Since moving to the area, have been trying pizza places trying to find our go-to pizza - something everyone should have. Palio's just might be the one. Went at lunch and my wife and I each had the luncheon special of a 10" pizza, salad and drink. She selected the Greek and I had the Cade and Blake Pesto. Both were thin crust, which was outstanding. The pizzas were packed with flavor with the pesto especially standing out. Everything done perfectly. Generous with all toppings. We each also had a lunch Caesar salad which was also very good - well dressed, fresh. Since it was a weekday lunch, we did not go for one of the beer selections or wines. To me there is not much you can do as far as judging a pizza restaurant beyond what I consider the big four: * Quality of crust (a personal choice in which I lean toward thin and crisp) * Flavor of sauce * Generosity of sauce, toppings and cheese (to me all ingredients should go to the edge so it does not create that wide wasteful crust * Hot and not burned This experience at Palio's got high marks in all four areas. Plan on visiting again to try more of the many gourmet pizza choices and maybe build a few of our own selections. The server said the pizzas are available as calzones instead and there are a number of pastas and sandwiches for those not in the mood for pizza. Ordered for delivery (door dash) and honestly LOVED the pizza and cheese sticks. I'm not a fan of the Marinara sauce but the buttery garlic sauce that comes with the cheese sticks is to die for! They're $5 for the small and it's a great price IMO. The crust has so much flavor and is cooked to the perfect "crunch" without it being thin crust. I think the pizzas are wee bit more expensive than your regular dominos/ Pizza Hut/ papa johns ($14 for a medium), but I enjoyed it. read more

We went to Palio's for back to school pizza tradition for us. We ordered two pies. One was the BBQ chicken and the other with all the meats. The BBQ chicken was everyone's favorite of the two. We found the crust to be too thin and there was nothing to help soak up the grease for the meat pizza. I had a Greek salad that would have been good but had way to much dressing. We did not know what we wanted to eat so Pizza on a slow Monday evening brought us here. We ordered a salad which was kind of cold from coming out of the fridge and the cheese was too. We love salads, this tasted fine but the presence lacked. But who cares about the salad, we came for the pizza. We were not disappointed at all surprisingly. The crust was thin and perfectly cooked. Very happy with the meat lovers choice and we added pineapple. The pineapple I think were out of the can, but it did not hurt the pizza at all. Took my husband here today for lunch and it was terrific! We visited around 1:30 and were still able to get the lunch special! I tried a "crust less" pizza and it was perfect. Our salads were fresh and delicious and with the large portions, certainly more food than we could consume in one sitting. Rumor has it that there may be a putting green installed soon. As golfers, this will pair nicely with after hours snacks and drinks. The GM totally understand customer service and we felt welcomed and not at all rushed. Currently eating lunch , about 2:30 pm. This place is located in a new development area. You order at the cash register. As you order your meal they ask if it's to go or to dine in. The young lady was really helpful. I was just ordering a small pizza which was 9.99 and she told me about the lunch special deal happening for the same price which included a salad and a drink. Same price as the small pizza. I went based off her recommendations. After my order she gave me my number card to place at the table and a cup for my drink. The drink is self serve so you pick which ever you like. As I got my table she came over with my salad, then about 3-5 minutes later my pizza came out. So service was really great. As for the food, the salad is basic, but good. And the pizza it was really great, finished the whole thing! I would come here again coming here. read more
