Well I'm honestly sad that this location isn't as good as it used to be. There was a time when I'd order here and the food was made quickly without any problems. Unfortunately, lately it's taken much longer and has become a whole ordeal when I come here. Avoid this location! I generally like Taco Bell. Just not this location. The food is consistently bad. Not only are they cheap with the ingredients - as in very little food inside the tortilla - but the taste here is just weird. Not in a good way. Plus, there is always this subtle rudeness with staff. Like they would rather be anywhere else but here. Which probably means high turnover and poor management. I've not been inside this location in a while. But it's usually been relatively clean. This place is a joke. Recently moved to Trophy Club and decided I needed a little Taco Bell in my life one night. The gentleman in the drive-thru was very polite, and I didn't have to wait very long. However, once I got home, half of my food was cold. One of my soft tacos was warm and cold, at the same time. Ice cold lettuce and tortilla, but warm ground beef. Gross. Steak quesadilla had zero flavor and was rubbery, and not scored (had to just rip pieces to eat). The chicken roll-ups were fine - but how do you mess up something deep-fried? Literally the worst taco bell. I have, in the past, been turned away service at the drive thru because "they couldn't keep up with the orders coming in." Like, what? Lol. Then tonight they said "our whole drive thru has crashed, come inside to order." Ok, sure, that's inconvenient but whatever. There was one other person in front of me and obviously no one on the drive thru because it was crashed. My fiance and I just got back from this Taco Bell. I've worked at a Taco Bell before and I understand nobody wants to be working at 8pm at night. This Taco Bell is terrible. Every time I come here it's out of pure joy for the food. I have to drive about 20 minutes just to get it. Most every time I ask for Extra Fire sauce and upon driving away I discover they gave me 3 sauce packets for my 4 items of food. So I turn around and I'm greeted with a bad attitude from the senior staff member. Then upon opening my food in the parking lot I discover that all the extra stuff I asked for was not included. I asked for extra extra spicy ranch for my Gorditas and extra three cheese and the cheese on top and this is what I got. Mind you I wouldn't be all that bothered by that but they charged me extra for my requests. Well unfortunately this location has gone down in service and will join Arbys and other fast food chains that didn't last in Roanoke. Not sure if it's staffing issues or the quality of the staff. But expect to wait between 15-30 mins if you in the evenings/weekends. This hasn't been a one time issue... this is the fourth time I've waited at least 15 mins in line. read more

Before I could get too far, an employee named Aidyn Hutson made an absolute full-speed sprint to return my card to me. This kind of service goes above and beyond, demonstrating a remarkable level of dedication and customer service that you just don't see every day. To top it off, when I got home I realized they had tossed in a couple of extra crispy tacos -- a delightful little bonus to an already great experience. Do not do not order and buy food from this location. Nash the gm is incompetent to handle refunding money of an order with bugs in bag as a result of being all over sauces. I have been going to this Taco Bell for years and my experience tonight sucked. I ordered a doritos taco and a crispy chicken taco. When J got to the window, the worker told me there would be a 5 minute wait on the chicken, and asked if I wanted something else. I said I'd wait. The worker stared at me like I was dumb for a solid 30 seconds. I repeated nicely that I'd wait. Then the worked slammed the window, annoyed, I guess because they were feeling lazy and didn't wanna make the chicken? When I got my food, the doritos taco was half empty. ( Pictured below ) and the chicken taco was also. It was also missing the sour cream I paid for, and had no chipotle sauce, which i asked for. My wife and myself went to this location this past Friday evening (4/12) the staff was friendly and listened to the order and repeated it. We got home and the food was perfect I got two cheesy beef burritos and she got a Crunchwrap supreme, both were made with intention and tasted fresh! Usually you never get enough of one ingredient or it's only in certain spots but this was one of the best experiences I've had at this Taco Bell. Location is never open hours within their operating times, orders are extremely inaccurate on a consistent basis as well as the food quality is some of the worst ive encountered, from already broken taco shells, to lettuce that is soggy and appears to have been sitting out past its recommended time. Easy in and out be it drive thru or going in. Eaten there more times than my dietician would approve but that being said I have no complaints.
