I found this place on Happy Cow because they have vegan cheese. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was good, a colleague got a salad and the portion size was great. Really really good Buffalo chicken pizza, it comes with chicken, franks buffalo sauce, bacon, and onion on their thin crust . Great with ranch and blue cheese on the side. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Looking forward to trying the Hawaiian pizza next. read more

Since moving to the area, have been trying pizza places trying to find our go-to pizza - something everyone should have. Palio's just might be the one. Went at lunch and my wife and I each had the luncheon special of a 10" pizza, salad and drink. She selected the Greek and I had the Cade and Blake Pesto. Both were thin crust, which was outstanding. The pizzas were packed with flavor with the pesto especially standing out. Everything done perfectly. Generous with all toppings. We each also had a lunch Caesar salad which was also very good - well dressed, fresh. Since it was a weekday lunch, we did not go for one of the beer selections or wines. To me there is not much you can do as far as judging a pizza restaurant beyond what I consider the big four: * Quality of crust (a personal choice in which I lean toward thin and crisp) * Flavor of sauce * Generosity of sauce, toppings and cheese (to me all ingredients should go to the edge so it does not create that wide wasteful crust * Hot and not burned This experience at Palio's got high marks in all four areas. Plan on visiting again to try more of the many gourmet pizza choices and maybe build a few of our own selections. The server said the pizzas are available as calzones instead and there are a number of pastas and sandwiches for those not in the mood for pizza. My wife and I look forward to returning soon. read more

A friend and I had lunch here on Memorial Day. We were greeted quickly and our orders came out fast. Our salads are a nice size and flavorful. The pizza and cheesy bread was also tasty. The only down size were all the plates and bowls were very chipped and unsightly. read more

Ordered for delivery (door dash) and honestly LOVED the pizza and cheese sticks. I'm not a fan of the Marinara sauce but the buttery garlic sauce that comes with the cheese sticks is to die for! They're $5 for the small and it's a great price IMO. The crust has so much flavor and is cooked to the perfect "crunch" without it being thin crust. I think the pizzas are wee bit more expensive than your regular dominos/ Pizza Hut/ papa johns ($14 for a medium), but I enjoyed it. read more

We went to Palio's for back to school pizza tradition for us. We ordered two pies. One was the BBQ chicken and the other with all the meats. The BBQ chicken was everyone's favorite of the two. We found the crust to be too thin and there was nothing to help soak up the grease for the meat pizza. I had a Greek salad that would have been good but had way to much dressing. We did not know what we wanted to eat so Pizza on a slow Monday evening brought us here. We ordered a salad which was kind of cold from coming out of the fridge and the cheese was too. We love salads, this tasted fine but the presence lacked. But who cares about the salad, we came for the pizza. We were not disappointed at all surprisingly. The crust was thin and perfectly cooked. Very happy with the meat lovers choice and we added pineapple. The pineapple I think were out of the can, but it did not hurt the pizza at all. There was a little mishap with my delivery but they corrected that immediately ...Roland the manager and the delivery guy (didn't catch his name) were both apologetic and professional and fixed the situation without me even having to complain. The best part about it, the food was DELISH . Definitely worth trying. The cauliflower pizza is amazing!!! This is one of my top three pizza joints in Texas. The Noah's pizza on cauliflower crust is sooooo good (pink sauce base with bacon, chicken, red onion) yum. Stopped in after sone football game and let me say, I'm essentially a pizza connoisseur. After visiting this place I have a bad taste in my mouth.. literally and metaphorically. For the price that is charged the meal that me and my family were presented did not match up to that high price point, with that being said, the staff was very friendly and welcoming so it's not all bad. read more

If you are picky, do not get the pasta here. It is not fresh made. But the pizzas are good. I have tried different combinations of ingredients, and everything has been pretty good. The staff is nice, sometimes they are slammed, not enough staff, but happily work to get everyone happy. The Italian Sub was good. I know, a sandwich. But if you are in the mood for a sandwich, I recommend it. On this last trip, I ordered a GF pizza and the cashier walking by my table notice the pizza they just stay down was not GF. So she let me know and got the kitchen manager to confirm. They made me a new pizza. The pizza is pricier, but you get what you pay for. It is worth it to me to enjoy your meal. Palio's is BYOB and they carry all the set ups. They have flavor teas, yum. And the dinning area is clean. read more

I drive 45 minutes to enjoy this pizza. That should be enough, however there is much more. Always clean and everyone is friendly. I go about every month to two months and the staff is always super friendly and the General Manager remembers me and my family. Its comfortable going to a place that takes excellent care of their customers, is super clean and the food is hot, fresh and delicious every time!! Took my husband here today for lunch and it was terrific! We visited around 1:30 and were still able to get the lunch special! I tried a "crust less" pizza and it was perfect. Our salads were fresh and delicious and with the large portions, certainly more food than we could consume in one sitting. Rumor has it that there may be a putting green installed soon. As golfers, this will pair nicely with after hours snacks and drinks. The GM totally understand customer service and we felt welcomed and not at all rushed. Best food, best carrier, best overall experience. The young man who always seems to pick up when I call, is always so professional, kind and prompt. I ask for delivery , so I'm always so amused when the gentleman who takes my order, always says his driver will bring over the meals no earlier than 5:30, but then surprises me - when the wonderful driver is early and so personable and professional. I love this place. Maybe someday my family will try going in to actually eat the food there. read more

We ordered a Medium wheat pizza with spicy red sauce, pepperoni and beef. The pizza was smaller than regular pizza chain, and more expensive. The pizza tasted good but not worth $18. The service was good, and didn't have any issues ordering or while picking it up. I gave it 3 star because of the price and the size. It would be a good spot for a quick lunch. read more

We really enjoyed our pizza here at Palio's! I prefer a thin crust and there's was great! Staff was friendly & attentive. We live in Wichita Falls , Texas, but frequent the metroplex quite often. Joined a group of co-workers for an impromptu Friday pizza lunch at Palio's and was quickly impressed by the variety of pizza choices. Major bonus, they have a lunch special (9" pizza, salad and drink). Second bonus, Palio's is BYOB so the perfect place for a weekend pizza and wine date or an after-work pit stop. I ordered the buffalo and love the thin crispy crust and great kick from the buffalo drizzle. My colleague ordered the chicken alfredo and it had penne on it. Currently eating lunch , about 2:30 pm. This place is located in a new development area. You order at the cash register. As you order your meal they ask if it's to go or to dine in. The young lady was really helpful. I was just ordering a small pizza which was 9.99 and she told me about the lunch special deal happening for the same price which included a salad and a drink. Same price as the small pizza. I went based off her recommendations. After my order she gave me my number card to place at the table and a cup for my drink. The drink is self serve so you pick which ever you like. As I got my table she came over with my salad, then about 3-5 minutes later my pizza came out. So service was really great. As for the food, the salad is basic, but good. And the pizza it was really great, finished the whole thing! I would come here again coming here. read more

I love this place so much. I'm from out of town. My nephews live here. We found this place quite by accident. We were looking for a sit down pizza place and this was the only one that we found. But they didn't care, they took care of me when I need them. They opened their bathroom, and they gave me sufficient medical care to get home. I've never been in Dudley's bar before. No big deal, except the rest of the wait staff kept stopping by talking. It literally took them 12-15 minutes to pour a beer and here is the kicker, the place was NOT busy at all. Waitress was not really focused on us and seemed un phased when I asked about my beer. I've been to other restaurants in the area and the owners actually greet you in their establishment.
