I stopped by here honestly because fuzzy taco is a fun name. So I decide I'm gonna try the beer battered fish taco in corn tortilla and a brisket taco on flour with the dirty rice and potatoes as a side. This was WAY more food than I thought it was going to be. Everything was very good! Honestly I'd say like almost 8/10. The lady helping me was Beba and she was nice and friendly! I come to Fuzzy's all the time and this location might possibly be the worst one I've been to. The last 2 times in a row we got the cashier "Beba" and she messed up an order that's as simple as night and day. I also saw her mess up the customers behind us. We door dashed from this place because it was close. We got the chicken nachos and breakfast tacos with the hard shells that had a generous amount of bacon, potatoes and cheese in them. My plate also came with refried beans that were pretty good nothing special and very cold potatoes that had that sweaty hard texture like they been hot at some point then cooled down and left out for several hours. The nacho sauce which I think was suppose to be a cheese sauce was very watery like but also not bad but not great or tasty. Just ate our food since we were hungry. The chips in the nachos were also thin and stale like. The flavor was good but lacked freshness and quality.. Might try a breakfast burrito from this place as the breakfast tacos really weren't bad. Just not great. I'd give a 2.5 but for the sake of the rating I put a 2. Wouldn't recommend but wouldn't say it's horrible. Stopped here after going to a race at Texas Motor Speedway. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I ordered veggie tacos without shredded cheese or feta since I am allergic to lactose. First order came with shredded cheese. Second order only came with shredded lettuce in the shell and two pieces of diced tomatoes and 4 black beans, missing the grilled veggies completely. Not a single redeeming trait from my overpriced, disgusting dinner experience. I ordered three tacos, two sides, and a beer, only having to repeat each item 2-3 times to the absent minded and red eyed cashier. $20 isn't the worst deal I thought, until I was handed a bulky and clumsy frozen margarita glass, full of my draft beer. Cashier said they didn't have pint glasses, I chalked it up to a quirk of the joint. Looked around to find a seat, and half of the restaurants tables were covered in dirty dishes, grime, and other remnants of past customers. Finally picking out the least dirty unoccupied table, I waited for my order to be called out. I was disappointed to see my tray: wrong sides, wrong tortillas, dry sides, tacos piled up with sickly tasting sauces, wilted veg, and embarrassingly small portions of overcooked proteins. The "butt burning habanero" sauce is more aptly described as "sour hangover bile breath" after a long night out. Overall, with the experience being overpriced, underportioned, inaccurate in order taking and preparation, dirty, and lacking in every way, I can't say I'll be back. Want good tacos? Try oak street next block over, the gas station kitchen across the parking lot, or even the Taco Bell for a better experience. As for the bold "WELCOME TO YOUR NEW ADDICTION!" logo plastered on the walls, the only addiction I've picked up is avoiding any of these joints in the future. read more

Been frequenting Fuzzy's original location long before it became a franchise. Unfortunately when they franchised everything went downhill. A grilled veggie burrito used to contain a large amount of grilled veggies (zucchini, yellow squash, carrots), black beans, and guacamole. Ordered one today without rice (was never included in the original but now just a cheap filler) and received a burrito with nothing but black beans. No vegetables, no guacamole, just beans. Why call it a grilled veggie burrito if there are no vegetables? read more

Ordered on door dash and had food delivered, but the items were wrong and there were several items left out of the bag by Fuzzys. The food was sub par and the items we did receive really weren't that good. I called the manager and told him about missing items and his only concern was who would be paying for the missing items after I had already paid. I like this place. A California fusion burrito, fast food place but decent quality food at a semi-reasonable price. Negatives: why have the chairs and bar stools up on the tables if you are still open. I hate it when a restaurant makes you feel like they are closed when you are there during business hours to enjoy your meal. I have been a frequent patron of this Fuzzy's location for many years. It has been frustrating at times, never knowing what serving size I will receive. If I order 3 tacos, all 3 typically have different amounts of filling. Today I was in a bit of a hurry and stopped in the grab an order to go. I was the only patron in the restaurant at about 9:30am. I approached the register to place my order and stood there for a couple of minutes before a woman came from the back, to approach me at the register. I assume she was the manager. As she approached me she took a phone call. She stood there talking for a couple of minutes and then turned and walked around the corner, out of sight. I waited a couple of more minutes, but she never returned. As I mentioned, I was in a bit of a hurry, so I walked out of the restaurant, unserved. Obviously this employee/manager doesn't have the common sense for customer service. And/or she has never been trained in customer service or management. In this case, unless the person on the other end of that phone was dying, there is no excuse not to ask them to hold for a moment, take my order for 3 tacos, and then resume the call. I'm not offended by this situation. I'm just continually surprised at the lack of respect and disinterest of so many customer facing employees and at the lack of accountability by leadership/ownership of businesses. The usual response is that it's hard to find good employees now days. That is a lazy excuse. Work harder to find good people, then teach them to be great servers of your customers and then incentivize them to stay and grow better. Even though I live close and it's convenient, this Fuzzy's has lost my business. Hopefully, they will change their lackadaisical culture for the benefit of future customers. read more

I went to Fuzzys this evening with my fiancé. This was in my black beans that came with the taco plate I ordered. We got the food to go, so I didn't discover it until we were home. I was eating my food and half way through my meal I notice this in the black beans. Never dining in or getting take out at this location ever again and I would recommend all stay away. We think it is a piece of small metal or a piece that broke off of a dish sponge in the kitchen. Lost my appetite. read more

Fuzzy's is my favorite place to get tacos and I was really looking forward to eating some. We hadn't tried this location yet and, since it's the closest one to home, my husband drove 15min to pick up food. I'm pregnant, so I'm not allowed to eat Feta cheese since it can carry listeria (which can cause a miscarriage). My husband ordered 3 tacos without feta (and the spicy sauce on the side since it's usually too hot). Much to my disappointment, every taco I ordered was messed up. Both of my fish tacos had feta (making them a non-option to eat) and the third one I ordered with the spicy sauce on the side was coated in spicy sauce (with an extra side of spicy sauce???). Instead of having a delicious Fuzzy's dinner, I had to toss my tacos and eat cereal for dinner since I was too hungry to wait another 30 minutes to drive back and have them fix the order. read more

I don't know why we keep trying after all of our order inaccuracies and if you call to find your missing order, be ready for them to tell you it's Door Dash's fault and they're super busy. This is my second or third visit to this Fuzzy's (each at the behest of coworkers) and my third or fourth Fuzzy's overall. After having had some less than stellar experiences with tacos at this chain recently, I decided to try a torta (sandwich). I selected the pulled pork variant, and since it was a work happy hour, I got a big ol' frozen (and I do mean frozen) goblet of Dos Equis. Well, the beer was great. :) The sandwich wasn't bad, but it wasn't stellar, either. The meat was a little dry, as was the bread. The meat is accompanied by lettuce, tomato and onion as well as some shredded cheese, so it's a little basic. Faring a tad better was the side of "Latin fried potatoes", which were small cubes of potato that had been grilled up to a nice crisp while still being creamy on the inside. However, upon asking for ketchup, I was told that they were "out". That's right, out of ketchup - in the ENTIRE restaurant! How is that possible? Yes, I know most dishes here aren't really begging for ketchup, but these potatoes are. Fortunately, I'm always prepared - I carry a bottle of reduced sugar ketchup in my car (yes, I'm a dork). I fetched it, to the amazement of my coworkers, and started in on those potatoes. I'm sad to say, again, that the beer was the best part of this meal, but those potatoes were pretty good. And the sandwich would have been better with a little more moisture in the meat; maybe next time. read more

I've eaten here quite a few times and the food is pretty good. They close at 10, we came in at 9, ordered $60 worth of food and drinks and as I approached the drink station I noticed that the tea dispensers were gone. A girl walked out of the back with them a few moments later and I asked for some iced tea. She very politely told me that there was no tea. I told her that it's an hour before closing time and I don't drink soda... she said it was up to her manager. I asked for the manager and he had her make some more tea. It was ready in 10 mins or less. We enjoyed our meal and towards the end of the meal I went for a refill (9:45) and the tea dispensers were cleaned out and empty again!! I'm not much of a complainer but I think it's inappropriate to stop offering iced tea any time prior to 5-10 mins before closing. It was really frustrating. read more

I called in an order for curbside pick up. When I arrived I called the phone number and the person who was working there hung up on me twice. He finally answered the phone after I called the third time and he told me that I had to come in and pay. When I went inside to pay the kid that was working behind the counter was serving drinks and food and he was not wearing a mask or gloves. When I looked into the kitchen the lady that was preparing the food had a mask on but it was only covering her mouth, her nose was exposed. This restaurant is obviously not following CDC guidelines.
