So, I will admit I prefer other cookie places but one of my friends loves crumbl so I was picking some up for them. I placed my order before I left in hopes I'd be able to walk in, grab my order and go. Door was still locked a few minutes past opening, which is fine. When I come in the employee runs to the back, and another is doing some mixing up front. I give it a minute cause they seem busy still doing prep. The girl who had unlocked the door came back up and asked if I had a question, I let her know I had a pick up ... she goes back and I can see she had just now noticed the order on the screen. So she works on pulling it together; comes back to let me know the brownie ... the one item with an upcharge on my order ... they don't currently have so I need to pick something else. Which is fine, I can let the up-charge slide this time. Meanwhile a mom with two kids come in. The other employee, while busy, never says a word despite the mom with kids waiting while the other employee gets my order. I give a lot of credit, they must have been running behind, possibly the closing crew didn't do something .... But the whole thing felt stand offish and the mom gave me the impression that if she didn't have the kids with her she would have taken off & come back later ... and I would have done the same if I didn't already order for pick up at a certain time. read more

I finally caved in and ordered Crumbl cookies. My daughter has been talking about them non stop lately and decided to treat my family. Ordering in the app is super easy and convenient. I went for curbside pickup and it took less than 5 mins to receive my order. I got the 6 pack with chocolate chip, strawberry cake, patriotic pizza, cinnamon crunch, double fudge sandwich, and cookies & cream cheesecake. They were all good quality desserts, some better than others but we all found a favorite. I believe $24 well spent! read more

This has been one of the best locations I have been to. They are friendly and knowledgeable about their rotating menu. On this particular occasion I was looking for peanut free cookies for a group. They associate I encountered was great. She told me about all the cookies they had that were nut free and if she wasn't 100% sure she would go check with the manager. I was able to place my order and run some other errands before picking them back up. I will most certainly come back to this location again. read more

They have great cookies here, but sometimes it's a hit or miss. Traditional and simple flavors are the best. French silk pie, raspberry cheesecake and pumpkin didn't have a cookie taste nor texture. The cookies are great but the staff is always standoffish and not very interested in being nice. I think the kiosk ordering really keeps them feeling separate from the customers, causing them to be very annoyed when the customer actually needs something other than to be handed a box of cookies. read more

I believe the mooncake was a missed opportunity by marketing. They released this cookie after the mid autumn festival and we've been eating/giving mooncakes all month prior. It also doesn't have any lotus paste or salty egg which are true flavors of a mooncake. I guess they thought the almond cookie that taste a lot like a Chinese almond cookie you get in grocery stories would be a good idea. The banana creme pie was good though taste like banana pudding. They should include a sprinkle of coconut flakes next time. read more

Delicious, creative, and seasonal! The cornbread cookie is a REVELATION. I wasn't sure what to expect...I imagined actual cornbread served in cookie form. But it's a cornbread flavored cookie! It's amazing. It looks like a cookie and has the texture of a cookie but tastes like corn and butter. Love. All six cookies we tried were delicious. My second favorite was the apple pie and my son loved the s'more. Will definitely visit again!! read more

Ok 1st time in to use the computers to order. Vicky was working g and we were the only ones in there. Not only did she not greet us. No hi no bye no nothing. Stopped in here last week while running errands. Noticed online they had the cornbread cookie that I've wanted to try. Did the self serve order & cookie was ready by time I finished paying. Gave 3 stars because this location is hit or miss. There have been a few times when no one has spoken a word to us except to say our name. Not even a 'thanks' or a 'here you go.' On a couple occasions the cookies were dressed very uneven. Like, one cookie was overflowing with frosting, literally dripping down the sides, and had one cookie crumb on top, and the other cookie had about 1/4 tsp of frosting and 1/2 cup of crumbs. Another time the cookies were unevenly sized they couldn't fit 4 comfortably into the 4 pack box, but instead of putting the extra large cookie into it's own box they squished it in there and broke it which sucked since it was for my mom, and it was going to be her first crumble. I usually wouldn't make such a huge deal about the way my food looks, BUT, these aren't McDonald's $1 cookies. I'm spending a boatload of money!! If I'm going to be giving you $20+ for 4 COOKIES, I expect more than what I've been getting. The cookies have always tasted good though. read more
