WOW, what a great addition to our area! I was on my way to work and couldn't wait to stop by, I am so happy I did. Now, I'll admit, when I visit Boba shops, I'm easily overwhelmed by the many flavors and variations. As I perused the menu, I asked about several of the items and the gentleman did an excellent job of helping with making a decision. As I waited for my smoothie, I had a lovely chat with his wife. I believe they both, are the owners. I ADORE her, she's so kind, they both are so kind and I really appreciate the love they have for their shop. The way she spoke of their craft, their ice creams, their products; you could tell they're proud of what they brought to life. I could have pulled up a chair and chatted with them, all night. They would have, had, to kick me out!! lol Now, my treat: -Avocado Smoothie w/ Mango Jellies: It was perfection! Some people may not like small chunks of avocado in their smoothies, but I absolutely, LOVE IT! It was a meal on its own, it will be hard to try other things, I've always been an avocado smoothie, gal! -Strawberry Cheesecake Macaron Ice Cream Sandwich: YES! This was delicious, it was the first time I've ever had something like this. It had chunks of strawberries in it, and macarons were crunchy and so full of flavor. Definitely, is worth the cost. -Sample of ice cream with tapioca: I will admit, I can't STAND tapioca, at all. But, with the ice cream, I didn't expect it to taste good. It would possibly be something I'd choose in the future, I was pleasantly, surprised. This is one to add to your MUST list. This, by far, hands down, is one of the best boba shops I've been to. The level of customer service is A+, you ask it, they know it. The atmosphere is welcoming, warm, and is inviting. You'll feel like, you're at home!

It was nice to see a new boba shop close to my home. I was looking forward to cutting down the…read moredrive for good boba, but unfortunately, the drive will still be warranted. The shop is very clean, very well organized, and leaves plenty to do while enjoying your boba or some of the other items they offer. They have games and a nice lounge area that would make for a pleasant, low-key evening with friends or even a date. The customer service was great, but I feel she could have been assertive when I mentioned it was my first time visiting their shop. The questions I asked, she did a great job answering my questions, and was fully versed on the menu. One question I asked, which was very important to me: Do you use powder or fresh fruit with a touch of powder? Yes, they only use powder. I am not a fan of the powder; it leaves the drink tasting artificial, and that isn't what I choose to pay for. She did say, if you want some fresh (I did, and will always want that), their juices are the only fresh items on their menu. Dang it! Coconut Water: w/ Mango popping jelly This was good, and you can elect to drink it from the actual coconut or in a boba cup. I chose to get the cup, but I may get the actual coconut during the summer. Also, it has chunks of fresh coconut in it as well. If I ever get this again, I will ask if some type of flavor can be added. Eventually, the taste of the coconut water became a nuisance, and I threw it away. Vanilla pastry w/ whip cream and a cherry topping: This was not good; it was in a case with valentine pastries, and I have a feeling it has been sitting there since that time. I noticed in their Google review that someone else mentioned the same. The freshness of their desserts can be compromised by the items that are also shared, in that case, or by cleaning agents. When they're not tightly and properly packaged, the foods will absorb the surrounding odors. When I tell you it wasn't good, it was really bad. The cherries on top were not fresh; they were canned, which is okay, it would be the most logical thing. The cherries were stuck together, and the whipped cream didn't have the soft and fluffy texture; it was hard. The vanilla cream in the center tasted nothing like vanilla. The whole thing was a wash and also went into the trash. I feel like I'm chasing the success of Bambu (Asian Times Square) and looking for the same level of quality without that dang powder; it seems many places are using powder. To end this on a good note, I can't say I will not visit again. I'm interested in trying some of their other juices and a milk tea or two, and I'd be willing to stop by again for those.

This shop sells some other treats, and I was able to snag a $10 Dubai chocolate bar. Parking is easy in the plaza. Overall cute place for good bubble tea if you want a treat.

Indoor and outdoor seating, a comfy sofa, chairs, and tables, plus a super cool city skyline mural that gives it that modern, aesthetic feel. The light music and chill atmosphere make it the perfect place to actually stay and enjoy your drink instead of rushing out. Food & Drinks: I ordered a strawberry, pineapple, peach smoothie and babyyyy... lip-smacking good. It even had fresh fruit at the bottom--like, attention to detail matters and they delivered. 10/10. They've got a food menu too, and I'm already planning my return trip to try more. Service: Fast, friendly, and efficient. No friction, just good energy. Final Verdict: Must go! I highly recommend Magic Cup if you want great vibes, delicious drinks, and a spot you'll actually want to hang out in. This one's going into my regular rotation.

It wasn't busy, and they have a good variety of different milk teas, Boba, and smoothies that you can try. I came here recently to redeem my Birthday reward. They give you a free drink that is valued up to $6, and if you go over that, then you pay the difference out of pocket. When I went into Magic Cup, the employees did not seem happy to see me and were not very friendly. I took a few minutes to look over the menu and ultimately ended up choosing the Iced Honey Green Tea with Boba and less ice. Just a heads up, they will charge you an extra 50 cents for requesting less ice. After paying for my drink, they had finished making it right when I put my credit card away. That was already a red flag for me since most Boba places that I visit take at least a few minutes or so to make the drinks. I appreciate the efficiency, but this Iced Honey Green Tea lacked flavor! I got it with normal sweetness, and it was bland, but at least you could taste a hint of tea. Aside from that, it basically tasted like I was drinking water. Also, the boba did not taste fresh and was mushy. It seemed like they had been sitting out for quite some time. Unfortunately, with all the different boba shop options around, I don't think I will come back to this location for a while.

Unfortunately, with this meal, I refused to let this slip by. I pass this place often, and with the Anime store being next door, I thought I'd try both places since they were next to one another. White Chocolate Matcha: This was very good, to be honest, this was the only thing that turned out right. The white chocolate didn't weigh it down with too much sweetness, which was a plus. There was a great balance of the two. I will definitely get a matcha boba from them again. Grilled Shrimp Spring Rolls: Horrible. The shrimp were significantly overcooked; they were not edible. There was no way that someone who calls themselves a chef, would have allowed that to be plated. If anything, the shrimp should have gone into the trash. So, unacceptable. Shrimp Flat Noodle Stir-Fry: Another blunder, the shrimp were the same. Not edible, and the sauce was like soup; it was very loose and lacked flavor. I couldn't let this go by without being acknowledged by their management; they need to know what's coming out of their kitchen, not all will speak up. Management: Henry, the manager, was exceptional; I don't want that to be missed. When I called to speak with a manager, the information was given to him, including the purchase receipt they had on file. With me not being there to show him the food, I thought that was going to be an issue. If needed, I would have been more than happy to head back with the food. I explained to him the condition of the shrimp in the rolls and entree, and he offered a refund or to remake the items. I wanted to pay for what was made well, but he refunded the whole order. That was kind of him, and I hope, after speaking with me, he spoke to the chef about our call. They have great boba, but I don't trust the other foods enough to suggest more than that. Based on the reviews, they do have things to be enjoyed, but I don't think I'll get anything else from them outside of the boba/smoothie. The takeout area was clean and offered seating while you waited for your food.

At no point, did she acknowledge anyone in the line, not even a look or a simple greeting. As I waited in line, I observed the store and I noticed the case with pastries, looked incredibly stale; I visited around their closing hour, so maybe that's why they looked a bit dry. What I did like: The eatery was very clean and they had a noodle station, I thought that was cute. I haven't seen that in a boba shop before, I would enjoy using it if I run into something like that again, at another shop. My Chai, it was okay. I've found, sometimes, if there's too much syrup, there's an after taste and that's what happened with this drink. I tried to drink as much as I could, but ended up throwing it away. I will not be visiting again.

The inside of the store itself is super cute! Seating available & fun little drinks you don't see all the time as well as the ramen wall! I have interacted with both the man & woman these other reviews speak of, but I can tell you right now that the donuts & all the other foods are very good, the smoothies are my favorite! The Thai tea with boba is a good choice, but keep in mind this is a donut shop that doubles as boba shop. So these people are up at the crack of dawn like a donut place would be, & then they're open way past the normal time for closing to accommodate their boba business. So as you might imagine, the donuts are going to be the ones they made fresh that morning! Early in the morning! Logic would tell me that they are not going to be fresh because it's past the time frame for that. If you want fresh donuts 24hrs around the clock go to Shipleys girl The other reviews make me a wee bit sad but all I can say is this, if when you walk into a place & the people seem miserable, chances are they likely are. If every time I walked into a situation I chose to be in, I let someone else's discontent with life scare me off, I'd be just as miserable as they are. So I'd like to challenge you all to have some thicker skin! Don't let what others have going on ruin your whole experience in something. Extend kindness & grace even when it's not given to you right away. They are there to do a job not become your best friend, but maybe they need to receive a smile today more than you do!
