It saddens me that the magic cup franchise is poor on their consistency. I love the dallas location and was excited to have one near me. I've been here a few times now and each time it seems my drinks are never the same and the employees do not seem to know how to make the drinks. Also it seems they are changing recipes that financially benefits them. I normally get the tropical paradise which includes several fruit toppings. Here they said pick one only. Any other is extra. So I got the avocado smoothie. It was really bad. There was way too much milk! (Double the amount it seems) A small avocado. So the taste of avocado was minimal. It was lightly sweet but due to excess milk. My husband and I both got stomach aches that night and morning after since consuming it. So we think the milk was spoiled. I have tried this location prob 5x now. But safe to say this is prob the last time. Idk who owns this location but I hope magic cup cracks down on consistency and quality. There were no more tv screen menus either. Now it was on printed paper. Is there a reason? they want to print diff prices and drinks (no pics) and not go with the companies ? I don't know. Indoor and outdoor seating, a comfy sofa, chairs, and tables, plus a super cool city skyline mural that gives it that modern, aesthetic feel. The light music and chill atmosphere make it the perfect place to actually stay and enjoy your drink instead of rushing out. Food & Drinks: I ordered a strawberry, pineapple, peach smoothie and babyyyy... lip-smacking good. It even had fresh fruit at the bottom--like, attention to detail matters and they delivered. 10/10. They've got a food menu too, and I'm already planning my return trip to try more. Service: Fast, friendly, and efficient. No friction, just good energy. Final Verdict: Must go! Love how it have the layout the have tables you can sit or play games. They also have a couch you can sit back and relax. The place was empty but it was midday. I really like the ambiance of this Magic Cup location! It's nestled in the corner of a shopping strip and has some great decor that you can take pics with. It wasn't busy, and they have a good variety of different milk teas, Boba, and smoothies that you can try. I came here recently to redeem my Birthday reward. They give you a free drink that is valued up to $6, and if you go over that, then you pay the difference out of pocket. When I went into Magic Cup, the employees did not seem happy to see me and were not very friendly. I took a few minutes to look over the menu and ultimately ended up choosing the Iced Honey Green Tea with Boba and less ice. Just a heads up, they will charge you an extra 50 cents for requesting less ice. After paying for my drink, they had finished making it right when I put my credit card away. That was already a red flag for me since most Boba places that I visit take at least a few minutes or so to make the drinks. I appreciate the efficiency, but this Iced Honey Green Tea lacked flavor! I got it with normal sweetness, and it was bland, but at least you could taste a hint of tea. Aside from that, it basically tasted like I was drinking water. Also, the boba did not taste fresh and was mushy. It seemed like they had been sitting out for quite some time. This place is so cute! Absolutely loved the decor , it was empty but busy , you can order online and pick up or DoorDash. They have a great selection on Boba, tea, coffee, and some breakfast sandwiches, ice cream so good . I wanted to try all the things! Come have some boba , and enjoy the vibes! My order was placed thru the Yelp app and it was made to order. I will try other bobas next time. The one I had was good, Thai milk tea with boba! So good. Found this location on our way to walk the Park nearby. The staff greeted us when we walked in and explained the different options for my wife. I just wanted a coffee. She wanted decaf but none available at 4pm (surprising). We ordered and picked out a board game to enjoy with our son who was with us. Very nice experience and staff. Clean inside as well which is not the case with several places we have visited. read more

Okay, so one thing I really don't like about this place is how aggressive they are about tipping, especially the women. The guys aren't like that. One recently handed me the card machine and said, "Only the first question is mandatory." It was the tip, without an option to refuse. Today, they asked, "Would you like to leave your preferred tip saved to your card?" Wait. What? 7Leaves never, ever does this in their drive-through. I wish I knew if the people here were only making $2.14 an hour because that's what I was making when I worked a service job with optional tipping. I'd never blatantly ask for it, much less put a machine in someone's face about it. That being said, I've been going to 7Leaves more. They have mung bean tea and a limited edition Brazilian lemonade. read more

It's pretty good, but I will lower the sweetness next time since that's an option The inside is super spacious and cute. There are games to play and it's be a great place to bring your own games. We've ordered - House black milk tea 5/5 less sweet - solid flavor, tastes a little different than black milk teas I've usually had. Thai tea 5/5 less sweet - not too sweet!! I usually struggle with Thai tea being unbearably sweet to drink. Mango Cha 6/5 - during this summer HEAT this is a pretty refreshing drink. The his place is super cute, definitely perfect for a quick meet. I got a smoothie with chunks of mango at the bottom and it was good. The service was fantastic, I wasn't sure of what to order and items were not available so the guy was very helpful in figuring out a drink. I'll definitely be returning. read more

Been here a few times as it's conveniently located only 10 minutes away from home (and there's a drive thru) - I've tried about 3-4 different drinks, which were all pretty good. I had high hopes for the avocado smoothie that I have yet to try but was extremely disappointed... 85% ice, 10% milk, 5% RAW avocado (there were small chunks of raw avocado bits embedded in the ice). Could have been a one time miss but not to mention we waited in the drive thru 15 minutes for 2 drinks (which we would have easily forgiven if the smoothie wasn't so horrible...). Definitely needs better quality control. read more

I have never been inside because they have a drive-thru that is so convenient. So far I have had the Viet Frappe, Iced Coconut White Mocha, Passion Fruit Smoothie, and the Oreo Vanilla Frappe. As far as I know all the drinks come in one size which is great. The menu is coded with letters and numbers for each item, but with the drive-thru the codes can be misunderstood (i.e. you say you want menu item B1 and they think you said E1). Maybe just say the name of the drink. So far the drinks have been good, but I haven't found my favorite yet. The Viet Frappe wasn't quite sweet enough, the Ice Coconut White was fine but I didn't get the caffeine kick I needed, the Passion Fruit Smoothie was way too sweet (I should have known better), and the Oreo Vanilla Frappe was a bit too icy instead of creamy. I'm sure I will find a favorite here if I keep going. The service is good and pretty fast. I just wish they opened by 6 AM so that people could get their drinks before heading off to work or school. Just 1 hour would make a difference. read more

I've been back multiple times with my hubby. He's always trying something new but I just usually go with my usual order. Well, yesterday I decided to venture out of my comfort zone. I took the owner's recommendation (who responded to my first review) and I also asked the manager about the Thai Green Milk Tea. OMG I don't know why I hesitated to try it all this time!!!!!!!!!
