This place is more like a 4.5 out of 5 stars. I woke up early on a random weekend, and was craving donuts and i'm very glad i stopped here. The workers are so friendly and welcoming! I don't know how they manage to keep a smile and great customer service at 6am... I know if people tried to interact with me at 6am, i would come off as nasty. lol Got a few sweet as well as some savory items. Everything was delicious! and the fact that they have a large selection to pick from, makes it even better. Husband found this place not too far from where we ate breakfast (at Original Pancake House in Grapevine) Saturday early morning, since we shared a breakfast meal & 3 pancakes shared wasn't quite enough, so we went there. They have a great selection of donuts & even interesting good looking ones, especially decorated for kids too. Cute decorations/designs! There were more customers/people coming in as we were waiting to order/pick our donuts. They all looked good! Very clean & bright in there. Very well lit. The two Asian ladies were very nice & sweet! Welcomed/Greeted us as we were walking in. I think they're either Korean or Vietnamese. (Please let me know if I'm correct or guessed correctly). Since it was our first time going there, we tried their Chocolate Old Fashioned & Maple Bar donut, & they were so good! Compared to two other places we usually go to in Champion Circle & Justin. We rated their two donuts we tried first (with the other two donut places being second & third). The lady helping us (the one w/ longer hair) placed both donuts in an individual paper bag & gave each bag two donut/doughnut holes. You know when they do that they're great & have great customer service! They probably knew it was our first time there too. I'm sure they recognize their regulars. Local owners on site, they are super sweet as well. Small seating area but i have stayed for 2 hours before with friends chatting and drinking coffee....some of us went for second rounds on the treats. Saturdays are great to treat the kids. read more
