. (Not to mention to donuts are fresh and spectacular as well!) Always very patient with my son when he is choosing what do it he wants because hey, it's a big deal ;) I am also very thankful for the variety of drink selections, they offer bottled Bai drinks which are weight watcher friendly (while I sadly watch my son eat donuts lol). My 3 year old told the lady working today that he wanted a job there, I giggled and was about to walk away with him when she asked him if he wanted to take a look in the back and see where she works! Omg you should have seen my son's face!! She held his hand and explained how the donuts were made, it was super cute. That is definitely going above and beyond in customer service. We are customers for life! read more

What yummy donuts! We especially liked the sausages wrapped in croissant soft bread - so delicious. And she even threw in a couple free donuts with our large order! The customer service is really great - old school service with a smile! There are several donut spots closer to us in Roanoke but this is worth the drive. There is a reason she has so many 5 star reviews. read more

I love this place. They are the sweetest, nicest, happy people. They are always smiling. The donuts are always soft and fresh.

I wanted to love this so much! Unfortunately the donuts were slightly stale. I think if I had gone in first thing in the morning it would have been great (was there around 10:30am). Donut holes and the mini round cinnamon rolls made up my order. Was in the area for an appointment and was in need of some sugar therapy. Saw the awesome reviews and gave it a try. I ended up not eating most of it, but I bet for the early risers it totally hits the spot! read more

Hands down one of the best donut shops I've ever been too. Not because it's fancy, or has 300 options, but because the donuts were amazing!!! My son and I stopped here for a quick breakfast while we were out running errands during spring break. The employee was exceptionally patient as my son keep changing his mind, lol. We finally settled on a sausage roll & chocolate iced doughnut holes for him and a glazed sour cream dough nut for me. We selected a chocolate milk and a diet coke from the coolers to go with our doughnut. We enjoyed our breakfast in the small dining area. The selection isn't as large as the big box doughnut stores but we were very happy with our choices. We had hoped for some cream filled doughnut but they only have custard. We will return again if in the area! My son asked if we could return every day, he really liked his breakfast. read more
