Service was phenomenal. The guy that took my order on the speaker was funny. I wasn't feeling the best and needed some supreme nachos and taco to get me better. He asked me if I wanted the toppings on it or on the side. I said I want everything everywhere. He said he got me. He also asked me how many sauces I wanted and I started driving away and yelled something and he said I got you. Then I went to pay and then clarified how many sauces. Ownership of this location and several others in the Keller area have directed staff to use less product and short customers. Ordered a super burrito and had barely and beans or meat. It is supposed to have 3 oz of beans and 3 oz of meat. A decent amount of cheese, olives, lettuce and tomatoes. However the staff had to make it smaller than a bean burrito. All that for almost $6.00. Avoid this ownership's locations if possible. read more

I had walked over from my apartment and the kid at the counter suggested I have the toppings packed separately to keep the chips from getting soggy. They're usually ok, but quality seems based on a roll of the dice. Very slow service today and it looks like a maniac or overtasked worker created our food. On the chili burgers, there was almost as much meat on the outside of the bun vs the inside. read more

This is a Mexican fast food establishment, so five stars for what it is. Some of you remember back in the 70s and 80s when you would go to the very famous fast food taco place and it was actually GOOD. Well that's what this is...like those places were back in the old days. These guys even have the taco meat hamburger and the enchirito, taco light, etc. The beans actually taste good. There is no chicken on the menu, just taco meat and I'm fine with that. They do one thing and they do it well. I will never eat at one of the major corporate taco places if there's a Taco Casa around. It's also as cheap as any other fast food place and they have a drive through. I have had Taco Casa many times. This is a place where my BFF's husband is eating at all the time it seems. I was in the neighborhood to drop off my cat for my half way across the globe adventure...and was hungry while we were gossiping. She opted for Sonic...I had to have some Taco Casa. I decided to stop at Taco CASA on a whim. After getting my food, I regretted that particular whim. I ordered a crispy taco (discounted to $1.29 ea on Tuesdays) and nachos. The taco bottom was soggy from the taco beef grease and lacked any true flavor. The nachos looked like the cheap grocery store brand. The cheese sauce was despicable as soon as it was not piping hot. And the toppings were almost in rows like a Cobb salad. I ended up trashing over half my meal and ordering a second lunch at the DQ next door. The last time I was there I handed them my gift card with about $12 on it. He handed it back and said the balance was $5. My order was just over $6 so I said cool. He stared at me. I stared back. He walked away and came back saying $5. I said there is plenty on the card and handed it back to him. He says I forgot to advance the order then hands me a large bag of food. I said I only had a couple tacos and a drink. He looked all confused and handed me a bag with tacos. Then I had to ask for the drink. I probably have $0 balance on my card for their screw up. This is the second time I tried to use a gift card where they were completely confused about how to use it and asked for more funds. Other locations haven't had this issue. Just the roanoke location.
