This weekend I went to pick up an order at Pizza Hut in Roanoke Texas. I gave the clerk my military ID and my debit card He charged me accordingly gave me my receipt and when I got home I realized my military was not applied. Around 2:30 that afternoon I contacted the store manager and made him aware of what had happened and he argumentatively tried telling me that he could not refund anything I didn't want him to refund anything I was just making him aware of what had happened. He was very condescending very rude and his tone was so disrespectful. I asked to speak to another management person at the facility and he said he's busy with customers at the front I told him could you please put me on hold I'll wait and he said I would love to put you on hold Well I was placed on hold and after 30 minutes I hung up and I called the location back and I got the same person that said he was the manager on duty I told him I just spoke to you earlier and I was on hold for 30 minutes He goes Are you the one over the military I said yes I am and he was so rude to me and he ended up finally asking me for my phone number and he was able to tell me my name where I lived and had all my information and goes on to tell me Well I'll just put $2 back on your card and hung up slamming the phone in my ear. I have never and I mean never been treated so so rudely by anyone at any establishment that I deal with. I will only spend my money where I'm treated well and Pizza Hut in Roanoke Texas is definitely not an establishment that I will be entertaining any longer. Been here many times over the years since it opened, glad to have a full dine-in Pizza Hut. The decor may not be the vintage look, but it's still got the vintage personality. They always have the classic rock playin' (hearing Queen atm), and the food is every bit as good as the old days. The service here has ALWAYS been fantastic, the management is doin' somethin' right. Maybe it's that the location is both great and kinda a pain to get to so it's never crowded, so that helps keep the staff upbeat. Anyway, dine-in pizza is a real under-appreciated luxury, that pizza has been reduced to a take-out/delivery item and people forgot how crucial that first 10 or so minutes from the oven it is for pizza. We don't always have the time, but it's worth making time for it once in a while. Great spot. read more

This could be the best Pizzas Hut in America for the following 3 reasons: 1- It has a buffet, which automatically places it above those that do not. 2 - It also has an amazing server named Brooklyn. She easily gets the award for "Best server since the 80's." It's hard to find good service outside of a Chic-Fil-A these days, but this Pizza Hut has it all. 3 - They serve beer. Although they don't have the bad@$$ light fixtures from my childhood or the gaudy carpet, the 3 reasons above make up for the lack of nostalgia. Disgusting, management is unprofessional and not receptive to feedback. Would rather make excuses and pretend everything is perfect. Like everywhere, prices have gone up but items taken away. Smaller salads, no frosting on cinnamon sticks, now only offer 1 type of pasta, no dessert pizzas anymore. Pizza is inconsistently cooked with either the dough tasting old or the top of the pizza will be burnt. Service was not good due to staff turnover. read more

This location has always been very consistent with quality pizzas at the time requested. I always order for pick up and appreciate that they have a Drive Thru for that purpose. Alert!!!!! Stay away! Our Christmas Eve dinner, which is traditionally pizza, was bought at this location. The sauce, I mean what sauce, there was very little on the pizzas. The toppings were sparse, and the cheese was nonexistent even with paying for extra cheese. Everything was inedible and overdone, including the bread sticks. For this, we paid forty dollars. This is the only Pizza Hut in the area that offered inside dining. We drove out of our way so we could eat inside. Well worth the drive. The staff was amazing. We got immediate seating and service. Joshua was our server and he was awesome. Very attentive without being intrusive. We had dinner salads to start. They were huge and really fresh. Our pizza arrived just as we were finishing the salad. Perfect timing. It was hot and had lots of cheese and sausage on it. Our toddler granddaughters loved it and they loved getting to eat at a restaurant. It was a really good experience. Kudos to them for being open. read more

Friend of mine took me here for the lunch buffet. If you are looking to carbo-load, look no further! This buffet is DANGEROUS. It's cheap - at like around 9 bucks you get a soda with refills, a salad, and all you can eat of pizza slices, mac n cheese, breadsticks up the wazoo, etc. I actually like the Pizza Hut crust, and that's really all you're eating here; it has a good crisp bite to it - and everything here is made of the same stuff. Pizza crust, breadsticks, those mini calzone thingys - you're just eating a ton of bread. But you can't get a better value for your lunch dollar than this place! I had lunch here with some co-workers on a Friday. It's been a long time since I dined in at a Pizza Hut, and it was nice on the inside. Very clean, good decor and friendly staff. We quickly busied ourselves at the very reasonably priced buffet (which includes salad brought to your table, if you so desire). The usual assortment of pizzas were in evidence, as were cheesy and marinara pasta, cheesy bread sticks and cinnamon sugar "dessert sticks". The pizza was kept fairly fresh, as there was a pretty good crowd. Flavor assortment was good, with a little something for everyone. So, why the three stars? Well, while there was nothing exactly wrong that I could put my finger on, the pizza just didn't impress as much as most of my delivery pizzas do. Red pepper flake and parmesan cheese definitely helped, but I think they needed more sauce or something. Still, it was an enjoyable meal and certainly better than that more "kid oriented" competitor (you know who I'm talking about). read more

I've been to this Pizza Hut twice because I LOVE me some pizza and garlic knots and this particular location has dine-in which is nice instead of just delivery or the pick up option. Unfortunately the 2 times I've been here BOTH times the experience was horrible. First off there NEVER is anyone in the joint, ever. Second, the waitstaff and management or lack there of is ridiculous. No personality, no customer engagement NOTHING. I literally waited 30 minutes for a PAN PIZZA to cook, I ordered an appetizer which I had to get up and go ask the kitchen where it was because that took another 15 minutes to make. I ended up eating half the appetizer because it wasn't that good, dominoes in my opinion is way better. In the end, I finally called the so-called waitress over to the table and demanded a manager, eventually he strolled out and asked what the problem was. Very rude, told me that my food was ready and seem to get a bit upset when I said I was leaving and wasn't going to pay for my appetizer. Never offered an apology or a voucher to try again at another location...it's sad what these restaurants have come to all because of Covid-19. No one wants to engage in anyone or anything anymore, to me if you don't want my business or anyone else's and don't want to be at your job stay home and stay closed. This Pizza Hut sucks. It won't deliver to our location which is 3.4 miles away from our house, because it's out of "their range". IE: Canyon Falls. But it's okay for us to drive 3.4 miles to pick up the pizza. Guess what? The owner of the franchise Domino's has no problem delivering to us. Your loss, Pizza Hut! I am giving the two stars because the service. The wings and the pizza were good 4-5 stars and to be expected from Pizza Hut. I would go back to another store for that reason. The problem was with the service. I went on a date with my little girl and the brought the wrong pizza for her and it took 30 more minutes to get another. Hi folks, Just got back from the Lunch Pizza Buffet and wanted to comment on what I found. We all know the brand Pizza Hut and we know what to expect in terms of food. So I wont talk about the quality of the food but how my experience was. Atmosphere: The place has a sports bar feel to it as there are four monitors displaying various sports channels. The lunch crowd was decent and every time I look up someone was coming in for lunch or coming for takeout. Nice to know that a restaurant has a good set of patrons during lunch otherwise you would think twice about the place. The place looks clean and great both in side and out. The street signs in the place give it a historic feel... didn't get a chance to see if they came off the original local where the restaurant was before. I didn't get a chance to check out the restrooms but seeing how they just opened for the lunch crowd I suspect it they shouldn't have any issues. Staff: The staff was quick and friendly... I was immediately welcomed to the place and asked if I would be having the buffet. I wanted to sample their food so the buffet option was perfect for me. I was given a booth and within a minute the lady had my drink and salad to me. Nice for the lunch crowd as most folks dont have that much time for lunch. The staff had these cute t-shirst on... one said "twice as friendly" and another "twice as cute." I really like to note that they had enough people to handle the incoming lunch crowd and the food was brought out quick and fresh. The one buffet table was always full of pizza. If one plate was low on pizza they would merge it with another and bring out more. Happy customer is one that has his choice of foods at hand and not waiting. The lady made sure to come by and ask me how things are and she refilled my soda and took away my empty plates. When the time came for the bill she was prompt and friendly. Keep in mind she was juggle multiple tables at once and so she was always moving but always friendly. Food: The food was fresh for the lunch crowd and I sampled both thier thin and regular crust pizzas. Its Pizza Hut so it was what I expected... not Great but not bad. It wasn't too greasy or to messy and the toppings stayed on as it should. The salad isn't a buffet but thats ok with me as I came for the pizza. One plate of salad is more then fine with me and the ranch on the side allowed me to dip my breadsticks and crust in the dressing for added flavor. I liked the pasta buffet... it was slightly browned on top so it had the nice baked taste to it. As for desert well I wanted to try it but was too full and the added sweet wont help me weight lost goals. They did have something like pizza rolls... but those seem more like breadsticks with filled crust... I dipped those as well not too bad. Conclusion: I give this place a 4 star as they met all my expectations... why not 5? well this is pizza hut and you get what you paid for. The food is on par with the cost. read more

If we are doing "the Hut" we usually get it from the Pizza Hut on 407 Argyle. (Lantana). I wish I hadn't been lazy and had driven the extra twenty miles or whatever. We went to Roanoke and the customer service was awful and when I got the pizza home. Omg. I had ordered it early, to be ready at 7:30 pm. They must have cooked it right after I ordered it and had it sitting all afternoon. It was awful. I will not be going there again, regardless of how far I have to drive for other pizza.
