This time I got the Crème Brûlée dirty boba drink and it was very creamy and I enjoyed the crème brûlée top that gave the drink a nice dessert flavor. Their Pearl boba milk tea is the definition of perfection; not too sweet and the taste of a regular milk tea drink isn't too watery or plain. Usually customers won't have an issue when places put less ice and more of the drink, but ironically I actually think Gong Cha puts too little ice. Especially during this 100 degree summer, I remember getting a drink from them and it took all but two minutes under the sun for all the ice to melt. The drink itself isn't cold enough in my opinion, but nonetheless I still enjoy coming here, alternating between this chain and Bambu nearby. The store isn't too large, and if it gets crowded it will be hard to find seating. The atmosphere is nothing special, but overall my experience with staff and drink quality remains good enough for me to come back.
