Yummy drinks and the staff are nice and patient! We got the coco cloud phindi and green Thai milk tea and they're both super good! The interior is very cute, and would be a nice place for pics!

There was a bit of a line but it went reasonably quickly. Upon entry, you grab a tray and tongs, then make your way down the line of self-serve enclosed glass cases with shelves of fresh good. We chose a savory breakfast sandwich, an Almond Croissant and another sweet pastry. In line, the offered to heat our sandwich which we allowed. Then we ordered coffees, paid and sat down. A few minutes later, we walked back up to collect our coffees. The breakfast sandwich was tasty, though the ham and cheese in the center of the sandwich was untouched by the heating process. Next time, we'll ask for a longer heating cycle. The pastries were good. Not as good as made that morning in Paris, but better than most places we've been in the US. We also took some dessert pastries home for later that same night. My wife's was sort of ho-hum but mine was fabulous. I had what I guess would be a cro-nut?? Sort of like a doughnut that was made in layers of pastry, then cut out with a donut cutter. It had a filling in the center and had a sugary coating. SO GOOD! We'll be back to Paris Baguette and we'll try other items and for sure, we'll ask for our heated items to be heated a bit longer.

I'm not entirely sure about the name of the drink I received, but I mentioned to the kind gentleman that I prefer sweet beverages, and he certainly delivered. The environment here is welcoming, peaceful, and overall a very calming place to relax. I also enjoyed a blueberry muffin, and having it warmed up was a delightful touch. Excellent work, Billie Joe's, and I eagerly anticipate my next visit!

I was pleasantly surprised at how cozy the interior was. There were people reading books and on laptops alike, perfect place to chill. I was also impressed by the menu! You can tell by the decor and expensive menu of unique drinks that they take their craft seriously. I opted for the Salty Goat (Cajeta (Mexican Caramel) Hazelnut, Espresso Sea Salt), with an exquisite coffee base but was really sweet. My friends ordered the strawberry fields matcha (matcha, strawberry purée) and Kyoto dreams matcha (Matcha, White Chocolate, Coconut Cream Matcha dusting) which they enjoyed! Overall beautiful interior and decadent drink choices and will definitely be back.

While the customer service is adequate, the prices are affordable, and the space is bright and clean, so what's the issue? The food. There's no doubt the places is quite authentic and has the old-school charm of an establishment that's been around forever, despite only opening a little more than a decade ago. Seating options are limited as the setup is meant for in an out action. It doesn't stop locals from coming in, especially since the parking lot is almost never full. (#1) Like many Vietnamese bakeries, they offer numerous pastries and desserts, along with cold drinks, and ready-made items for takeout. Despite the banh mi bread being freshly baked, the banh mi seems overly average. Their thit nuong isn't all that sweet and the spread is limited. I've had mildly better results with their dac biet, but the paté is lacking, the pickled veg is abundant, but the meat cuts are slim. Smart people know not to shoot for any milk tea or boba, but instead shoot for nuoc mia (sugar cane juice) or a caphe sua da (Vietnamese iced coffee). The former is heavily powder based, which is expected since this is not a dedicated boba spot. Service will also vary and to no one's surprise, speaking Vietnamese will go a long way. I wouldn't rule out a feature return, but I have a feeling the next time I'll stick to drinks only. ___________ (#1) With the exception of big events.
