Major shout out to this establishment and manager Holden! We were at a neighboring establishment for a club meeting and technical difficulties ruined the evening. Holden opened the doors and saved the day. The food was great, service outstanding and we'll be back!

First time eating at Palio's and will definitely be coming back! We tried the meat deluxe and grace alfredo pizzas -- both were great and the staff was super friendly. Cheese bread was also really yummy!

Grace's Alfredo pizza size medium. $14 for 12"

Ordered for delivery (door dash) and honestly LOVED the pizza and cheese sticks. I'm not a fan of the Marinara sauce but the buttery garlic sauce that comes with the cheese sticks is to die for! They're $5 for the small and it's a great price IMO. The crust has so much flavor and is cooked to the perfect "crunch" without it being thin crust. I think the pizzas are wee bit more expensive than your regular dominos/ Pizza Hut/ papa johns ($14 for a medium), but I enjoyed it.

We did not know what we wanted to eat so Pizza on a slow Monday evening brought us here. We ordered a salad which was kind of cold from coming out of the fridge and the cheese was too. We love salads, this tasted fine but the presence lacked. But who cares about the salad, we came for the pizza. We were not disappointed at all surprisingly. The crust was thin and perfectly cooked. Very happy with the meat lovers choice and we added pineapple. The pineapple I think were out of the can, but it did not hurt the pizza at all. The pizza was good and we will be returning to try others!

There was a little mishap with my delivery but they corrected that immediately ...Roland the manager and the delivery guy (didn't catch his name) were both apologetic and professional and fixed the situation without me even having to complain. The best part about it, the food was DELISH . Definitely worth trying. The cauliflower pizza is amazing!!! This is one of my top three pizza joints in Texas. Thank you guys for all that you do and providing exceptional customer service and quality food, you should be proud

We were pleasantly surprised how good our visit was tonight! The pizza came out quick. We ordered the large pepperoni/margherita pizza. It was super hot, fresh & delicious. The inside is spotless, warm & inviting. Excellent service. A crowd-pleaser for the whole family. We will be back!

Best, cheap, quick pizza around. Add on the cheese bread. The staff is always the most respectful high school/college age kids too.

My Overall Rating - 3 1/2 Stars (5 Stars if you only care about service) Atmosphere - It's pretty electric. There is a large bar in the middle, tons of bar seating, and during my Thursday visit for lunch, it was packed. The vibes are good, and tons of TVs are showing sports. If you have an XY chromosome, this is your place. 1 Star. Service - Rowdy Cowboy is known for having great servers who are very friendly (and nice to look at). All tables were taken, so I sat at the bar. The bartenders were fast, efficient, and very friendly. They got my order wrong, but I don't care. Their friendliness made me not care. 1 Star. Food - Look, if you're here, you're not here for the food. I started with the Steak Frites. The steak was super tender but lacked seasoning. The shoestring fries were awesome and made the perfect pairing to the steak. I ordered the Brisket Sliders but ended up with Wagyu Sliders. I didn't mind because our bartenders were so friendly, but the sliders were just ok. Remember, this place is not known for the food. 1/2 Star. Will I Return? - Yes. Rowdy Cowboy knows exactly what it does well, and believe me it does it well. In fact, out of all the restaurants in this genre, Rowdy Cowboy has the friendliest staff. Yes, I will be back. 1 Star.

This is not a fancy, pinky-up establishment. Nobody is going to explain the emotional journey of the chef or tell you where the lettuce went to college. What you will find is cold beer, good food, plenty of TVs, and a room full of people who seem genuinely happy to be there. The atmosphere is exactly what a Texas sports bar should be: relaxed, welcoming, and just loud enough to be fun without requiring sign language to talk to your friends. The staff was friendly, the service was quick, and nobody acted like bringing you food was a personal inconvenience. The food is solid comfort food. Nothing on the menu is trying to reinvent American cuisine, and thank goodness for that. Sometimes you just want a good meal, a cold drink, and a place to watch the game without someone serving a deconstructed cheeseburger on a roof shingle. The best compliment I can give is that this place feels authentic. It's a locals' spot that actually likes its customers. Four stars because there's always room for improvement, but if you're looking for a place to eat, drink, watch sports, and forget about your responsibilities for a little while, the Mule Barn gets the job done. I fell in the parking lot, wasn't even their responsibility. It wasn't their fault, but their staff, was more than helpful, made me feel like what's in the right place. Next thing they did, was to comfort me, and give me medical treatment. I mean it was only a few scratches. My forearm was bleeding. Of course. I was bleeding all over the parking lot. But they didn't care, they took care of me when I need them. They opened their bathroom, and they gave me sufficient medical care to get home. I've never been in Dudley's bar before. But I give them a AAA reading on there staff, and need to be helpful. It seemed like a bunch of off duty. Paramedics took care me. I very much appreciate their time and their care.

The music selection and volume were equally well done, balanced in a way that felt welcoming to every generation. At one point, I almost felt like I had stepped into the bar scene from *The Shining*, not in a creepy sense, but in that nostalgic, timeless atmosphere kind of way. The Old Fashioned was prepared exactly right, especially with my request for lighter bitters since I do not enjoy it overly sweet. Many places miss that balance, but they nailed it here. The charcuterie board was easily one of the best I have had. The mozzarella and white cheddar were perfectly portioned, fresh, and rich. The green apple slices tasted incredibly fresh, like they had just been picked from the orchards of Apple Hill in California. The honeycomb was a first for me on a board and made the experience especially memorable. The artwork throughout the space also adds a unique character that I always appreciate in a restaurant. The prosciutto was a little tough but still had good flavor, while the Calabrese was spot on. Service was professional and attentive, with frequent check-ins throughout the evening. My only recommendation would be for servers to introduce themselves, as that small touch makes the experience feel more personal and welcoming rather than simply transactional.
