The taste is great, the meat tenderized, it's the right thickness and the breading is crunchy so the overall impression is that this is a great chicken fried steak. Of course my favorite sides are mashed potatoes covered in gravy. Really crispy fried okra. I haven't had fresh fried okra in ages so when I popped the first couple of bites into my mouth I was pleasantly surprised that they were fresh and not frozen! I was in town for only a few days but enjoyed this meal so much I came back a second day to enjoy another plate!
