Small, family run donut shop with an amazing staff. I've never had a bad experience here. My little ones love coming every Saturday for the same donuts. The staff has gotten so used to seeing us that they actually save the specific donuts my boys always get. The donuts are soft and not too sweet! Definitely an every Saturday tradition for us! read more

I've tried this place a few times before I decided to post a review. Donut was dry and expensive, unless I was just overcharged. I got a dozen glazed donuts holes (sign states that it's $2) and a donut that was lightly decorated. Nothing too fancy, but I ended up getting charged $5.40. It was my fault for not asking how much the donut cost, but there's no way I would've paid $3 for the donut that I received. Also, the young girl at the counter didn't seem too friendly. But I totally understand why she wouldn't be. Early mornings is just not for everyone. read more

There's lots of good donut places around closeby, but this place has been our favorite, by far. We've been coming since our kid started preschool, and now she's graduated college and we're still coming. Nothing's changed over the decades, still the same sweet owners, always toss in some extras in the bag. All of their items are fantastic, perfectly made. We hope they're here forever. read more

I ordered last night for Uber Eats delivery this morning. I got everything I ordered. We just didn't like most of them very much. They were almost all a little dry especially the apple fritter and the icing seemed too sweet on many. I've had this place once before and remember liking so maybe it was a bad day idk but $30 mostly (sausage rolls were good) wasted today sadly. Was for a birthday breakfast. read more

While employees were extremely nice, I'm really disheartened. Never been to this place but because of other photos and good reviews decided to splurge for my son's birthday. At almost $40 in this economy I was really hoping for something a little.... More. I said he was super into monster trucks and asked for those colors. The two circle donuts were supposed to be chocolate so the lettering would show up. Just looks like it was thrown together. Absolutely won't be doing this again and pretty crushed I just blew $36 on this. read more

Clean store with mad delicious donuts. Unfortunately, they disappear too fast. Weird. There were plenty of fantastic flavors and cute ones too. The galaxies were fun looking. Prices were what I expected. One of the donuts was forgotten, so that was a bummer. The counter guy was civil--no greeting or anything. He did say to have a good day at the transaction closing. I would return. read more

I have only been here once and it was for a custom donut order so this review is based solely on that. That's usually the preface of a bad experience and clarifying that it's not based on the establishment as a whole. Not in this case! I cannot wait to come back and try their daily offerings! I placed an order for some donuts to celebrate completing a Biggest Loser competition at work for the office. I know...the irony, the hypocrisy! Anyway, I called a couple of days beforehand to place the order. Super convenient by the way since they are located in the opposite direction of work. The lady that answered the phone was extremely nice even though we were having trouble communicating what I was looking for. She asked me to text her a picture of what I had in mind which was awesome because I had already drawn one out. Immediately after she received it she called me to verify the details and was even flexible with a small request that I had. I came promptly at the agreed time for pickup and they were ready for me. I had seen pictures of their work on here so I let them run with it and I was very pleased with the outcome! She was closing up the box when I asked her if she would mind if I snapped a pic. She said no problem and went and got her phone to take her own pic of it too :) The taste? Delicious! The donuts were fresh and fluffy and they had a thin layer of frosting, not glaze, on top. It was a nice balance between the donut and frosting without being overly sweet and with a hint of vanilla. It was really good. She didn't even charge me extra for the added request that I made. I'm definitely planning on coming back to try their regular donuts on a cheat day. They are very accommodating and talented when it comes to custom letter donuts and designs. Their work is very clean and neat. I'm definitely coming here the next time I need them and have raved about them to family and friends. Highly recommend! read more

The best experience here at Best Donut! I called in an order for custom birthday donuts and I was ready to give a 5-star review after hanging up the phone. The guy on the other end was so incredibly friendly and helpful. He didn't give me a price quote, but it was $20 for HAPPY BIRTHDAY, name donut, age donut, and two additional custom-decorated donuts. Pick-up was a breeze, and the donuts were tasty. I absolutely recommend Best Donut for custom donut orders, and will be back again and again. read more

Yaaaassss! This place brings donuts to life!!! They are like the star of the show, the highlight of the party, the cream of the crop, and the list goes on & on & onnnn. I have to applaud the owners for dedicating so much time to showcase their artistry and creativity through the donuts. I'm not quite the morning bird, but when I walk through the door at wee hours in the morning, I can't resist adoring all the cute characters on display: pikachu, hello kitty, spider-man, minion, etc. My absolute favorites were Mickey mouse and Minnie mouse; it just makes purchasing and consuming two donuts guilt-free when you pair them together. I wanted to do something memorable for one of our long-term office staffs who is moving on to greater things. I placed the order a week ahead via phone, describing the desired medical theme and little phrases. My goal was to list out as many ideas as possible for the owners to have plenty to work with. To my surprise, they managed to incorporate everything into the dozen donuts I ordered. They were absolutely beautiful! Thank you!!! I am definitely planning to order more for special events. Let's talk about how the donuts actually taste. They are F-R-E-S-H and delicious! I love the chocolate donuts with the Bavarian cream. If you don't want to indulge too much, they have such cutely decorated donut holes. Hands down to their jalapeno sausage rolls - I dig that for breakfast and lunch. Everything is more than affordable. read more

They said they could try, even though they had never done it before...and boy did they ever! They turned out perfect & better than I was expecting! To top it off their prices were so reasonable! Oh, but wait it even gets better than that, if that was possible, they threw in a box of decorated donut holes at NO CHARGE! They are a precious family! You can tell the pride they take in their product & in the cleanliness of their shop! Definitely will be back & will be telling everyone I know about this gem! They did it again!!! This was legitimately the worst gluten-free donut I've ever had. I initially went to Cosmic Donut only to be told that they stopped making gluten-free donuts due to a supplier contamination issue. They suggested that I go here. I specifically asked them if they were gluten-free baked donuts and they said no, it's like a cronut. I want a fried donut like everyone else buying regular donuts. Went to Parlor donuts and the staff is like a meme of the Gen Z cashier - monotone, can't preemptively speak or answer questions, does the bare minimum. I came in and asked if they offered gluten-free donuts because I have Celiac. Staff said they'd check. Was told they only had gluten-free chocolate bases. I had to ask if they had separate frosting or glaze to prevent cross-contact. They do. I got the chocolate on chocolate for $4.25 + tax. My husband didn't trust them, based on their attitude, to put his regular donut in a separate box to prevent cross-contact of mine. He ordered separately. My donut was covered in wet frosting to the point it couldn't even be picked up out of the box. It instantly broke apart into mush. Never offered a fork or napkins with our to-go orders. It was a total, sloppy mess. Not only that, it tasted bad. The frosting has a weird, artificial after taste and the base was like a heavy, grainy brick. It tastes bad. To add insult to injury, the donut is labeled "gluten friendly" rather than gluten-free. Totally nonsense name. It's like labelling vegan donuts "meat-friendly." All of the gluten-free donuts are also vegan. Again, if regular people wouldn't be okay with this sort of donut, why would I be okay with some terrible, token offering? Actually taste your product. Would you drive out of your way for this?! Would you ever have a craving for this? If not, offer a better product. It was offensively bad tasting which sucks because their regular gluten donuts looked incredible and were cheaper! Visited October 4, 2026

But as a woman of color I will probably not go to the shop anymore because of who they chose to honor with one of their donuts, I'll just keep it there.

I opened the box and was so amazed how beautiful and adorable they looked. I couldn't decide which donut to eat first! I eventually decided on the biscoff donut. One bite was like heaven! It was so moist, soft, flavorful, and not too sweet. It had the biscoff flavor that I love so much, but the cake donut really balanced it out well. I'm excited to try the other flavors and excited to actually stop by their shop. Thank you to my Doordasher for not opening up this box and eating a donut! Lol
