Taco salad

The service alone will have you coming back! We're moving to the area and have been here twice. Each time, service has been fantastic. Inside is small but we haven't waited any longer than about 5 minutes or so. Cool decor inside as well. I've gotten the taco salad and puffy tacos. Both were good. Hubby had the enchiladas and he loved them as well. We will definitely be back here to enjoy their food.

Chimichanga to go.

The service is amazing and the food is yummy. We love the hotsauce and enchiladas. Amazing service. I would give it 5 stars and it is authentic tex mex for that area, but it still isn't as good as the border.

Tacos al pastor

I was amazed how good the foods were. My boyfriend and I stopped by this place for a quick bite. Chips and salsa were free. We ordered guacamole which the server brought the ingredients to your table and make it fresh right in front of you. We ordered the tacos al pastor that comes with rice, beans, and avacado salad. We also got the birria tacos. The tacos were good. The al pastor was a bit dry but I did eat it all. I really like the beans. Didn't care much about the salad. The birria tacos were good. A bit greasy but still flavorful. Overall the restaurant was really good and we will definitely come back.

Yuck. Wax like sauce with no flavor. Beans, zero salt.

Hands down the worst tasting Mexican food I've ever seen or tasted. Just horrible. No flavor, no salt, no substance. Terrible, even flat out raunchy.

Table w/family all happy w/ the large salsa bowls!

Went with family after being in the area. My aunt said; "after a year of searching for a specific dish, this was it and it was delicious!" Sorry, I forget what she ordered but She was happy!! The chips/salsa were good. In fact our kind server ended up bringing us bigger bowls of salsa. (We were oinking out!! LOL ) Food, drinks & service all good. It's a perfect casual family owned spot!! I only found one bathroom, BUT it was CLEAN, available & wasn't an issue. Will definitely be coming back to eat here!

Really good food and excellent service. We came in well after lunch, but the lunch plates were still available. The chips and individual salsa were delicious. We got a queso with beef, salsa, guacamole, jalapenos and sour cream for the table and two frozen margaritas, using the top shelf tequila. The queso was delicious and very filling. It made me just getting a bowl of chicken tortilla soup the right choice for my lunch. The chicken tortilla soup was very filling and chocked full of chicken, tortilla slices and avocado. Very tasty! The Margaritas were good and potent. Being the driver, I opted to have a few sips and glad I didn't get my own! My mother got the chicken tacos with rice and refried beans and it was quite delicious. The tacos were a nice size and flavorful, juicy, and just right! Highly recommend a visit here. There is a nice outdoor area to the left side of the restaurant. Our server was excellent and he answered the questions we had. A great restaurant in the small town of Justin. Couldn't ask for better food!

Good food, good service and a nice inviting atmosphere. Margs are a bit pricey considering they use very little tequila.

Took forever to take food order. Food arrived cold inside. Service greatly lacking. Drinks were good but we won't be back unfortunately.

Too small and place feels congested. Food was okay. Not thrilled. The margarita was enjoyable. Fast service.

Atmosphere is nice and open with plenty of bar seats as well as communal high tops and standalone tables. Nice outdoor patio when Texas weather permits! Tried a couple of their beers: Miso Smooth (Japanese rice lager - 5.5% ABV) and Soul Fire Ultra Light (American Light Lager - 3.7 ABV / 15 IBU). Both decent enough for what they were, the latter being helped by the fact it was only $3 a pint. For food, tried the newly opened Zaep Zaep Thai joint. Had the Thai Basil Combo Fried Rice and an order of Spring Rolls. Seriously good stuff! Unexpected quality for a food court! The chef (owner?) also came into the bar to check to see if our food was to our liking. Definitely a nice touch and I wish him much success. Olivia's Scratch Kitchen serving African cuisine was the only other option open. Was a tough decision and hopefully will be back soon to try their offerings! There was also a cupcake place (Kid Kakes) that seems to get great reviews, but with Oak St Pie Company just a few doors down... well... sorry Kid Kakes! At only 20 years old, the bartender did a great job serving us and was more genuinely personable than many who have done the similar job for years. All-in-all a great impulse decision after The Original Roy Hutchins BBQ line ended up being far too long to wait in!

The cocktails were truly yummy and pretty to look at. These were just two of the ones I tried. They did the trick to get ya tipsy too. Our daughter LOVED the little turf area and so did we. Just a small play area for her to run around but we could still contain her. They have the classic Denton food trucks, Feta's Greek (Greek fries are a go to), Tomato pizza, and the pickled carrot. The staff is amazing, as expected! The owner was out cleaning tables and delivering orders himself. They have the cocktail bar and the craft beer house so it's the Denton bars all combined. We were engaged at Eastside, my bridal shower was at Miss Angeline's, and now we are adding this to the list of our favorites. Definitely a great addition to the Lewisville area!

For most others, there's plenty of accessible parking and it's kinda tucked away in it's own lot. The burger offered was the "Our Taphouse" - a dry ranch seasoned beef patty with shredded cheese and topped with carmelized onions, lettuce, tomato, pickles, and bacon jam. The burger was definitely good. It's messy since there are some more toppings prone to falling out. I will say that in terms of taste, it was a bit too sweet for my preference. I think it was the combination of carmelized onions and bacon jam that made it too much for me that it overwhelmed the savoriness that I'd prefer to be the main flavor with the burger. This time I didn't dine in personally but I will say that the place looks like it has a nice vibe to it, especially outside. It looks like there's plenty of seating with an area for musicians to perform. I'm looking forward to coming back one day and maybe watching a game and getting a drink.
