Love this place. We drive 5 miles to go here whenever we want to splurge on donuts. We get Birthday Donuts every year.

On most Fridays, my boss brings colleagues and me donuts, so I knew for a fact that my wife would enjoy trying them out! The two associates who worked there greeted us with a kind smile as we entered. We asked a few questions, and then decided to order the cronuts, which I already knew were excellent! My wife was intrigued by the cronuts, but I think she's still a fan of the classic donut (‍). Anyhow, we both enjoyed our donuts and our time at Kim's. Please make this a stop on your commute and bring some for your work friends!

What a fantastic spot. It was recommended by some friends when I wanted birthday donuts. I gave them the basic details and mentioned that the birthday boy loved football. It was all done via fb messenger. See for yourself, we were thrilled

It really deserves the five star praise. I really love buying donuts made by Korean's. I've been wanting to visit here a long time and I finally did. I bought a dozen of donuts and all of their kolaches they offer. They were so nice that I didn't know they gave me free munchkins when I got home. Their kolaches have a fair price considering it's size and their donuts is good for a day. A day after isn't that good anymore unless if it's sealed in a tight container. The way they bake their bread is just so soft and moist, you just enjoy eating it. My personal favorites is the Jumbo Bacon & Twist.

Tastiest donut shop by far that I have been to in the Southlake to Roanoke corridor. The croissant donut is uniquely good, the Apple fritter tastes like fresh apples, and the kolaches are top notch. You can't go wrong here.

The donuts were as delicious and fresh as they were beautifully decorated for a spring breakfast social!

We have been eating in the restaurant every visit, and we haven't had a bad experience from the food, or owners yet, (I don't expect to either.). My new favorite is the, "bobotie," and my gf likes the mince stew a lot! Bobotie has a meatloaf flavor and a bit of a sweetness from what looked like raisins. It's delicious regardless. Their breakfast is great as well! The biltong, (jerky) is a great snack to purchase, if you eat every 3 hours like I do. It'd make a good stocking stuffer around Christmas for your family and friends, if you might not know what to get anyone. All of their products in the shopping center would be Great gifts this holiday season. We will continue to come here weekly to eat, shop, and chat with the owners. They're very friendly, helpful, and make great food! Awesome bakery as well. Their loafed bread is light, fluffy, and scrumptious. I could keep reviewing every item we've had, but it would be better if you just stopped in and tried it for yourselves. Don't be hesitant in stopping in, you won't be displeased!

The restaurant is in a strip mall, but well appointed and clean. We were immediately greeted at the door by the host/waiter, who showed us to a table. The restaurant was fairly quiet, but it was a Sunday lunch when they just opened. I ordered the Thai iced coffee and was not disappointed. We then ordered the spring rolls and Tom Kha. We also decided to take a chance on the Thai dumplings. The waiter brought out a small side salad while we waited for our entrées, which was very good. The dressing was like a Tom Yum sauce and had a nice spicy flavor. The spring rolls arrived, cut into four equal pieces with a lovely peanut sauce. Interestingly, the spring rolls did not have any vermicelli, but instead had plenty of crispy vegetables that paired nicely with the fresh shrimp and the nicely spiced peanut sauce. The Tom Kah was very good and was loaded with chicken, mushrooms and red onion. This was one of the better Tom Khas I have had. The Thai dumplings were also very good, and are like your typical dim sum. We thought for the quality of the food and the niceness of the restaurant that the price was fair. If we are ever stuck in Dallas again, this will definitely be on our list since it is near the airport.

All of the other 7-11's I frequent have single use restrooms, so my natural response was to use the other restroom. I opened the door and quickly realized it was not a single use bathroom and shut the door immediately. Within seconds of that happening, I was approached by an Indian lady with long brown hair who asked me if I could read and essentially accused me of being some sort of creep. I can almost guarantee that I was not the only person that was in desperate need of a restroom and opened that door. I frequent the Keller establishment and have had to use the women's restroom several times as the men's always seem to be either out of order or have people camping out for several minutes. The lady appeared to be management and judging by the way I was approached and treated in front of other customers, she has no business being a manager. I worked at a 7-11 for several years and always treated everyone with the utmost respect and courtesy. A simple sign would've prevented me from even opening the door. It was an innocent mistake on my part, but due to this interaction, I will never return to this location which is unfortunate as I usually spend a good amount of money there filling up my work vehicle and grabbing snacks and drinks for the day. I understand her need to voice her concern, but I don't expect to be treated like some sort of creeper or talked to with the amount of disrespect that I was. This is also not the first time. The lady clearly hates her job and needs to find a new one. I've been willing to overlook her rudeness in the past due to the proximity of the location to one of my job sites. NEVER AGAIN. Due to this lady not being able to have civil interactions with people that are providing her paycheck, they will never receive another penny of my money. I will drive whatever distance I to to avoid this location altogether. I will be attaching a photo of myself in the women's restroom of the Keller Parkway/Smithfield location. It's a place that I'm always treated well and made to feel like a valued customer. I told the manager I just got done using the women's restroom and left it in pristine condition. She smiled, laughed and said no problem because I bring them a lot of business and always treated them with respect. I'm an ideal customer. Even if I just need to use the restroom, I always buy something and since I work outside in the heat in a work vehicle, I spend a lot of money. Those people work really hard and aren't always treated well, but I'm still always greeted with a smile and they know me by name. Hopefully the Trophy Club employee's attitude catches up with her and she loses her job. She doesn't deserve it and is not cut out for retail. She needs a job that involves zero human interaction. I'm not a vindictive person, but I hope she ends up in a warehouse making minimum wage so her frown and bad attitude can hopefully go unnoticed. Rant over.

He was very condescending very rude and his tone was so disrespectful. I asked to speak to another management person at the facility and he said he's busy with customers at the front I told him could you please put me on hold I'll wait and he said I would love to put you on hold Well I was placed on hold and after 30 minutes I hung up and I called the location back and I got the same person that said he was the manager on duty I told him I just spoke to you earlier and I was on hold for 30 minutes He goes Are you the one over the military I said yes I am and he was so rude to me and he ended up finally asking me for my phone number and he was able to tell me my name where I lived and had all my information and goes on to tell me Well I'll just put $2 back on your card and hung up slamming the phone in my ear. I have never and I mean never been treated so so rudely by anyone at any establishment that I deal with. I will only spend my money where I'm treated well and Pizza Hut in Roanoke Texas is definitely not an establishment that I will be entertaining any longer.
